ibis budget Tbilisi Center is the perfect base for exploring Georgia's vibrant capital. Located in the lively Vera district, just a short walk from Rustaveli Avenue and Rustaveli Metro Station, the hotel offers modern, soundproof rooms with air conditioning and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Enjoy breakfast, friendly service and excellent value, with Tbilisi's top attractions, cafés, restaurants and business hubs all within easy reach.

"The hotel room is big enough, and the accessibility of the hotel is also very high (only a 5-minute away from Rustaveli metro station). However the room has no fridge or safe, and the laundry service is extremely overpriced, luckily there is a local laundry right next to the hotel. Also, during my stay, I saw spiders staying on the room’s roof. The toilet also has many ants on the wall by the window, it just reappears whenever I killed one."

"I chose Ibis as a good starting point for my one-day Armenia tour the next day, because I wanted to grab my luggage right after the tour and catch a flight that same night. It turned out to be a successful decision. The room was quite good for an Ibis hotel. It was new, within walking distance to the airport, and close to the car rental return location. I had a lemonade at the restaurant on the first floor. It was expensive, but delicious."

Welcome to ibis Styles Tbilisi Mziuri Park. Steps away from the emerald Mziuri park, this ibis Styles offers to its guests an unique connection to the, arguably, greenest and most refreshing area of Tbilisi. Treat yourself to a short morning walk though the park to start exploring city his iconic attractions and charms of the Old Town. Hotels location provides an easy access to dining at the old Wine Factory district, as well as shopping and business hubs all along the vibrant Chavchavadze avenue.

"This is an okay hotel for business trips, especially for solo travelers. I wouldn't recommend it for a family vacation. The room is tiny, literally no space to move, but everything in the room seems well-planned, and you have a minimum of amenities available, which is fine if you're on a business trip alone. The hotel itself is quiet and peaceful, with few visitors. Overall, it looks very stylish and conceptual from the outside, and it's clear a lot of thought went into the design, perhaps a bit too much. The lack of curtains on the windows is quite annoying, although there are automatic blinds. However, these completely darken the room, and you have to use them because there are business centers about ten meters across from the window, and they look directly into your room, which is uncomfortable. The double bed is fine, but the pillows were absolutely terrible, with synthetic filling; by the end, my neck was horribly sore. Very uncomfortable. The bathroom has no amenities other than soap and shampoo, but I knew that and had everything with me, which I actually prefer. There are also no slippers or bathrobes, and no closet, just a few hangers in the hallway. On the bright side, there's a wireless charger built into the desk. There's even a USB charging port in the bedside lamps. The carpet isn't the freshest; I'd be hesitant to walk on it barefoot. Room cleaning was basic; they just straightened the duvet on the bed without even smoothing out the sheet, which was amusing to see. The shower is decent, the water pressure is weak but overall okay. Breakfasts were included, but I've never seen such a meager and small buffet, literally with only two or three dishes. There wasn't much food, and it was sometimes cold and not very tasty. There was never any black tea. For Georgia, with its traditions of hospitality, this buffet seemed wild and only caused regret regarding their attitude towards guests. If I had known, I wouldn't have paid for breakfast. Overall, the staff is reserved and polite, very professional. The hotel's location is very inconvenient. It's literally right next to a highway, and the room is very noisy; it feels like the window is open because of the road noise. There's practically nothing within walking distance except Mziuri Park, which is actually quite nice for a stroll, but you have to take a taxi for everything else; it's too far to walk. This hotel is a solid three-star for business trips, for one or two days. No more."

ibis Styles Tbilisi Center is perfectly located in the heart of Tbilisi, steps away from both - historical landmarks and modern attractions. The hotel's vibrant design blends contemporary style with Georgian cultural heritage, reflecting the bold colors and textures of the country landscapes and folk art. Its centerpiece, a whimsical sheep art installation crafted from glowing lamps, sits in an amphitheater-style lobby inspired by Georgia's mountainous terrain, setting the stage for a memorable stay.

"A wonderful place. Clean and cozy. Friendly staff. I arrived at 1 PM and they offered immediate check-in without any extra charges. When I checked out, I left my luggage for storage. It's very comfortable. The mattress is excellent, and it's quiet. I slept really well. The breakfasts are good. There's a coffee machine in the lobby for guests. I really liked the design. Everything was more than satisfactory for me. The location is excellent. I want to highlight again how well I slept and how friendly the people are. I felt extremely comfortable."

"Great location, not far from the city center. We stayed for 5 nights. On the first night, we were given a room with a tiny balcony facing the street. It was very noisy, and the room itself was minuscule with worn-out, chipped furniture. In the morning, I went to the reception to request a room change. They offered an option overlooking the inner courtyard. The view wasn't great, but at least it was quiet and had a proper balcony, not just a token one. Breakfasts were repetitive, but you wouldn't go hungry. I wouldn't say this is a 4-star hotel; it's a solid 3-star. Overall, everything was good, but there were a few minor issues. The staff at the reception were excellent."

"We stayed as two couples in mid-March. We were given rooms next to each other in building 4, without balconies and with a river view. We really enjoyed it: comfortable beds and nice linens (I'm very particular about that). Tasty breakfast, pleasant reception, and responsive staff. There was some noise, but it wasn't critical. The location is ideal. This is our fifth time in Tbilisi, and we specifically chose this area. The hotel entrance is just to the right of the most beautiful bathhouse. There's a soulful and delicious restaurant with singing and dancing just across the bridge from the hotel; I recommend visiting from 8 PM onwards. The bathhouses are also a must-visit."

Excellent location beside the parliament. The hotel staff are very responsive and helpful to requests. The hotel design is artistic and minimalist. It would suit people who want to stay in a heritage building, be within walking distance to restaurants, shopping area, and tour bus pick up spots. The room is extremely spacious.

Novotel Tbilisi Center

I have a very mixed filling about this hotel. I’ll start with positives: it is very new, well located, nice rooms with great view if you have a cathedral side. We were at a family room which was roomy but not oversized though. Cleaning was good and rather efficient. Good location to reach all Tbilisi attractions. Street stalls around and some 24/7 shops allow to get fruits, snacks and wine (if you want). There is a nice small swimming pool on the roof which is a great spot for a dip after a hot day or in the morning. Now to details which realy make the place or ruin it … this time these are fatal (imho) faults unfortunately: Started with check in. The staff acts as if they are paid not to smile or show any welcome … i was unpleasantly surprised when after all paperwork was done I was asked to pay though my room was fully paid in advance. Funny that I have checked in online following advice I received in e-mail from Novotel which said that I will have just to pick my keys and go … never happened )))) Now to the room: No sitting space - just on armchair and that is the room for a family (!), no working desk. Large balcony with a view but not any chair to sit and enjoy. USB sockets are plenty but not working (informed the staff about that a few times but never got it fixed or explained that they were out of order). A/C leaks slightly and there is a permanent water spot on the floor (not large and not a big deal though). A huge issue is that there are absolutely no hooks, rails or hangers for towels, drying swim wear etc. just one lonely knob on the wall where apparently you have to place all towels for 3 people ! At some point I was about to call GM to ask him personally to advise my on a place where I and my folks can dry our swim wear )))) Service is strange … at 10 pm I was informed that no room-service is available at this time and I have to help myself with getting my wine bottle opened and staffing my room with glasses and ice (things available just on call even at 3 star properties). Breakfasts are very limited in choice we decided to skip and used a nice cafe just few steps up the road. I was surprised that even capuchino is at extra price (!). You can have only omelet to order. If your breakfast is not included - check for some other place (there are a few in close proximity). Pool: it is nice, however no sun shades. Changing rooms are also lacking any (!) hungers - if you take a shower your bathrobe and towel can only be placed on a bench. And no hair dryers (not to speak of swim wear dryers). Last but not least, though the hotel is centrally located expect a doubtful surrounding as there is a sort of market around with street stalls etc. No places for a nice dinner or a night out in a closest proximity so you better return to the hotel just to get in and sleep. Though the hotel claims 2 bars to be working within the property in reality there are none … the lobby bar was always empty (never saw a bartender there). The bar on the 5th floor is poorly designed, unwelcoming and is more a breakfast room rather than a location to relax. Asked for a asked of beer and received a bottle (for self-openning) and a glass just over counter (no service what do ever). I doubt that the staff which is not very professional in oppening a wine bottle can make a cocktail well … As a conclusion we have that at the price of a 5 star you are lacking: service, room comfort, dining and drinking options, properly equipped facilities, leaving to with just location (though doubtful) and new property (which is evaporating day after day). I wish Novotel of which I am a true evangelist will find this comment of mine and fix the case of Novotel Tbilisi to bring it to a true high standards of the brand .… I am sure it is overall a GM’s fault as it is his/her duty to oversee all the guest experience and constantly fix every detail. For now I do not recommend this hotel and will not return.

The hotel room was quite spacious, but the facilities were a bit old, especially the bedding which was somewhat yellowed. The hotel's location is pretty good, situated in a bustling area with many restaurants and shops nearby. However, you'll need to take a taxi to reach the main attractions. There's a subway station a few hundred meters away, which is just one stop from Freedom Square. The hotel is located next to a main avenue with heavy traffic, so it can be a bit noisy at night. When checking in, try to request a room facing the inner courtyard. The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast was decent.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were very satisfied with our stay at Museum Hotel Tbilisi. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to all the main attractions of Old Tbilisi. A good Hilton Garden Inn Tbilisi Riverview hotel. **Location:** A bit removed from the main attractions, about a 15-20 minute walk to Rike Park. You can get to a bus stop or metro station and go wherever you need. Taxis are also readily available. **Cleanliness:** Excellent. **Service:** Polite staff who explain and show you everything. I arrived early and paid for an early check-in. Since my room on the upper floor wasn't ready, they offered a temporary option so I could rest after my journey. **Amenities and Services:** Overall, the room had everything, but I noted a few nuances: no dental kits (it wasn't a big deal for me, so I didn't ask), bathrobes were brought after a call, and on the second day, there was no bottled water, which was then brought. Also, there was a leak from the faucet, creating puddles near the bathroom door – the plumbing needs to be checked. **Food:** I had breakfast and enjoyed everything. Overall, the internal management, design, and atmosphere of Hilton feel high-quality, and I recommend the hotel. However, the constant requests/calls to bring things were a bit annoying (I had read reviews before booking, and similar comments were already there). In all my years of business trips and travels, this was the first time I'd encountered this. The hotel definitely needs to address these service and amenity issues – after all, it's an international hotel chain.

Located in an alley, which is quite narrow to drive through to the parking, but having parking in Tbilisi is a huge plus. The breakfast was good, and the staff were pleasant. The staff are friendly enough, but there are a lot of additional rules that aren’t advertised in advance of arrival. A whole list of them. If you are a couple getting married in the city, don’t stay here, go for the hotel piano instead. It’s a little more out of the way, but much better and similarly priced. If you are solo travelling, it’s probably acceptable, but expect to have to wear plastic shoe covers at all times and if you are from the west you will probably be confused and offput by the signage in the toilets. For a city centre “hotel”, especially one with the word “party” lighting up the front, the facilities are more like a countryside outhouse that happens to be indoors. As many people mention in other reviews it is “clean” and well maintained, but you are also expected to discard used toilet paper in a bin, which has to be opened by hand, unfortunately. My wife didn’t think the shower facilities were clean enough either so we just left after a single day. Upon leaving, we attempted to modify our checkout date inside of the app and the staff refused to allow us to do so. Keeping the stay active beyond even the date we left the country and would have checked out early to begin with. It’s our fault for not cancelling the stay before arriving really, that we lost £130 or so. But you would expect a capsule style hotel to be more accommodating. In other words if you do stay here, don’t book several days at once, just book a couple of days and extend the booking on a day to day basis while you are there. Otherwise you are potentially wasting your money if you don’t like the place. That said, there are worse places. Good luck.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The first nights were fantastic - especially considering the price. The room was beautiful, bright, clean, nicely furnished, warm and very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, heated and clean too. And the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The last night I stayed, however, my room had been double booked and so I was asked to move to a different room. Although things like this of course can happen, it seems to me that I am not the first guest to experience something like this and that reservations at this hotel therefore are inreliable … The room I was moved to was relatively clean, but in poor poor condition. There were cracks in the ceiling and walls, wallpaper was peeling off and the bathroom facilities including the toilet were in dire need of renovation. There was a gap between the door and the wall (leading outside), so the room was very very cold. IIn order to keep the room at a bearable temperature I had to have the air conditioning unit turned up to max (31 degree C) and on full speed turbo setting. This was noisy and even so, the room was still cold. There was also no WiFi in this room - which as a foreigner is very inconvenient. Worst of all, there was no hot water in this second room, so I was unable to shower before leaving. A night for only a couple of dollars/euro more at an Ibis budget hotel would be an incomparably better experience. That would in other words have been a nice experience. This was certainly not. The experience at this hostel thus depends very much on the room you are provided with. Had I been provided with the second room the first night I stayed, I would have checked out immediately. Very very cold, bad facilities, deeply uncomfortable. Had I not been a) moved from room to room due to overbooking and b) been moved to this particular second room, the overall experience would have been a 10/10.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
