Stays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator. Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime. The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order. The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali. I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early. I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps. And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand. I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

Overall, my impression of the stay was mixed. The hotel appears insufficiently thought out in terms of comfort, although there are some positive aspects. There are no shelves in the shower for basic toiletries, and the bathroom lacks drawers and shelves for storing personal items. There is also no makeup mirror. The beds are movable, the safe is not fixed to the wall, and there is no soft headboard. The hair dryer is weak, and the desk is very small. There is no smart lighting system or automatic air-conditioning mode. The bathroom floor is cold, and the mirror is positioned opposite the bed, which I personally found uncomfortable. My request for drinking water was fulfilled only after 45 minutes. There are no service labels on the in-room telephone. It is unclear how a hotel with a five-star rating can operate without a gym. The advertised SPA, in reality, is a jacuzzi for 6–8 people with unusual lighting. The staff generally appeared unfriendly, especially in the restaurant. Beverages are not offered during breakfast; guests must approach the bar themselves to order coffee. Cocoa is available for an additional fee of 15 GEL. Breakfasts are generally good; however, the chef uses onions quite extensively, including in salads and other dishes, which may not suit all guests. On the positive side, I received a room upgrade due to the unavailability of the booked room category, as well as a pleasant birthday greeting from the hotel. The hotel may be suitable for short stays without high expectations; however, improvements in service and room facilities would significantly enhance the level of comfort.

Great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the receptionist on 21feb were polite and helpful. Others Staff service was acceptable, though not particularly attentive . I found the staff to be less friendly than expected. There was little interaction, and even basic greetings in the morning were missing, which made the atmosphere feel less welcoming.

We stayed at the Astoria from April 15th to 22nd and were very pleased. The location is excellent – close to Shota Rustaveli Avenue, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Our windows offered views of Mount Mtatsminda, and we woke up to birdsong every morning. While there's an uphill walk from Shota Rustaveli, it wasn't a big issue for us. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom featuring heated floors. The bedding was excellent, and we appreciated the terry bathrobes, tea set, and bottled water provided. The front desk staff were very friendly and customer-oriented. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety: scrambled eggs, cereals, potatoes, stewed and fresh vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts, cottage cheese, jams, pastries, and fruits. There's a coffee machine, and cinnamon is available for your coffee. We stayed in the beautiful corner building with the semicircular entrance. Unfortunately, the pool was in a separate, more modern building, but we didn't mind the walk and enjoyed evening swims after our excursions. It was wonderful to return to the hotel after walking 20 kilometers around the city – it was always quiet, warm, and smelled pleasant. Over the week, we really grew fond of it. As we explored the city, we saw other hotels we had considered for this trip and realized that Astoria was definitely the best and right choice. I would gladly return to this hotel again.

The location is fantastic, with a metro station right next door. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It's an easy walk to the Old Town and the cable car. The room was very clean, and the Wi-Fi and hot water were stable. They provided two complimentary bottles of water, coffee, and tea. Breakfast is served on the top floor, offering a nice view.

Good spacious rooms, a beautiful, modern hotel. Delicious and comprehensive breakfast, where they can prepare egg dishes to your preference. Courteous staff. They provided free parking right at the hotel entrance. Fast room service.

The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and great value for money. The front desk staff, Lizi, was incredibly cheerful, answered all questions promptly, and provided excellent, professional service. Definitely worth coming back to stay again.

I am happy with my stay at the Ramada. I really liked the hammam and the steam room, it was really relaxing. The room is clean, there are slippers, bath accessories, tea, coffee, water. It was warm in January. The bed is large and quite soft. The staff is polite, especially thanks to Saba S. at the hotel's reception, who helped solve the problem. The jacuzzi is small but cozy and relaxing, there is an indoor pool working in winter, a gym. The location allows to go to the city center by feet, getting to know the city, but also there was no any problems to go to metro station nearby and take a taxi. I would come back here again.

The location is great, the lighting is great, the cleanliness is great, the room is spacious, the breakfast is varied, and it's very comfortable.

The best thing about this hotel is its location! Everything is around for the corner for the first time tourist. In the same time very quiet spot as it is off the main streets. The triple room was very small for three people. The showroom even smaller than reasonable. The room had shabby walls and worn carpet. The is a string Need to update and refresh rooms for the price and star rating. Breakfast was VERY basic and limited for 4*. Don’t expect much at all , if breakfast is imported from your pint of view. The hotel is made up from two houses linked together. One has a lift, but other - does not! We are talking 4 floors with no lift. Be mindful When you book a room. May be worth to send a special request to allocate a room the the “lifted” part if you have mobility issues. The beds are comfortable and big. The linen is fresh and crisp. Very clean. Good luck and enjoy your trip!
