GGuest UserLocation: easy to find and surrounding is really nice to walk and good street food around.
Parking: a separate parking bays that needs to tag in with either of the payment cards for access. Upon leaving the hotel, need to remember to validate the card for hotel guest free parking facility. It is a non-covered parking so if rain expect inconvenience and if sunshine expect excess heat in the car. NOT really friendly but acceptable.
Room: good bed good pillows, floor not so clean can see some hairfall wasn't wiped off. Bath tub pipe maybe a bit old or seldom in used hence the water flowed out was yellowish. The linen is soft but can know they are quite old, that old linen smell is quitw obvious.
Aircond: is either we don't know how to operate, it can't seemed to be able to be adjusted to the temperature we want. It will become quite warm in the midnight.
Sound proof: SUPER BAD 👎 Imagine we will know what is happening exactly in the bathroom and toilet. The noise from the road till midnight is even clearer. We are staying at lvl 8 and the tallest is lvl 10.
Service: Good hospitality and polite.
Restaurant breakfast: not up to par, honest feedback.

JJoey PakLast minute trip to melaka. The unit is very comfortable and very clean. Check in process is quick and easy. From the balcony you still see the city, it is beautiful at night and breezy too. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. There's WiFi and TV box for some chill time. Owner is friendly and informative. She recommended some cafe hopping places to us.
The owner recommended us the restaurant at lv44 and had asked us to present the residence access card for 10% discount. Food and drinks are delicious, definitely recommended to have lunch and dinner there.

CChai JingBooked the suite and room was really big. Came with 2 queen beds and had a separate work area big enough for meals and activities 😅
Room was clean and look well maintained. No stains or whatsoever. Very pleasant stay. The hotel staff were helpful and prompt in service. We asked to clean up the room and left for breakfast immediately after. When we returned the room was all made up, neat and tidy.
Breakfast was decent. Do note though, that the take-your-own-food buffet style became semi ala carte buffet because there were not enough guests while I was there. Still, it was good enough.
Kids wanted to swim but the pool was a little too tiny for our liking. We did activities outside of the hotel though so not much of an issue.
Location wise. If you want something right next to malls or in the heart of the jonker area, this is probably not your best choice. We take a 10 min walk to the jonker area and it was a comfortable stroll though. Quiet enough but not too near.
Overall a good stay and very happy to return.

IinzyirahMy friends and I enjoyed our stay with DoubleTree by Hilton. The room was comfortable for 3 pax and was well furnished with various amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we required assistance, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet which offered a variety of cuisines to choose from and the food was all delicious indeed. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others.

GGuest UserThe bed and towels had stains. The towels had blood or some other red marks on them, and the vanity chair was incredibly dirty with red and black stains. However, we mostly used our own stuff, so it was okay. The bathroom and street had a vomit smell that wouldn't go away, even with air freshener. The water heater was broken at first but was fixed later, which was great – the hot water lasted a long time without turning cold quickly. But the water pressure from the faucet was very low. We requested room cleaning, and after being out for over 10 hours, the room still hadn't been serviced. The location is good if you have a car, but difficult to get around on foot. Parking is very limited though.

MMikemaranHoliday Inn is truly one of the nicer hotels around. The atmosphere and views were fantastic, and the friendly, service-oriented staff are definitely the hotel’s biggest asset. They don’t just handle bookings but also share helpful suggestions to make your stay more meaningful.
I booked the hotel at the very last minute and checked in around 1:45 am. The receptionist who attended to me was very sweet and helpful. She even allowed a late checkout, though I checked out at 11:45 am to head back to Singapore early and avoid the traffic at the causeway. She also recommended great food options and interesting places nearby.
Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

GGuest UserI stayed on the 3rd floor, can't remember the room number. On the 2nd night (also the last night) of my stay, suddenly I saw ants crawling on the pillow & bed. Then I found many ants crawling on the wall next to the bed frame. The breakfast was so-so only, not much food choices. The good side is the hotel provides ample, safe & free parking spaces so very convenient for those who are driving there.

YYaozaguaiI think that everyone comes here mainly for the water play area at the pool.
Even though some parts were not working, it didn’t affect the kids’ mood at all. There were damn many people, just like Sunway Lagoons!
The water playground is shared between two hotels, and each hotel also has its own pool. But because there were so many guests and no staff on duty, people could basically walk over to the other hotel’s pool to play as well.
As for the room, it was very spacious, with a balcony and a beautiful view.
The location was also quite good.
But the main issue was the elevator.
There simply weren’t enough of them, and the elevators themselves were small.
Since everyone is a traveler carrying luggage, you can imagine how quickly the elevator becomes full.
We had to wait a very long time.
If you tried to squeeze in a few more people, the elevator would beep because it was overloaded

LLee Oi KengCleanliness and location is good, very near Jonker street. Cons are security wise needs improvement cos anyone can just walk in and especially in the early morning when we came down, the Indian guy was sleeping at the counter and I doubt he knows who went in and out. The room is very spacious but they should provide at leastt a small piece of soap for hand washing. When we arrived at the hotel at about 1pm, since the rooms are available, why can't they just let us check in instead of having to wait till 3pm ( we heard there were less than 10 rooms occupied that night). I was abit unlucky cos 1st room issued to us was a room under maintenance, 2nd room given to us only has a towel and 1 cup for 2 pax in the room and the toilet flushing system broke down in the middle of the night, phone out of order and I had to climb up and down the stairs numerous times to ask for things. No lifts in the hotel.
