I had such a wonderful experience with Hayder at Dusit Princess! He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire planning process. He coordinated everything for my boyfriend’s birthday celebration so smoothly, paying attention to every little detail and making sure everything was perfectly arranged. His communication was excellent, and he was always patient and accommodating with our requests. Thanks to Hayder’s care and dedication, our celebration turned out even more special than we imagined. We truly felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend Hayder if you’re planning a special occasion. Thank you so much for making our celebration such a memorable one we absolutely loved it!

Our second stop in Malaysia was The Majestic Malacca, and I was absolutely captivated by its vintage charm. The decor in the lobby, courtyard, and even the rooms was incredibly photogenic. It's a historic building itself, and the overall design, furnishings, and soft decor perfectly matched my aesthetic – I was so pleased! The hotel service was excellent, embodying the attentive spirit of British butler service. The staff were also very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was of exceptionally high quality. All in all, I absolutely loved this hotel. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing, which isn't ideal and might bother light sleepers. However, compared to the beauty of the property and the outstanding service, it's a minor detail I can easily overlook.

The hotel service from Wanir was highly satisfactory, and they even threw in a complimentary breakfast for one day. The surrounding environment of the hotel is clean and tidy, the parking lot is convenient, and it’s very easy to travel to any destination from here! There are plenty of options for breakfast, and the food is quite good！

Many mosquitoes in the hotel lobby. Breakfast like home cooked-toasted bread, egg, ham, salad, tea/coffee. Room at level 1 was dark with small window facing neighbour kitchen/bathroom? The carpet was very dirty. Bed mattress was old & saggy. Last photo shows the room carpet badly stained. When I complainte to hotel staff, he said that's the colour of the carpet?? How much to get it cleaned or replaced? Probably that the standard of the hotel...

It was not easy to find a hotel with family room. Most other hotels offer suites meaning they have separate bedrooms. We love family room! The whole family can watch TV together. Very thankful to Christee suites hotel for this room option :) Love the cleanliness. The service and everything was great! Food was good too! Location was convenient to city centre

Terrific! The room spacious, ev charger is just in front the lobby, the spa - cheap and im absolutely comeback! Breakfast on average, shuttle service is convenient. Downside, not all beca want to send us back to hotel, not sure whether its too far or what. But we manage to ride beca back to the hotel from menara taming sari

Lovely place that maintained its charm. Can work on room maintenance, shower head and water pressure. Otherwise very satisfied with the room. Love Estadia Deluxe Suite more than Estadia Family Suite bcos of the living room area, a lot more usable space. Impressed with the seriousness they have to feedback - one evening, we shared that one of the life button did not work, that lift was closed for maintenance the very next morning. We look forward to the hotel maintaining the facilities and room conditions to better serve guests in comfort!

We stayed here with my wife and our 2-year-old and overall the apartment itself was excellent. It was immaculate, smelled fresh, and everything worked properly. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, which was really appreciated as a family. The host’s communication was clear and helpful from start to finish, and the security staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. That said, the building has some issues that affected our stay. The kids’ play area on the 13th floor was under maintenance/works during our visit, so we couldn’t use it. The bigger problem was the elevators — they’re insufficient for the building, and we had a long wait (around 30 minutes) just to get down to the ground floor. One small suggestion for the unit: it would be nice to have a couple of complimentary bottled waters on arrival. If you’re booking, the suite and host are great — just be prepared for potential elevator delays and check the status of shared facilities.

Highly recommended. Because price is worth. The room is spacious and clean. The location is very convenient to explore Melaka and very accessible to good restaurants and cafe since it is just on the street next to Jonker Street. The environment is also not noisy so that we could fully relaxed.
