5-Star Hotels in Nanning

Our family of four – two adults and two children – was on a road trip. Let me share both the good and the bad. Every time we travel, I carefully choose and compare hotels, and we always come back satisfied, but this time I was truly disappointed. First, the hotel's location is excellent, with free parking and EV charging stations, which is very convenient. We were proactively upgraded to a lake-view room upon check-in, which was a nice touch and definitely added to our positive experience. There's an infinity pool on the top floor, and the breakfast buffet was quite varied. However, what happened next was something I've never encountered before in all our years of traveling with kids, and it instantly dampened our entire happy trip. This morning, my husband took our son to the breakfast buffet first. When he gave the room number, he mistakenly said 1205 instead of 1025. The staff member on duty at the buffet entrance verified it and told him it was incorrect. Later, when I came with my daughter, we were told we had to pay for extra breakfasts – only two breakfasts were included per room, and we had to pay 177 yuan for our 9-year-old and 13-year-old. I agreed on the spot; regardless of how much the kids eat, they're older now, so paying for extra meals is understandable. But then came the most infuriating part: this same staff member watched us throughout our entire meal, constantly reminding us: 'Don't waste, don't waste.' I even vaguely heard this staff member whispering to a colleague at the entrance, 'See, caught another one!' I was absolutely appalled on the spot. Are we thieves? I cannot understand how a five-star hotel can train staff members like this. We've stayed in countless hotels, big and small, on our annual trips, and I've never encountered such service.

This was my second stay at the Vientiane Hotel, and once again, I was impressed. The scent of the hotel was pleasant, and the front desk staff were very polite and accommodating during check-in, doing their best to meet guest requests after communication. The food delivery robot was also incredibly fast, and the elevators were quick. I felt the front desk staff were even better trained than during my first visit. The room facilities were complete, comfortable, and bright. The housekeeping staff were very polite, and the cleanliness was impeccable, which is why I'll definitely be staying here for a third time. My family also enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel actually has a spa and a bar, and better management and operation would certainly contribute to the hotel's future success. Although there was a minor issue, it's not about encountering problems, but rather the hotel's ability to resolve them, which was excellent. I wish them continued success!

The hotel boasts an excellent location right next to Wanda Plaza, making check-in a breeze. Our concierge, Katie, proactively contacted us to arrange a fruit upgrade and a late checkout at 4 PM. She even helped us with buckwheat and latex pillows. The mattress was supportive and very comfortable. Being on the 20th floor, the views were fantastic. The family room was great, everyone had their own bed and slept really well. Plus, parking is free for guests. A perfect score! 💯

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately impressed by its minimalist yet grand decor. The warm yellow lighting created a truly welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff greeted me with such warmth, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. They even thoughtfully provided recommendations for local attractions. The room itself was impeccably clean, with no unpleasant odors whatsoever. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, making it feel like sleeping on a cloud, which ensured a wonderfully restful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a convenient wet/dry separation, and the complimentary toiletries were of good quality. The shower gel had a lovely scent, and hot water was instantly available with excellent water pressure.

The room has a classic, old-money charm. The location is great, about a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The hotel's restaurant is popular with locals, so parking can be tight during dinner hours. The cleanliness is good, though the bathroom and shower are a bit small. Breakfast doesn't have a huge variety, but it covers the essentials. It's conveniently located, making it suitable for business travelers.

Traveling to Nanning with friends, we stayed at this hotel. They contacted me in advance to ask about my room preferences, which was very thoughtful. Guest service agent Xiao Wei even upgraded our room type, for which I'm very grateful. The hotel also arranged a complimentary pickup service from Nanning East Station, which was much appreciated. Overall, the room stay experience was excellent – clean, tidy, and well-equipped with complete and functional facilities. The self-service laundry was very convenient to use, and the breakfast on the second floor was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! [Strong]

Highly recommend this hotel! The location is super convenient, and I had a very restful sleep at night. Rachel, a member of the staff, was incredibly responsive and promptly followed up on all my requests. Our communication was smooth and friendly, and she didn't just pass the buck when issues arose; instead, she proactively offered appropriate compensation. The facilities are comprehensive, and combined with the attentive service, it's definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling.

The hotel is very conveniently located. There's an airport shuttle directly from the airport to the hotel, and it's only a few hundred meters walk to the subway station, making it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. I originally wanted to give it a five-star review, but when I was checking out and asked for a bottle of water, they didn't even have any in the hotel lobby??? It seems that even established five-star hotels still have room for improvement when it comes to personalized service!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! There are clear signs along the way from the airport guiding you directly to the hotel, so you just follow them. The entire route is covered with canopies and roofed walkways, so you don't have to worry about getting wet when it rains – very thoughtful. The room amenities are complete, with everything you need for daily use. Breakfast is served from 5:30 AM to 10:00 AM, which is especially convenient for early morning flights. There's a wide variety of choices, including 'Lao You Fen' (Old Friend Noodles), Guilin rice noodles, 'Luosi Fen' (Snail Noodles), and Cantonese dim sum – a great selection. Our rented car was delivered directly to the hotel entrance, and they also offer free parking. This makes it super convenient whether you're driving your own car or a rental. Overall, our stay was excellent.

This is my second stay here, and it feels even more familiar this time. I chose Nanning Wanda Vista for my Nanning vacation again, and the experience was even better than last time. From check-in to check-out, the front desk staff were professional and efficient. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable, plus I had a great view of the Yongjiang River. What really surprised me, though, was how much the hotel's back garden had improved! Not only are there more plants, but they've added quite a few animals, making it feel like a mini-zoo. Being able to see animals while staying at the hotel was a huge hit with the kids! The value for money is absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.
