Nanning Wharton International Hotel

An established upscale hotel. While a bit dated, the service quality is excellent, and the amenities haven't declined. The swimming pool and gym are well-equipped, and parking with charging is super convenient!

I've stayed here many times, and I still really like this hotel. The surrounding area is fantastic; you can see the beautiful Nanhu Park right from the hotel, and transportation is super convenient. It's just a few subway stops from the East Station. The staff are all very professional, and their service is proactive and attentive. However, the hotel is starting to show its age. The balcony room I stayed in a few years ago felt exactly the same this time around – it definitely needs a renovation. Also, the variety at the breakfast buffet has changed dramatically. There's a huge difference between Saturday and Sunday mornings. On Saturday morning, there was a great selection, but on Sunday, I found the variety to be significantly less.

The hotel is very conveniently located. There's an airport shuttle directly from the airport to the hotel, and it's only a few hundred meters walk to the subway station, making it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. I originally wanted to give it a five-star review, but when I was checking out and asked for a bottle of water, they didn't even have any in the hotel lobby??? It seems that even established five-star hotels still have room for improvement when it comes to personalized service!

Although the facilities seem a bit dated, the environment is nice and quiet. The breakfast was plentiful, and we even got a room upgrade. It's very convenient for getting around, right next to a subway entrance and there's an airport shuttle.

I checked in early in the morning, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Every time I used DiDi (ride-hailing), the staff at the lobby entrance were very enthusiastic about opening doors and helping with luggage. The hotel environment is excellent, located within Nanhu Park, and they also offered a great discount on breakfast. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again when I come to Nanning!

The room was very old and the soundproofing was terrible. The breakfast selection was extremely limited and didn't taste good. The only plus was its proximity to Nanhu Lake. The TV was tiny, the air conditioning was noisy, and you could only shower while standing in the bathtub.

Barely any service, and the facilities are really old. Since there was a conference going on, they pretty much ignored us. The environment, however, is genuinely good.

The hotel is conveniently located close to attractions and the night market. There's a direct bus from the airport. The service was good, and the elevators were fast. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. The only downsides were the poor mobile signal in the room and a crooked toilet seat.
