What an amazing hotel with the most perfect location. Clean and spacious room steps away from the old town. I could not have asked for anything better. I will definitely book again next time I am in Tbilisi.

We had a wonderful stay at Mercure Tbilisi Philharmonic. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the Tbilisi Concert Hall and within easy reach of the city center, restaurants, and attractions. It’s both convenient and quiet. The rooms are modern, spacious, and very clean, with comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. Everything felt well-maintained and stylish, reflecting the Mercure brand quality. The staff truly stood out: friendly, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Breakfast was varied and fresh, offering both local and international options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and welcoming, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. I would definitely recommend Mercure Tbilisi Philharmonic and would happily stay here again.

Location abit far from the city about 2 km but others was soo damn good, they gave us a great quality clean quite and good smell room with great bed and pillows also provide gym 24 hours and laundry room for free, good to stay when you need staycation

The hotel is very clean, stylish and artistic in design, the staff is polite, enthusiastic and professional, and the check-in experience is smooth. The room is very quiet and the soundproofing is too good. The hotel has an underground parking lot, which is very convenient. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel tastes good and has a good environment.

Convenient city hotel located close to everything I needed. The location made getting around very easy. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast and perfectly fine. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. One small downside was a slight bathroom odor if the door was left open, but overall the stay was comfortable and practical.

This is a very unique hotel. The staircase public area has a bit of a nightclub vibe, which is very unique. The room was a little small, and the suitcases couldn't be fully opened, but the service was very good.

Absolutely loved the place, vibe. Toilets were clean. Guest responsible in keeping it clean. Good polite banter. Good space to work. Wine. Piano and guitar were the perfect add. Do try to add a hand pan music instrument as well. Just lovely hostel.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. We were able to check in early, and the room was excellent – clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The stunning view of the river was particularly impressive; it was incredibly beautiful, especially in the mornings and evenings. Breakfast was also very good, with a wide selection. The breakfast room itself, with its lovely view, made mornings even better. I especially want to highlight the staff – the people at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly, always ready to help. Overall, we had nothing but positive impressions and would gladly return again.

Hotel itself was fine along with the breakfast. The spa was amazing, but I had 2 big problems with the hotel which is service and cleaning: 1. Cleaning: Rooms were not cleaned 3/12 days of the trip where we had to request multiple times those days to clean and sometimes it wasn't even cleaned properly as the room had multiple dead bugs on the floor, especially under the nightstands. 2. Service: The day I checked out my gold bracelet went missing after the cleaning that morning (my friend stayed an extra day). I dug through trash outside after a long battle for them to take me there. We searched the whole room, I spoke to cleaning and more. As I left (15) I spoke to front desk. On 16&17th I emailed. On 18&19th I called. On the 19th I was finally helped and told that he will finally ask around and email me back. It took 5 attempts for them to start bothering and it has ruined the experience for me. If you go really take care of your belongings, but the location is great and so is the pool.

The location is far from the center and you need to be careful as you can't go without using a taxi or bus. The equipment said toothbrush and bathrobe, but it wasn't in the room. I didn't have a bathtub in my room, so I told the front desk to change to a room with a bathtub. The luxury of the rooms and facilities is comparable to that of a 5-star hotel, but the service was the impression that it was a 4-star hotel.
