"The room was quite new, equipped with a desk and a hairdryer, and there was space under the bed for luggage. However, the bed was too soft. There's a Ferrari showroom downstairs, and on one of the three nights we stayed, from 12:03 AM onwards, cars were revving their engines and racing down the street for several hours. It was incredibly frustrating. The location is a bit isolated, so the best way to get around is by taxi. If you prefer to walk, there are three routes: If you face the hotel, walk straight ahead to your left, go through the parking lot, up a flight of stairs, and over an underpass to reach the main road. To the right of the hotel, there's a park; if you enter the park, there's an uphill path, followed by stairs that lead through a residential area to the main road. Finally, with your back to the hotel, there's a pedestrian bridge; cross it to the other side, then follow the road up to the bridge to exit."

"We stayed during the May holidays. The hotel is centrally located, which was very convenient for getting everywhere. The room wasn't large, but the plumbing was good. Our room didn't have a balcony and faced the street, so it was noisy at night. The breakfasts were good; the only downside is they start at 8:00 AM, so if you have an early excursion, you might miss out. Overall, the hotel is worth the money!"

"The hotel is located in a renovated old mansion. The room on the top floor has a glass ceiling, so you can stargaze. I'm not sure how it will be in the summer sun, though. The receptionist is a pleasant person. The room is simple, no frills – perfectly fine for a transit stay."

"The room was spacious, the bed was comfy and the hotel location was good. Very close to a metro station or walking distance to some of the main touristic attractions. The breakfast was a homemade buffet style and everything tasted nice and fresh. Coming from a warm place I struggled with the cold temperature the first night so I requested an extra blanket during the second day on my stay and they promptly gave it to me. Surprisingly enough, when I came back to the room on the third day, I noticed that the staff not only left the bed prepared with the extra duvet from the previous night, but also brought a heater to make the room warmer for the rest of my stay. I was really touched with the gesture."

"Great location, very near to metro where you are able to get to liberty square in 2 stops surrounded by shops and restaurant and Fabrika. Room was nice but many equipments in room was not work. Safety box was not work, tv remote control was not work, we have asked for new battery but no body brought them to our room. Bed sheet was not changed during stay. Water, coffee and tea bag was not replaced."

IIgal NessI had an incredible stay at Shota@Rustaveli Boutique Hotel as a solo traveler blending work and leisure. The location is perfect—centrally situated in Tbilisi, just a short walk from the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre and the Georgian National Museum, making it ideal for exploring the city. The room was well-equipped with a comfortable desk that was perfect for getting work done. The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

GGuest UserThe hotel is generally well located; however, access by car is not very convenient. Vehicles cannot approach the entrance directly, so guests are dropped off nearby and have to walk to the hotel with their luggage. Overall, the staff leave a positive impression — the team works in a coordinated manner, and there is clear involvement from both the front desk and management. Unfortunately, this applies to a lesser extent to the restaurant and room service. Restaurant service could be improved: service is not always prompt, and tables are cleared with delays. At the same time, the food quality is good — breakfasts are tasty, and hot dishes are prepared well and replenished on time. I would also note that during breakfast, waiters leave the dining area several times to smoke, exiting directly from the restaurant. As a result, the door is frequently opened and cold air enters the room, which is uncomfortable during the winter season. I would also note that communication with room service was inappropriate — the order was taken in a rather rude manner, which does not meet expectations for a hotel of this level. The rooms are very compact. Once a suitcase is opened or a chair is moved away from the desk, it becomes difficult to move around the room. All beds in the hotel are made of two joined beds; there are no king-size beds. This information was confirmed at the front desk when I attempted to upgrade my room. Room lighting is insufficient, and the windows face neighboring buildings. The organization of drinking water also raises questions. Despite the hotel’s four-star rating, water is not delivered to the rooms. Guests are expected to fill their own bottles from a water dispenser on the floor, where queues sometimes form, creating the impression of staying in a student campus. Housekeeping is carried out regularly, though not always thoroughly. At the same time, I would like to note a positive point: due to low occupancy, I was provided with a complimentary room upgrade, which had a positive impact on my overall impression of the stay. Overall, the hotel leaves a mixed impression: strong work from the front desk and management and decent food quality are combined with noticeable shortcomings in restaurant service, room comfort, and basic guest amenities.

MMariaIt was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi. 1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name 2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****. 3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive). 4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)

GGuest UserThis is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful hotel. It's an easy drive from the airport and a fair price for the taxi there. The location is excellent with plenty of very decent restaurants and shops in the vicinity. There is a french restaurant nearby that I highly recommend if you like high quality french food. The snails and the soup starters are particularly delicious and the steak and fish is superb. The reception staff at the hotel are so friendly, welcoming and very helpful and professional no job is too small. You can rely on them 100%. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and warm especially in this month. All the amenities are there with plenty of tea and coffee and a fridge if you have your own items. The housekeeping staff are attentive and friendly and do an excellent job of keeping your room clean and fully stocked up. Finally, this hotel provides a buffet breakfast as well which again I highly recommend with a wide variety of food and fruit and pastry on offer and cooked food all to a high quality. It's a real pleasure to eat breakfast there in the charming restaurant area with plenty of tea, coffee and fruit juice. The staff are very helpful and makes your breakfast experience a very good start to your day. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again in December on a short trip over Christmas. It's always a pleasure and a sadness to leave when your trip is over.

GGuest UserI had a really great stay at this capsule hotel. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The capsule itself was cozy and gave enough privacy to rest properly. The staff were also very friendly and helpful during my stay. The location is convenient and easy to access, especially for travelers. I also liked the atmosphere because it felt calm and safe. Everything I needed was provided, and the facilities were maintained very well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and comfortable place to stay. GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The first nights were fantastic - especially considering the price. The room was beautiful, bright, clean, nicely furnished, warm and very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, heated and clean too. And the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The last night I stayed, however, my room had been double booked and so I was asked to move to a different room. Although things like this of course can happen, it seems to me that I am not the first guest to experience something like this and that reservations at this hotel therefore are inreliable … The room I was moved to was relatively clean, but in poor poor condition. There were cracks in the ceiling and walls, wallpaper was peeling off and the bathroom facilities including the toilet were in dire need of renovation. There was a gap between the door and the wall (leading outside), so the room was very very cold. IIn order to keep the room at a bearable temperature I had to have the air conditioning unit turned up to max (31 degree C) and on full speed turbo setting. This was noisy and even so, the room was still cold. There was also no WiFi in this room - which as a foreigner is very inconvenient. Worst of all, there was no hot water in this second room, so I was unable to shower before leaving. A night for only a couple of dollars/euro more at an Ibis budget hotel would be an incomparably better experience. That would in other words have been a nice experience. This was certainly not. The experience at this hostel thus depends very much on the room you are provided with. Had I been provided with the second room the first night I stayed, I would have checked out immediately. Very very cold, bad facilities, deeply uncomfortable. Had I not been a) moved from room to room due to overbooking and b) been moved to this particular second room, the overall experience would have been a 10/10.
