GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the mall right next to the convention center, and the jacaranda trees leading up to the parking lot are absolutely beautiful. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and even late-night snacks are included, and breakfast runs until 1 PM – you can just swipe your room card and eat as much as you like, which is incredibly generous. We were greeted with a lovely flower basket upon check-in, which I took home and it lasted for a couple of days. The room amenities were comprehensive, and the cleanliness was excellent. The orange staircase and rooftop also make for great photos, highly recommend!

LLijuan ♪(^∇^*) This is my third visit this year, and I absolutely love this hotel, even though it's only 30 kilometers from my home. My favorite part is the large balcony, which offers a delightful view of the lake and lush green mountains, with high skies and drifting clouds – it's incredibly peaceful. The evenings are very quiet. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the breakfast at the restaurant is fantastic.

On both occasions, the staff kindly upgraded our room due to availability, which was a really pleasant surprise. We ended up with larger rooms that were even more comfortable and enjoyable to stay in.
The room was clean and very comfortable, making the overall stay very relaxing. I also appreciated that the room looked almost exactly like the photos shown on the Trip.com website—no unpleasant surprises at all.
What stood out the most was the staff. They were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. Would definitely return again!

Upon arrival, we were impressed by the hotel's luxurious and grand appearance, both inside and out. The environment, cleanliness, and facilities were excellent. The staff were proactive and welcoming, helping us with our luggage. Our room was lavish and spacious, impeccably clean, and well-stocked with all the essential toiletries and amenities. The breakfast offered a wide and delicious variety of both Chinese and Western dishes. The hotel's location right next to Wanda Plaza is incredibly convenient for visiting all of Kunming's attractions. We, as seniors, thoroughly enjoyed our three-day stay at Wanda Vista Kunming, finding great satisfaction in the dining, accommodation, and transportation aspects. The hotel staff and the service personnel were truly outstanding!

Unlimited access to the double hot springs: The weather was a bit chilly these past few days, so the hot springs were perfect!
We didn't go out much because of the rain, but the kids had a blast! The hotel service was really nice, and we'll definitely come back next time! The front desk service was great; they helped us arrange a car for our departure, and the car was also excellent! Highly recommend for family trips, especially if you have children!

GGuest UserTo start with: it's been a long time since I've had such a satisfying experience.
**Facilities**: This is a hot spring resort that's well-maintained despite its age. Villa 10 is perfectly situated, and the facilities are in excellent condition – not a single sliding door was out of order or stuck, which is quite impressive. However, it would be even better if the front door locks were upgraded.
**Cleanliness**: Very clean, very satisfied.
**Environment**: I walked all around the resort grounds; the scenery is beautiful. Beyond the expansive lake views, there's also a hidden gem of a pond with bald cypress trees.
**Service**: Absolutely more than five points, more than five stars – truly perfect. The golf carts were available on call, and the turndown service was meticulous. A special thanks to Ms. Yang at the front desk for helping to coordinate our departure transfer, adding another wonderful touch to our trip.
**Afternoon Tea Experience**: The taste was exquisite; I even worried I might never find such delicious pastries elsewhere again.
**Airport Transfer Service**: The transfer car was good, and the driver was skilled and provided thoughtful service.
**Outdoor Garden Hot Spring Experience**: The hot springs were great. The bathing area even thoughtfully provided a stool for seniors, though the lighting in the changing area was really too dim to see the locker numbers.
**Food**: The food was also good. I really liked the mushroom and radish dish at dinner, and the roasted duck was unique. The breakfast rice noodles were outstanding! And the gulls loved the birdseed provided for them too.

GGuest UserThe stay experience was extremely satisfying! The hotel’s location is peaceful and pleasant, far removed from the hustle and bustle. Parking is exceptionally convenient, with ample spaces available. The rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and well-lit, making them very comfortable to stay in. They are perfect for families. The prices during the off-season are truly excellent value for money. Special mention must be made of Tara, the front desk attendant, who provided warm and attentive service. The breakfast was also very generous, offering a wide variety of both Chinese and Western-style options, ensuring that both adults and children could enjoy their meals. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we will choose this place again in the future.

GGuest UserThe location is pretty good, close to Plaza 66, about an 8-minute walk. The hotel's concierge service was good; staff were always there to greet us multiple times when we entered and exited. We booked connecting rooms, but they were externally connected, not internally. This made it inconvenient, especially when the kids were asleep, as the sound of swiping the card to enter the room was quite loud. So, it wasn't ideal.
The room was too small; the bathroom and shower were cramped together, and there wasn't enough space to turn around. It felt very restrictive.
Breakfast was just average. Not many varieties, but the quality was decent. The freshly squeezed juice was watered down, and the watermelon juice wasn't good.
Overall, I didn't really feel like there was much service.

XXiaotongjoziAn older hotel, a bit outdated in terms of decor, but on the plus side, you don't have to worry about any renovation smells. Back in its day, the hotel quality was definitely top-notch. The location is excellent, right in a prime area. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. What really stood out was the fantastic service. Gin was very patient and arranged the room according to my requests, and even gave me recommendations for the surrounding area. Highly recommended!
