Amazing
GGuest UserProbably my first time posting such a long review as I'm truly impressed with the value that the accommodation provides:
Reception staffs are friendly and when checking in early around 8am to offload my luggage after an overnight train, I was informed the earliest possible timing is 12noon which I had no issues as I had a day tour which ended on late afternoon.
Pleasantly surprised the accommodation has an elevator which is a great saviour for guests with luggage.
The room is clean and spacious, it has the amenities which I require especially the hair dryer which is very efficient to dry off my wet hair post shower especially.
The lady in charge of the restaurant during breakfast hours is professional and proactive. She took note of my room number, replenished the dishes promptly and also cleared off the utensils left by guests and cleaned the table using sanitizers pretty quick so the restaurant remains clean and tidy. I'm impressed with her professionalism and the hotel management should duly reward her for doing her job well.
I would suggest having more fruit options as it's pretty limited and repetitive.
As compared to my previous hotel stay in Tbilisi, this hotel is simply a gem. Highly recommended and would like to stay when I return for the next trip.
If only the hotel is close to a metro station it would be superb in my opinion.
AAnonymous UserMy experience at sandali metheki was amazing,Breakfast tastes so amazing, the staffs are so helpful and very nice with top notch professionalism 🥰, the hotel location is very accessible to different parts of the city . Thank you sandali metheki, will surely visit again. 👍👍
EErika SuzukiMy husband and I stayed here for 7 nights. The staff were incredibly kind, and the room cleaning was excellent. The hotel is located in the Vera district, so there are plenty of restaurants and a Spar convenience store nearby, which makes for a very convenient location. However, the road directly in front of the hotel is a bus lane, which can be a bit inconvenient if you're taking a taxi with a lot of luggage. The restaurant/café on the ground floor of the hotel was quiet and comfortable for digital nomads.
GGuest UserWonderful stay at Mercure Tbilisi Old Town. The hotel is clean, quiet, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Perfect location and great service. Highly recommended
BBSS.CHTNLocation abit far from the city about 2 km but others was soo damn good, they gave us a great quality clean quite and good smell room with great bed and pillows also provide gym 24 hours and laundry room for free, good to stay when you need staycation
GGuest UserA stylish, cozy hotel with excellent service. We stayed for 4 days, and it was a pleasant 15-minute walk to the city center for sightseeing and dinner, so the location is very convenient overall. The interior is modern and trendy, and the room cleaning is daily and very thorough – no complaints there! There's also an underground parking garage (included in the room rate), where we left our car without any issues. All in all, I definitely recommend it. The only downside is that while the room was beautiful, it was very dark and overlooked the back alley and a road, so no sun ever reached the room.
GGuest UserIt was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi.
1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name
2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****.
3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive).
4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)
GGuest UserConvenient location.
The location is convenient, and the bed linen is clean. The bathroom floor is cold, which makes it uncomfortable to walk barefoot in winter. Check-in and check-out are quick, which is very convenient if you are staying for a short time.
YYobaobaoThis is a very unique hotel. The staircase public area has a bit of a nightclub vibe, which is very unique. The room was a little small, and the suitcases couldn't be fully opened, but the service was very good.
KkamgpdjThe location is far from the center and you need to be careful as you can't go without using a taxi or bus. The equipment said toothbrush and bathrobe, but it wasn't in the room.
I didn't have a bathtub in my room, so I told the front desk to change to a room with a bathtub.
The luxury of the rooms and facilities is comparable to that of a 5-star hotel, but the service was the impression that it was a 4-star hotel.
