Anonymous UserThis trip was a last-minute decision. I booked the hotel after 1 AM and was pleasantly surprised after landing and checking in. As someone who pays close attention to hotel details, especially since Kunming is always just a layover during my trips to Yunnan, I have to say Papman is truly amazing. First, the service: I received a fresh flower basket upon check-in, and the hotel butler was incredibly attentive, responding promptly to all my requests. They even sent a freshly made cake for our wedding anniversary, which was delicious and high-quality. Second, the room amenities: The vanity had a full box of soft facial tissues, makeup remover wipes, mouthwash, and laundry detergent. There was a Dyson hairdryer, and the shower had a dry/wet separation with push-button controls. Third, the hotel's decor: Every step revealed a beautiful view, and there were multiple tea rooms available for guests to use for free. The rooftop on the third floor offered spectacular photo opportunities. Walking around the hotel at night, I was delighted to see the shadow of a deer cast by the镂空灯 (镂空灯 - 'cut-out' or 'pierced' lamps). Fourth, the food: We received complimentary afternoon tea with tasty desserts, and the late-night snack selection was extensive, including rice noodles, fried potatoes, 'bao jiang' tofu, and grilled skewers. The salted peanuts, especially the Yunnan 'xiaohua' black peanuts, were excellent; I immediately asked if I could buy a can to take home. All in all, I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Kunming!

Anonymous UserWe booked two rooms and check-in was quite fast. Our butler, Amber, waited by our side throughout the process. After checking in, she added me on WeChat and sent me details about the hotel's parent-child activities, as well as the evening band performance and fire show. She was very patient, answered all our questions, and escorted us to our rooms. She was very friendly and a beautiful young lady, definitely a 5-star experience! The mirror frame in the bathroom was old and worn, showing its age. The TV cabinet was made of salvaged boat wood, which gave it a premium feel. However, as people from the coast, we wouldn't usually put boat wood in our homes, let alone our rooms. Coastal people generally display boat wood furniture in their offices, though some individuals are exceptions and don't mind. Breakfast was decent, enough to fill you up, as it's designed to cater to most people's tastes. Overall, I'm quite satisfied, as it was a quick trip!

Guest UserWhile the hotel room facilities are a bit dated, with old carpets and a slightly cramped bathroom with only one sink, the strong water pressure made for a comfortable shower. The air conditioning was just okay, and the soundproofing was decent. As an older five-star hotel, Wanda Vista truly shines in its service. Front desk manager Mr./Ms. Yang was kind and friendly, helping us arrange an extended stay and providing excellent advice and assistance with our Yunnan travel plans. The front desk is often a guest's first impression, and we're very grateful to Mr./Ms. Yang for starting our stay off so well. The restaurant's breakfast offered a good variety, and the taste was acceptable. The breakfast staff were incredibly sincere and service-oriented in their greetings and assistance. I even noticed one or two pregnant staff members in the breakfast area who were still meticulously and efficiently going about their work. The executive lounge didn't have a huge selection of dishes, but everything was fresh and replenished promptly. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly, and the room was kept clean. The hotel's location is super convenient. Overall, it's definitely worth another stay.

My stay at the Wanda Realm Hotel in Chenggong, Kunming, was excellent overall, and I highly recommend it. The hotel boasts a prime location in the heart of Chenggong, offering convenient access to public transportation, including a nearby metro station and Wanda Plaza. This makes it incredibly easy to get around, whether you're traveling for business, enjoying some shopping and dining, or heading to the high-speed train station. It's truly a great choice for both business travelers and tourists.
The hotel's overall ambiance is upscale and elegant. The lobby is spacious and bright with sophisticated decor, and the public areas are clean, tidy, and offer a quiet, comfortable atmosphere. The attention to detail truly reflects its quality, making you feel relaxed and at ease the moment you walk in.
The front desk service was particularly outstanding. The staff were warm, polite, and provided excellent service with a smile. Check-in was efficient and quick, and they were patient and thorough throughout. They proactively offered information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and travel tips, and promptly answered any questions I had. Their professionalism and thoughtfulness made me feel incredibly welcome.
The room itself was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a high quality of rest. With its standardized service, first-class environment, and convenient location, this hotel is a top choice in the Chenggong area of Kunming. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Kunming, and I genuinely recommend it to all my friends.

XiaoxiongbaobaomamaEvery time I visit Jiuhua, I have a wonderful experience. It's a five-star quality, comfortable, and cozy place! The fresh flowers in the lobby are absolutely beautiful, and the front desk service is warm and attentive! The room is incredibly neat, clean, and spotless, and the bedding is pure white and very comfortable! A big shout-out to the cleaning staff for their diligent and responsible work! 👍👍👍
The breakfast restaurant still offers a rich variety of fresh and delicious options! However, I felt that the rice noodles and rice cakes were a bit hard and not as tasty as before; I recommend changing them. The fried rice was too cold!
Overall, I had a very good impression!

DoukeduoduoThe room was spacious, and we had a great night's sleep with the twin beds pushed together. The water park is right downstairs, and the indoor hot spring has water jet massages. The outdoor hot springs are a bit warmer and offer better air. It was really relaxing to soak after a tiring day of activities. My kids absolutely loved the park, and breakfast was quite varied. The hotel staff were all very polite. We ate dinner at the restaurant several times, and the food was consistently good. One time, we arrived after 2 PM and they still cooked up several delicious dishes for us. They even gave us a proper birthday cake, not just a small, token one, which was a very generous and nice touch. We had a great experience and would recommend it to friends.

Lijuan ♪(^∇^*) This is my third visit this year, and I absolutely love this hotel, even though it's only 30 kilometers from my home. My favorite part is the large balcony, which offers a delightful view of the lake and lush green mountains, with high skies and drifting clouds – it's incredibly peaceful. The evenings are very quiet. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the breakfast at the restaurant is fantastic.

Guest UserThis year marks the 70th anniversary of the Green Lake Hotel, and our entire family, including seniors and children, had an amazing experience staying here! The front desk staff, noticing we had elders and kids with us, proactively offered a complimentary upgrade to a room with a separate wet and dry area. This was incredibly convenient for the seniors to wash up and we didn't have to worry about the children slipping – full marks for attention to detail. The room was clean and elegant, with a historical street view outside the window, making for a very comfortable stay.
To our pleasant surprise, the Chinese meal included in the Ctrip package was incredibly rich and varied. From specialty appetizers to delicate dim sum, every dish showed great care and thought. The service staff at the Chinese restaurant were exceptionally warm and enthusiastic, smiling throughout and providing meticulous care. The pick-up driver was polite and the check-in process at the front desk was efficient and friendly. Everything truly made us feel at home.
Even more heartwarming, the hotel prepared a generous welcome gift for the children, who were absolutely thrilled. This thoughtful gesture deeply touched our whole family. As a 70-year-old established state guest house, it certainly lives up to its profound heritage. This stay was both comfortable and memorable, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone traveling with family. We will definitely choose Green Lake Hotel again on our next visit to Kunming! And a special thanks again to the driver who helped us rush to catch our high-speed train – everything was perfect!

It's rare to find a hotel that truly feels like a home away from home, but Bolian Hot Spring Resort certainly does!
First, let's talk about the service. We stayed during the off-season, so there weren't many staff around, but you could still feel the warmth and professionalism from everyone, from our butler Dashi to the restaurant, hot springs, and front desk staff. The front desk staff even multi-tasked, making us tea and driving us to our room. Their professional training was evident throughout our stay.
Even though the hotel has been open for twenty years, it doesn't feel old or dated at all. Every corner of the hotel is picturesque, and the hot springs are fantastic. The courtyard in our room was breathtakingly beautiful.
To our pleasant surprise, the restaurant's food was delicious, with excellent Yunnan cuisine.
We will definitely be back again.
The hotel also provided complimentary executive car airport transfers and vouchers that could be used for dining or spa services at the hotel, which was a very nice touch.

Guest UserThe hotel's location and value for money are excellent. It's in a prime area, close to the subway and commercial districts, making it very convenient for getting around. Among hotels in the same area, it offers outstanding value. The breakfast is abundant, featuring authentic local snacks like Yunnan rice noodles. The basic rooms are not very spacious, and some bathrooms don't have ideal wet/dry separation and lack bathtubs. The entrance and exit to the parking lot are quite narrow, so be careful when driving!
