4-Star Hotels in Nanning

On my way back from Zhanjiang, I had a layover in Nanning and chose this hotel again, just like I did on my outbound journey. They upgraded my room, and everything—the room, service, and breakfast—was fantastic. The value for money during the Chinese New Year was exceptional. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Nanning.

The front desk lady at the hotel, Xiao Xue, is warm and welcoming. When I check in, I will ask me what I need for the room. It is really intimate, clean and tidy, the room is warm and spacious, the hotel is in a good location, the room cleaning staff is also very kind, and the cleaning is very meticulous. The hotel staff are also very enthusiastic, the price of the room is also very affordable, cost-effective! So I stayed for many days. Parking is really friendly to our long-term guests. There is a parking lot at the door. There is no need to go around to find a parking lot. This time I got more than one comfortable and pleasant stay experience. There are also fireworks in the world. This is my evaluation of this hotel. Awesome

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese. Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. Our family of three booked a parent-child room for two nights, and we had a fantastic experience. As my dad put it, the toilet was so clean you could see your reflection in it! The cleaning staff were really nice. The hotel's location is super convenient, with lots of great bubble tea shops nearby 😝. They even provide disposable toilet seat covers, which is a thoughtful touch. If I ever come back to Nanning, I'll definitely book this place again.

My sister & I chose to stay here for five nights because of its location (close to IKEA shopping mall & its close proximity to the metro) as well as its competitive pricing. There are many pros about this hotel: - superb service (very responsive, helpful & polite staff) - the room is quiet, clean & spacious - there is also a laundry room with one washing machine & one dryer as well as an steam iron; washing detergent is provided as well, which is a bonus. - although only two bottles of drinking water is provided FOC every day, we managed to get an extra four bottles when we made the request at the front desk The cons, which I hope can be improved on are: - the wifi: we weren’t able to use it the whole time we stayed here, which, I think is the biggest flaw of the hotel - there’s only one washing machine & one dryer. For a hotel this size, it’s reasonable to provide at least two of each. Will I consider staying here again and/or recommend it to my friends & relatives? The answer is a definite YES but I hope that management will address the above issues mentioned above as soon as possible. Thank you

The location is fantastic! The subway entrance is right outside the door, and it's just a short walk to Luang Prabang Night Market, which has tons of food options. The hotel itself is quite new and the environment is lovely. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

This is a hotel I must stay in every time I come to Nanning. The location is great, close to Nanning East Station, with shuttle service very convenient. There is a commercial area downstairs with food and drink, so you don't have to go too far to find food. The breakfast is rich in variety, with milk coffee and so on. There is also a laundry room and gym. The laundry room has separate washing and drying, which is easy to operate. The view is also very good, with a wide and bright view, comfortable and spacious. The handsome guys and girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic every time they serve, I like it very much!

Nanning must be incredibly humid, because the room had a very strong, pungent smell of damp and mold. After being in there for a short while, my throat started to feel uncomfortable. I even had to sleep with a mask on all night. The bed was also very hard, and surprisingly, the pillow was made of cotton! On the plus side, the air conditioning was excellent; it was practically silent even on the lowest setting. The service was also great. Any requests were handled promptly, and they quickly noticed an item I'd left behind and helped courier it back to me.

The hotel's hardware and software are pretty good! But the service attitude is poor! First, we booked two deluxe king-size rooms, but when we arrived at the hotel, only one room was available. The front desk said that it would take about 20 minutes to get a room, and we waited for more than an hour. If the room has not been cleaned, it should not be put up for sale online, or the guests should be informed in advance. It looks like a marketing scam Second, I only took two room cards to the front desk, but because the handover was not clear, they insisted that I took three room cards. After I checked with my family several times, we didn't get the three room cards. The front desk took out a room card that was not given to us from the computer. The attitude of the front desk was very arrogant and they didn't treat me politely at all! This stay experience is extremely bad! The above is my real situation, I hope it can help you!

I booked this hotel purely for convenience, as I was bringing my daughter to Nanning for a fencing competition. As fate would have it, we were greeted by a massive downpour upon arrival. The sky was only overcast when our plane landed. The rain started as we headed towards the hotel, intensifying the closer we got. The last few hundred meters were a complete blur, with sheets of water covering the car windows. The driver said traffic was backed up, and I peered out to see several cars parked at the hotel entrance, all checking in, probably caught off guard by the rain just like us. Our car was stuck at the parking barrier. Our luggage was in the trunk, and the umbrella was buried deep inside, out of reach. My daughter leaned silently on my shoulder, and when I touched her arm, it was cold. My heart immediately sank. She had been practicing fencing for over a year, and this trip to Nanning was for the competition. If she got soaked and caught a cold or fever, all that preparation would be for naught. I tried opening the car door to dash in and borrow an umbrella. As I nudged it open a crack, the wind, laden with rain, rushed in violently, stinging my face. My daughter recoiled in fright. I quickly closed the door, half of me already drenched. Left with no other option, I called the front desk. The young lady who answered listened patiently and said, “Please don’t worry, I’ll be right out.” She asked for my license plate and hung up. Less than two minutes later, I saw someone from the hotel entrance running out with an umbrella. The wind was strong, making her steps unsteady, and her skirt was plastered against her legs. She found our car, opened my door first, and tilted the umbrella towards me, leaving her own shoulder exposed to the rain. She told me to take my daughter inside first and that she would handle the luggage. I carried my daughter and hurried into the lobby. Turning back, I saw her dragging our suitcases and fencing bags from the trunk. They were heavy, and she pulled them out by herself, completely drenched. By the time she brought our belongings in, the bottom half of her work dress was soaked through, and her leather shoes squelched as she walked. I felt incredibly embarrassed and repeatedly thanked her. She waved it off, saying it was fine and she had a spare uniform to change into. Then she went to get two cups of luo han guo tea, saying it was a local specialty, good for soothing the throat and warding off cold. She also handed me a dry towel for my hair. While checking in, I sneezed quietly, and I think she must have heard it. Once we were in the room, I was telling my daughter to change out of her wet clothes when there was a knock at the door. It was her again, having changed into dry clothes, carrying a tray with two cups of ginger tea. She said it was freshly brewed ginger tea and that drinking it before a hot shower would be more effective in dispelling the cold. When I took the cups, I touched her fingers, and they were still cold—she probably hadn't warmed up yet from being in the rain. That night, my daughter drank the ginger tea, took a hot shower, and slept soundly without any issues. She was in good spirits for the competition the next day. When we checked out, I left a note at the front desk. It simply said: “The luo han guo tea was sweet, the ginger tea was warm, and thank you for the umbrella that day.” I don't know her name, but I think she'll smile when she sees it. ^_^
