"The hotel was good clean and nice the location is good as well walkable areas and there is metro station very very close. Only the breakfast is not very much but still was nice and there is no personal items for using on the room you have to call and ask them for it. Overall is a good hotel"

"Our stay at brosse hotel was good . front desk manager guided us super easily. hotel design was very modern and unique! also i have to mention the perfect location - central as it gets, you have every convinience store, restaurant and cafes near! i really enjoyed croissants on my breakfast, servers were super nice aswell! will be staying if i come to tbilisi again for sure!"

"Location is good but difficult to call for bolt taxis as there is no stopping area outside the hotel. Also there is no parking area. There is no bell boy service so you have to take your bags yourself. Rooms are good and specious. Bathrooms are good as well. Housekeeping doesn’t speak any English so difficult to get through or order anything. Use the app through the QR code give. In the room. They don’t give milk for coffee but that seems to be the standard in Tbilisi hotels. We had a double deluxe room."

"Needs to improve on the breakfast. Room size was good, rooms were bright n cheery, location was great, check-in staff and room cleaning service staff were polite and professional, room cleaning was good too. What stood out most was the free flow coffee, tea and the cookies 24-7 and a very huge area in the lobby to sit around n enjoy the afternoon or night!"

"Wonderful place. Definitely acceded expectations. Great view - you’ll be no longer surprised by any tourists viewpoint of the city. I wouldn’t walk up there with a luggage, just choose taxi, but after it is just fine if you expect to walk around the old town anyway.  Very nice breakfast selection. And the stuff is very attentive. Exceptionally clean rooms. And I truly enjoyed its stylistic choice.  But the most important - the people! Thank you for your hospitality! I’ll definitely see you next time!"

"The staff is top, they will answer everything, they will help, they are in touch - 0 complaints I stayed there twice at the beginning and at the end of my trip to Georgia. The first time everything was perfect, the second time there were not enough gels in the room and the Internet on the TV did not work. The staff quickly fixed everything The rooms are new, neat, clean. The city center is nearby, it is ideal to walk, the only thing is that the hotel is on the mountain - so you will have to do some cardio to get there) But it is useful. There is a spa, a bank, a square, a cafe nearby - no complaints"

"I arrived to the hotel on May 21 in the very early morning. The male staff (I forgot to ask his name) in the front desk is super friendly and caring. Since I was too early there and waiting for the room for a long time. He offered me a glass of water which is small gestures but indeed means as lot. And the rest of the stay is perfect. Generally, all the staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and perfect cuz I got the one can see Mother of Georgia. The location is perfect as well. You can reach to many attractions in a walking distance. Since I am a solo traveller, there are loads of good restaurants around and I don’t have to worry about the safety of going back to hotel after dinner at night."
