3.5/5Quite disappointed with hatten hotel now. Before the pandemic hatten hotel used to be very well maintained and new but after pandemic, the room fixtures seem old n room carpet not very clean. Standard is not there anymore for a 5star hotel. Breakfast is ok. Could have been better.

4.5/5ExcellentThe check in service was fast, the worker is polite, but i cant seem to find any trolley to bring my family bags so its quite hard to bring it in the lift.

3.5/5Location is good, all is good except that its kinda run down. Need to rebrand Hatten for a more welcoming ambience. Breakfast spread can be better with a more aesthetic fine culinary taste and presentation.

Stay 12-15 Dec 22. Drive from Singapore . Goggle map guide . Hotel easy to reach . Use touch and go card for parking . Hotel will use the same touch and go and waive parking . Arrive 1030am. Too early for room release . Did the check in and was inform to come 1500 to collect key. Reach 1430 collect key and was given 1215. Room was nice . Carpet was clean . Air smell good . However , hair dryer was damaged . Fridge was not cold . Safe no battery . I call concierge. In ＜ 30 min, hair dryer came , maintenance bring up a spare fridge , battery wa change . I was shock ! They work so fast ! Even my wife say the service is good . My wife (DM) work in the Marriott hotel group and then in the Singapore far East organization hotel group. She loves the room , service and staff. She tell me… she will be back … haha.. Breakfast was also sufficient and good . Pleae go early. Like 8-9am… go too late … Queue is long . Wife went for hotel Spa scrub and massage . She also say good . Hattan hotel … please maintain the good work . Btw, behind hattan hotel got many food and laundromat . Just walk from the 7-11 out and you will see many row of shop house . Zhong tai restaurant and the famous Tong SHeng juat nearby .
