The hotel's location is super convenient, very close to the bus terminal. It's lively yet quiet, with many unique eateries nearby. The room is spacious, and the AC gets nice and cold. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the drainage system works perfectly. The large bed has a mattress that's just right – not too soft, not too hard. Our room was on a high floor with beautiful views outside the window. The pool is large and clean, with both shallow and deep sections and clear signage. There's a lifeguard on duty, making it very safe. It's a perfect holiday spot.

I had a very pleasant stay at Baba House Melaka and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. I stayed on the ground floor and was pleasantly surprised that there was very little noise disturbance throughout my stay. The air-conditioning was excellent, which was especially appreciated in the hot weather, and the shower experience was fantastic — strong water pressure and very comfortable. The breakfast selection was enjoyable, and the location made it very convenient to call a Grab whenever needed. There were only two minor issues during my stay. I noticed a small area in the corner of the room that appeared to have some leftover sauce residue, possibly from a previous guest, and the bathroom sink drainage was slightly clogged. However, these were relatively minor compared to the overall positive experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Melaka. Thank you to the team for the hospitality!

Hotels in Malacca generally seem a bit old and dated. The Courtyard by Marriott, however, is relatively new. There aren't many dining or entertainment options right around the hotel, so you'll need to venture out. It's about a 20-minute walk to Jonker Street (Red House area). The hotel facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the rooms are quite spacious. Luckily, there wasn't any strange smell, making for a comfortable and smart stay, and the TV even has screen mirroring. Since I was traveling with my middle school-aged daughter, I booked two rooms and requested connecting rooms, which the hotel arranged perfectly. The connecting door could be opened, making it feel like a suite, and it was very convenient as we each had our own space for showering and such. The hot water in the shower was excellent, but surprisingly, the bathtub in the king room was a bit impractical, with water splashing everywhere. The room has direct drinking water, which we used to boil water for tea. The front desk staff were quite friendly and allowed us a 1-hour late check-out. We didn't try the breakfast as we wanted to eat at Jonker Street. We also didn't get a chance to experience the pool, which we heard was great, due to time constraints. Behind the hotel seems to be an apartment building, and one evening, we passed by and saw about seven or eight dogs barking and chasing two guests who were casually strolling – quite a fright! A warning: avoid the dog territory behind the hotel.

7 minutes walk to Christ Church Melaka. There is a 99speedmart 3 minutes walk from Hotel. Unpleasant experience when i check into the room. The floor was all wet and i slipped. There is wet and dry toilet area, the dry area was also very wet. I arrived at 4pm, they basically just done cleaning only, and did not dry the floor before i go in. The room’s wall was also wet and watery. Immediately i called the front desk, then housekeeping came in 5 minutes . Within that 5 minutes , the floor already started to dry. What i wanted to tell the Hotel is you should dry everything before guest enter the room. Luckily i just slipped, did not fall. What if people fall? But i really don’t like the dry toilet area’s floor was also wet. It took longer to dry as there is no fan in the toilet. The blanket also quite thin, not the thick type. And bedsheet got stains too. The room I stayed in was a connecting room(queen bedroom). I stayed for 3 nights, and the first 2 nights were very quiet. However, on the 3rd night, the neighbors had their TV on very loud while I was trying to sleep. If you are a light sleeper, I would advise others to be mindful when booking a connecting room.

A very meaningful experience for us and the kids. The children were very satisfied. The air conditioning was cold, and the shower in the bathroom had multiple functions. The swimming pool was spacious and not too deep. The kids' pool was very comfortable.

Urusan pendaftaran sangat cepat, mesra dan mudah. Tidak seperti hotel kebiasaan, staf receptionist The Lisbon memang wajar dipuji kerana bila kita sampai di kaunter, mereka dah standby siap kad bilik dan borang yg perlu diisi dalam satu folder plastik, jadi hanya perlu mention nama penuh, mereka terus beri borang utk diisi dan bayar RM5 utk heritage charge. Tiada deposit yg mahal lagi mengarut dikenakan. BILIK Sesuai dengan harga, bilik lengkap dengan katil berserta tilam yg empuk. TV ada Netflix, Youtube, AppleTV, Prime and so on. Juga lengkap dgn iron, coffee corner, hair dryer, safety box, bath robe dan tuala. Tidak lupa utk buat Muslim, sejadah ada disediakan di sini. Namun sayang sekali utk toilet, tiada botol kecil syampu utk dibawa balik sbg kenangan dan saya ada request complimentary deco for anniversary yg ringkas spt deco tuala tapi mungkin pihak mereka terlepas pandang email permintaan saya tapi The Lisbon menebus silap terlepas pandang dengan beri sarapan percuma utk 2 org SARAPAN Banyak pilihan sarapan yg tersedia meskipun dihidang dalam kuantiti yg kurang sedikit mungkin berdasarkan faktor bilangan tetamu. Namun, wajar dipuji kerana banyak pilihan dan sedap. Bagi mereka ada anak kecil, jangan terlepas pandang seksyen makanan utk anak² ada disediakan siap dengan kertas lukisan mewarna jika anak² bosan. PERSEKITARAN Cantik, ada kolam renang yg luas utk dewasa dan kanak². klasik sinonim dengan nama The Lisbon Melaka. Tapi mungkin kekangan atau kekurangan manpower, jadi ada few tempat agak kelihatan semak Overall, The Lisbon Melaka boleh menjadi hotel mesra keluarga jika The Lisbon kekal menjaga kualiti sampai bila². This was my first time staying at this hotel in Melaka, and it was a comfortable stay for my husband, our 1-year-old son, and me. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, which made our stay pleasant and relaxing. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited, and the taste was below our expectations. Unfortunately, it was not really to our liking. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but I hope the hotel can improve the breakfast options in the future.

I loved how clean the room was. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom and the bed. The location was decent. However, it would be really great if they could provide an iron and ironing board in the room. The only downside was having to iron clothes outside the room. The hotel itself is beautiful. Breakfast was just okay, not many options, but better than nothing. My husband and I give it an 8/10. Will definitely come again. Love

Lovely place that maintained its charm. Can work on room maintenance, shower head and water pressure. Otherwise very satisfied with the room. Love Estadia Deluxe Suite more than Estadia Family Suite bcos of the living room area, a lot more usable space. Impressed with the seriousness they have to feedback - one evening, we shared that one of the life button did not work, that lift was closed for maintenance the very next morning. We look forward to the hotel maintaining the facilities and room conditions to better serve guests in comfort!
