This Chinese New Year, I decided to spend my holiday at the Mehood Lestie Hotel Nanning, expecting just a standard trip. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised by a heartwarming experience that felt like family. On the first day of the ***** New Year, I excitedly headed to Qingxiu Mountain, a Nanning landmark, for a stroll. The mountain was a festive hive of activity, packed with tourists. After enjoying the scenery, I realized the difficulty of traveling during the Spring Festival – getting a taxi near the scenic area was nearly impossible. There were very few empty cabs passing by, and ride-hailing apps showed long queues with no success after a prolonged wait. As dusk approached, I started to feel anxious. In desperation, I decided to call the hotel's front desk, explaining my predicament of being stranded at the scenic spot with no way back. To my surprise, a hotel staff member named Xiaotian, upon hearing my situation, didn't hesitate for a second. She immediately assured me she would find a solution. Not long after, Xiaotian arrived at the entrance of Qingxiu Mountain on the hotel's electric scooter, ready to pick me up. On the way back, she carefully rode, constantly checking on me and reminding me to hold tight and stay warm. Seeing her determined figure braving the cold wind, my anxiety instantly transformed into immense gratitude. Back at the hotel, she busied herself helping me with my luggage and checking the room temperature. Her thoughtful care made me feel incredibly welcome and at home during this Spring Festival away from my hometown. This experience truly highlighted the Mehood Lestie Hotel Nanning's customer-centric service philosophy. Xiaotian demonstrated the warmth of their service through her actions. This unexpected help not only solved my immediate problem but also made this Year of the Horse Spring Festival exceptionally memorable and precious.

The front desk lady at the hotel, Xiao Xue, is warm and welcoming. When I check in, I will ask me what I need for the room. It is really intimate, clean and tidy, the room is warm and spacious, the hotel is in a good location, the room cleaning staff is also very kind, and the cleaning is very meticulous. The hotel staff are also very enthusiastic, the price of the room is also very affordable, cost-effective! So I stayed for many days. Parking is really friendly to our long-term guests. There is a parking lot at the door. There is no need to go around to find a parking lot. This time I got more than one comfortable and pleasant stay experience. There are also fireworks in the world. This is my evaluation of this hotel. Awesome

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese. Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. Our family of three booked a parent-child room for two nights, and we had a fantastic experience. As my dad put it, the toilet was so clean you could see your reflection in it! The cleaning staff were really nice. The hotel's location is super convenient, with lots of great bubble tea shops nearby 😝. They even provide disposable toilet seat covers, which is a thoughtful touch. If I ever come back to Nanning, I'll definitely book this place again.

My sister & I chose to stay here for five nights because of its location (close to IKEA shopping mall & its close proximity to the metro) as well as its competitive pricing. There are many pros about this hotel: - superb service (very responsive, helpful & polite staff) - the room is quiet, clean & spacious - there is also a laundry room with one washing machine & one dryer as well as an steam iron; washing detergent is provided as well, which is a bonus. - although only two bottles of drinking water is provided FOC every day, we managed to get an extra four bottles when we made the request at the front desk The cons, which I hope can be improved on are: - the wifi: we weren’t able to use it the whole time we stayed here, which, I think is the biggest flaw of the hotel - there’s only one washing machine & one dryer. For a hotel this size, it’s reasonable to provide at least two of each. Will I consider staying here again and/or recommend it to my friends & relatives? The answer is a definite YES but I hope that management will address the above issues mentioned above as soon as possible. Thank you

The room was quite spacious, and the amenities were excellent. The front desk even kindly upgraded my room. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, right by the metro station entrance and Langxi Night Market. Breakfast was delicious, and the laundry room is conveniently located right next to the gym. It was incredibly convenient that my clothes were done washing just after my workout.

This is a hotel I must stay in every time I come to Nanning. The location is great, close to Nanning East Station, with shuttle service very convenient. There is a commercial area downstairs with food and drink, so you don't have to go too far to find food. The breakfast is rich in variety, with milk coffee and so on. There is also a laundry room and gym. The laundry room has separate washing and drying, which is easy to operate. The view is also very good, with a wide and bright view, comfortable and spacious. The handsome guys and girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic every time they serve, I like it very much!

The hotel's hardware and software are pretty good! But the service attitude is poor! First, we booked two deluxe king-size rooms, but when we arrived at the hotel, only one room was available. The front desk said that it would take about 20 minutes to get a room, and we waited for more than an hour. If the room has not been cleaned, it should not be put up for sale online, or the guests should be informed in advance. It looks like a marketing scam Second, I only took two room cards to the front desk, but because the handover was not clear, they insisted that I took three room cards. After I checked with my family several times, we didn't get the three room cards. The front desk took out a room card that was not given to us from the computer. The attitude of the front desk was very arrogant and they didn't treat me politely at all! This stay experience is extremely bad! The above is my real situation, I hope it can help you!

I booked a room at this hotel in advance for a trip with my child. What would have been just an ordinary stay turned into a truly memorable experience because of one front desk staff member, making our entire trip incredibly heartwarming. 💗 During check-in, I noticed a large red rash on my arm and my leg was also itchy. I initially thought it was mosquito bites, but seeing the extensive redness and intense itching, I realized it was something more. I’d never experienced anything like it and had no idea what to do. The front desk staff member kindly noticed my distress and patiently told me it was acute urticaria. She mentioned she'd had it before, assuring me not to worry as it wasn't a serious issue. She repeatedly cautioned me not to scratch, explaining that it would spread the rash faster. She stayed by my side, calming my frantic emotions until I felt more stable. She quickly completed my check-in and informed me that the front desk had emergency anti-itch cream. She immediately got some for me, which helped relieve my discomfort. Seeing my sudden situation, she proactively asked if I wanted to go to the hospital for a check-up and offered to guide me, concerned I might be a tourist unfamiliar with the local roads and hospitals. At that moment, I was in a dilemma. I needed to see a doctor but didn't want to take my child to the hospital. Hospitals are crowded, messy, and full of germs, and I didn't want to put my child through that. I plucked up the courage to ask if she could temporarily look after my child while I went alone. I knew this wasn't part of her job and didn't expect much, but to my surprise, she readily agreed. She even meticulously explained the route to the nearby hospital and the floor of the dermatology department, covering all the details clearly. While I was at the hospital, she patiently stayed with my child. To prevent the child from getting bored or crying, she even brought toys and snacks to play with. When I returned to the hotel after my appointment, my child was in great spirits, playing happily, and hadn't fussed at all. She immediately came to check on my health, and only after confirming I was alright did she feel comfortable clocking out. It was already past her finishing time; she could have simply left, but she chose to sacrifice her personal time to help a stranger like me. We were just strangers, meeting by chance, yet she showed the utmost kindness and patience to help me solve a difficult problem. When unexpected things happen while traveling, you feel most helpless. This sudden kindness was truly healing. The service at this hotel comes from genuine sincerity. An unexpected experience made me truly feel the warmth of this hotel. The hotel's breakfast is also excellent, offering Guangxi specialty noodles, fruits, coffee, and other delicious options. I am truly grateful to this kind front desk staff member and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the main road, making it easy to catch a taxi or a bus. It's only about a fifteen-minute drive to the high-speed rail station. The area is packed with great food options, with local specialty restaurants everywhere, and shopping is within walking distance. Despite being centrally located and near the street, the hotel is surprisingly quiet thanks to excellent soundproofing. It's super convenient for getting around without any noise issues, offering fantastic value for money.
