AAnonymous UserLocation: Many restaurants and cafes nearby, convenient for public transportation; bus 337 from the airport goes directly to the bus stop 650 meters from the hotel.
Staff: Aside from the front desk staff being polite, the breakfast restaurant staff and cleaning staff were extremely indifferent and had very cold expressions. I stayed three nights, and the staff treated me coldly and never greeted guests.
Room Interior: Beautifully decorated and new, the bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom drain had a very strong odor.
WiFi: Very slow internet speed.
Breakfast Buffet: Very plentiful and delicious.

HHan.WBMy experience at the Sole Hotel was very pleasant. The room was large and spacious, clean, provided with a hot water kettle for making coffee and tea in the room. The bathroom was also large and made safe for disabled people (there was a seat for the shower). The hot water flowed quickly, perfect for a massage. Breakfast was quite comprehensive, and the restaurant was located on the top floor with beautiful views. The only inconvenience was the hotel's location, which is quite far from the main road and the hilly location, so it would be difficult to bring large suitcases. It is recommended to take a Bolt taxi to this hotel. Hotel location also excellent nearby many tourist places at old Tbilisi town. I will stay at this hotel again another day.

NNoppasornLast night I landed late and checked in at 1.00am. When I arrived at the hotel, a tall European male staff asked me “who are you” and was very unfriendly. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I talked to him nicely. I came with my boyfriend and my bag. Anyone who saw me would know that I was a tourist. After entering the hotel, he checked me in for more than 40 minutes and couldn’t find my booking. He behaved very badly throughout the check-in process and even charged me even though I had already paid on the Tip.com app. in the morning , at 8.55am in the morning, he opened my bedroom. It was a terrible day in Georgia. He made me feel suspicious and unsafe here. Please let the hotel handle this matter with this person. Because this man’s behavior is very unsafe for tourists. Or is it because he sees me as Asian, so he bullies me?
Your hotel is a very good hotel. I don't think your hotel should be ruined by people behaving in such an unsafe way towards customers.
The first night I was hoping to relax and start my Christmas break, but the first time I encountered something bad like this. I am very disappointed and sad.

GGuest UserGreat experience in this cozy and wonderful hotel. We liked everything starting from interesting building of the hotel itself, spacious room and very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast with live piano music or on the sunny terrace.
We were very happy choosing this hotel, great location near by with bar/restaurants street as well as park zone and just 10 mins walking distance to Liberty square

GGuest UserThis place deserves a lot of credit for doing things a bit differently. The design features and floor plan are quite special. We loved some of the details like the record player and projector with streaming access. But once you look closer it is a little rough around the edges for the price that we paid.
Service was also very hit and miss. When we arrived, no one greeted us, instead staff was talking to each other and looked confused when we said we wanted to check-in. In Tbilisi, we had no problem with communicating in English, but the staff here had trouble communicating with us several times. In general, they were friendly though and took time to show us the room.
When we ordered a drink through the room service from the bar downstairs, it came in a flimsy plastic cup that was only have full.
Also be aware, that the window is towards the courtyard where there is a restaurant and bar that closes late and draws some pretty noisy crowds.
The location is great, though, and we did enjoy our stay here. With a little more attention to detail, this would be a great place!

ККатерина24The hotel is a 40-minute walk from the sights. At first they gave us a room on the third floor, with an entrance from the balcony. The room is standard, a price-comfort ratio. The entrance door is plastic, and when you lock it with a key, there is a gap through which air blows. The furniture is a bit worn. We asked the administrator to change the room.
We moved to a room on the first floor next to the reception. The room is better, more space, there is an entrance area. It is tidier. The bathroom does not have a shower wall, and there is no curtain either. If you swim, it splashes in all directions. Be prepared to swim. The pressure in the shower feels like it cuts your skin. The stream of water does not flow straight, but in different directions.
Don't expect cleaning in the room, but we were there for 2 days
The breakfasts are tolerable, from the category of homemade cold. Every day sausage, cucumber/tomato, boiled eggs, buns, and a couple of dishes that change. It is better to come for breakfast first if you are counting on choice and hot food
On average, you can stay in a hotel if you do not want to overpay for accommodation.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff where friendly and polite but there was a lot of small issues.
1. Beside the fridge and kettle, there was only 1 plug, you had to unplug one to use the other.
2. In the room, a ***** of tile had become unstuck from the floor, it was unsightly and you could easily cut yourself on the rough edges if walking around the room bare foot. Management should have taken care of this.
3. Everyday, we were awoken to loud music from the room next door. That's not the hotels fault per say, except to mention, maybe the walls are paper thin or this truly was the guest from hell.
4. On our last day, the hotel appeared to run out of hot water.
The size of the room is not what was shown on the picture and I can't see how the hotel gained 4 stars. Probably 3* is a fair and accurare based on our room. The Wifi was excellent and the location is close to a lot of shops and things to do nearby so I feel it has both good and points and guests shouldn't be completely put off by my niggles.

GGuest UserХороший отель за свои деньги. Даже придираться не хотелось. Брали на несколько суток. Отдохнуть после дороги - самое то! Рядом станция метро, недалеко Карфур. На ресепшене был русскоговорящий парень, подсказал нам по метро и в целом был доброжелательным.
Номер чистый, душевая тоже. Панорамные окна, с 6-ого этажа был отличный вид на горы. Рядом оживленная дорога, но дискомфорта не было.
