I had such a wonderful experience with Hayder at Dusit Princess! He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire planning process. He coordinated everything for my boyfriend’s birthday celebration so smoothly, paying attention to every little detail and making sure everything was perfectly arranged. His communication was excellent, and he was always patient and accommodating with our requests. Thanks to Hayder’s care and dedication, our celebration turned out even more special than we imagined. We truly felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend Hayder if you’re planning a special occasion. I had a very pleasant stay at Baba House Melaka and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. I stayed on the ground floor and was pleasantly surprised that there was very little noise disturbance throughout my stay. The air-conditioning was excellent, which was especially appreciated in the hot weather, and the shower experience was fantastic — strong water pressure and very comfortable. The breakfast selection was enjoyable, and the location made it very convenient to call a Grab whenever needed. There were only two minor issues during my stay. I noticed a small area in the corner of the room that appeared to have some leftover sauce residue, possibly from a previous guest, and the bathroom sink drainage was slightly clogged. However, these were relatively minor compared to the overall positive experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Melaka. Thank you to the team for the hospitality!

The location is incredibly convenient. Just downstairs and around the corner, there are so many food options within walking distance – you'll never go hungry, even without a car. It's also super close to San Shu Gong Red House, about a 10-minute walk. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Plus, the restaurant right next door downstairs is delicious!

A very clean European-style youth hostel, with very cute kittens downstairs. The air conditioning is sufficient, the location is convenient, the facilities are well maintained, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The whole environment is very clean, because you need to take off your shoes. The cat is very well behaved and cute, and the atmosphere is very warm. Have to take off your shoes when entering the door. The hostel is chic and practically design, the accommodation was tidy and cozy with affordable price. Moreover, the spacious common area and separated Male/Female bathrooms, simple pantry with 3in1 coffee, tea bag, snacks, water dispenser and microwave oven. There are 3 cute & friendly cats in the hostel too. The public space design is not very interactive. The capsules or boxes are comfortable. Have good locker system which uses card. The capsule pod was poor ventilation after cover by curtain as there is no mini fan and exhaust fan, towel not provided. After pulling the curtains and turning on the light, you can clearly see dust flying around. It is generally very clean, but the bed is relatively small This dormitory hostel has strategic location and are good, small, noisy electronic lockers, privacy curtains don't bring that much privacy. Staff don't seem to care a lot about what's happening and the staff are not that friendly. The mattress was comfortable. The lobby was clean and offered complimentary hot water and snacks, which was a nice touch. There are no bath towels and slippers, and it costs RM5 to ask for a bath towel. No hot water for shower and 2in1 shampoo/body wash provided but rarely replenish. The bathroom and toilet have windows to the outside, so they are more ventilated, the space is large, and they are very comfortable to use. The shower head has a brass retro shape, which is super beautiful. No deposit needed, easy to check in and check out. Location is strategic and near to major attractions, shopping malls and eateries within walking distance. But no lift and amenities. Have to climb up stairs and suitable for younger generations.

Facilities: Fully equipped. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Beautiful. Service: Excellent! 👍 The hotel is conveniently located near the Red House by the Malacca River, where many tourists dine and chat by the riverside, enjoying the picturesque scenery! Every corner of the hotel is filled with art and warmth, making you feel incredibly welcome. It was truly a perfect stay.

This was our fifth stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, this time was very disappointing. 1. Check-in The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming. I had requested a Queen Bed room instead of Twin Beds. However, I was informed that because my booking was made at the last minute (one day before check-in), only a Twin Bed room was available as all Queen Bed rooms were fully occupied. We accepted the explanation and proceeded with the room provided. 2. Room Condition Upon entering the room, the first issue we noticed was the air conditioning. Despite setting the fan speed to high, the room remained warm and the air conditioner was not cooling properly. 3. Bathroom There appeared to be a blockage beneath the sink, as water was pooling around the sink and toilet area. In addition, the shower holder was broken while we were using the shower. We chose not to complain and continued our stay. 4. Room Door & Bathroom Door The bathroom door could not be closed properly unless it was pulled and pushed firmly. The more serious issue occurred the next morning after breakfast when our room door became stuck and could not be opened. We contacted maintenance, and the team arrived to inspect the problem. From approximately 8:00 AM onwards, we were unable to access our room. Around 8:30 AM, the maintenance team requested approval from the Front Office to move us to another room because the repair would require additional time. However, they informed that changing rooms would incur an additional charge because we were checking out on the same day. I strongly disagree with this decision. From 8:30 AM until our checkout time at 12:00/12:30 PM, we were still paying guests of the hotel. The room issue was caused by a defect on the hotel’s side, and guests should not be charged extra to move rooms due to problems beyond their control. The Most Disappointing Part During check-in, we were informed that no Queen Bed Deluxe Rooms were available. However, while the maintenance team was accessing our room through the connecting room next door, we discovered that the adjacent room was vacant and equipped with a Queen Bed. If the actual reason was that the room was unavailable due to maintenance, it would have been more professional and honest to explain that from the beginning rather than simply saying all Queen Bed rooms were fully occupied. This experience has left us very disappointed. Every time we visit Melaka, this hotel has always been our preferred choice. However, after this stay, we have decided not to return. I appreciate the hospitality shown by the staff during check-in, but I sincerely hope the hotel will improve both its facilities and service standards. Thank you.

The hotel's location is really convenient, with plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby, making it super easy to get around. The room itself was clean and tidy, with all the basic facilities needed for a short stay. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient during check-in. Overall, the environment was comfortable, and the price was reasonable, offering good value for money. It was a satisfying stay.

Overall, it was a very good stay. The room was spacious and had both upper and lower bunks, which was great. However, there was an unpleasant smell near the room entrance at times. Also, the bathroom only provided a 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash, which I personally didn’t really like.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. This budget hotel has a good location in the Melaka town area, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and famous eateries. The hotel decor and furnishings look rather dated, room was simple but comfortable, though the cleanliness could have been better. The Wi-Fi was not very stable, but the water pressure was great. A water dispenser is provided, and roadside parking is available.

I love to stay here whenever I visit Melaka especially in this Park City Motel. It is located very conveniently to Pharmacy Store, Kopitiam, Seafood restaurant, Seven-Eleven, Chinese Food court and Petronas station. I would strongly recommend whoever travelling to Melaka should consider this Motel. Best of all, the room prices are very reasonable. Cheers guys 💪🏻
