This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed with such warmth and genuine care. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond in every way. It didn’t feel like a hotel — it felt like staying at a close friend’s beautiful home. The room was spotless, elegant, and unbelievably comfortable. The view was so stunning I almost didn’t want to leave the room! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, prepared with care and quality. What truly sets this place apart is the heart of the team. Their smiles, kindness, and dedication made this trip unforgettable. Thank you for making me feel so special. I picked this hotel for a show. It's conveniently located, about a 15-20 minute walk to the Cultural and Art Center. The surrounding area is quite quiet, and it's also very close to the Yong River Green Walkway, which is great for a stroll. The room facilities are fairly new, and the bathroom has excellent wet/dry separation. My only minor complaint is that the sink is a bit low, so it's easy to splash water out when washing your face or brushing your teeth. Room cleaning could be a bit more thorough; for example, the shower cap wasn't replenished on the second day. After contacting the front desk, a robot delivered it to my door, which was really cute! Though it did make me wonder, if they have robots, why not use them for food delivery as well? The views from both the restaurant and the room are lovely. It was very comfortable and relaxing to lie on the sofa and simply enjoy the scenery.

First, the location is excellent. It has its own underground parking garage, but it's quite small, so parking can be tight at times. The front desk service was excellent. Seeing that I was traveling with elderly people and children, they even asked me if I wanted a south-facing or north-facing room, as one room faces the road and might be noisy. The breakfast selection wasn't very diverse, but there was a window for making noodles and wontons, which was quite satisfying.

The hotel has a laundry room and a gym, which is conveniently located on the 21st floor – exactly where I was staying! They have washing machines, dryers, and even an iron. The service is excellent, and the front desk staff are all lovely. The shower gel and shampoo in the room are really good, and the pillows are super comfortable. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the room has voice-controlled smart features, so you can automatically open and close the curtains, which is very convenient. The toilet is also a smart one that flushes automatically. The hygiene is well-maintained, with no stray hairs or anything like that.

The service at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, and the room quality was superb! The smart curtains in the room were incredibly convenient; I could open and close them with just a voice command. The freshly ground soy milk at breakfast was incredibly rich and flavorful – they said it's made from an old variety of soybeans, and it went perfectly with the freshly made fried dough sticks. Plus, the hotel is right next to MixC shopping mall and a subway station, making it super easy to get anywhere. This experience was truly top-notch, definitely five-star worthy! Parking is also free.

We spent awhile here as were securing Vietnam visas. This is hotel is far from the embassy. On the other hand,it was convenient for the public transport,but not the subway. The front desk had no clue about whether trains to Vietnam from Nanning are possible. They are and we took trains first to Hanoi and later to Mui Ne.The front desk all over Vietnam was full of good advice and could speak English well enough. As for China,they wanted to help,but didnt have the answers and once I could see them tapping away at their phones I knew they would most likely find the same lack of information I found on line. The train at Nanning leaves at 6PM for Hanoi. A special machine exists that prints out a card in five languages with carbon copies that tear away at each juncture of the trip. This will be a bad night's sleep as they rouse passengers late at night to stamp out of China and later into Vietnam. Upon arrival in Hanoi you'll probably need a taxi,but at 6:30am the only ones prey on tourists st the train station. Most people stay around the Old Quarter and it's a well provisioned sort of place with a giant lake at the center. Getting to the train station here required me to get a motorcycle,but wasnt far. It was easy to buy onward tickets and we enjoyed the food and people watching around the lake. Hanoi is sweater weather in January,but once you hit southeastern Vietnam the weather is hot and humid with refreshing sea breezes along the coast.

Choosing Urumqi Hotel for my stay in Nanning was absolutely the right decision! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm and attentive service. The front desk staff not only processed my check-in quickly but also gave me a detailed overview of the hotel's facilities and nearby dining options, making me feel right at home. The room itself was a pleasant surprise. It was immaculately clean and tidy, as expected, and the decor was simple yet stylish.

Facilities: Fully equipped, had everything I needed and more. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy, I was impressed the moment I walked into the room. Environment: Quiet and comfortable. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

I am travelling with my 78 years old father, stayed here for two times. The first time is arrival to naming airport before I travel to visit my family member's in BeiLiu. We stayed at 9 floor the first time, the toilet has odour of cigarettes for the whole night, even though it shows as a non-smoking room. The second times when we came back, the receptionist checked with me either to get the same room, I feedback to him the toilet has odour of cigarette, he gave me another room at 8 floor. The toilet has no cigarettes odour. But the towel has some weird smells or odour of cigarettes when we used it, that time already near 11pm, we choose not to call the receptionist for towel changing. The receptionists are both very nice. There are varieties of stalls next to the hotel and many other stalls are avaliable, the location is quite good.

I recently stayed at Sanzan Hotel, located near Jinhu Square Metro Station in Nanning, and had an overall pleasant experience. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and local markets in the surrounding area, which is incredibly convenient. Check-in & Service: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to assist with any queries. They were always ready to offer directions or help with taxi arrangements, which made the stay even more hassle-free. Room: The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and the pillows were just right for a good night’s sleep. The room was equipped with all the usual amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, free Wi-Fi, and an air conditioning unit that worked perfectly. The bathroom was spacious, with a good shower and all the necessary toiletries provided. Facilities: The hotel has a small but functional fitness center, which I used a couple of times during my stay. While it’s not a massive gym, it has enough equipment for a decent workout. There’s also a restaurant on-site, which serves a variety of Chinese dishes. The breakfast buffet was simple but tasty, offering a mix of local and continental options. Value for Money: Given its central location and the comfort of the facilities, Sanzan Hotel offers excellent value for money. The price is very reasonable, especially for a hotel that is so conveniently situated near a metro station.
