GGuest UserThis stay far exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were gentle and polite, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. They even thoughtfully informed me about nearby attractions and routes. The room was meticulously cleaned, with no stains in corners or the bathroom, and the wet/dry separation design was very practical. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains provided excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a long day. The amenities were comprehensive: hot water was consistent, Wi-Fi speed was fast, and even the hairdryer was a Laifen! For this price, such quality is truly exceptional value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to the area.

RRalph D.SAmenities, ive rated 3/5 to remain neutral as all we needed was a place to stay to accommodate our family of 5. Now, where do I begin, first of? if you sre arriving at this place via didi or taxi straight from the airport, do yourself a favour and get dropped off outside and walk to the entrance of the ”hotel”. If you get dropped off inside the underground parking lot, Goodluck to your driver finding the spot to drop you off that connects to the hotels' elevator (its a maze and once u get there, it looks sketchy but its alright). Now, for the location: the location is superb! You're legit right beside a large mall with Tonssssss of restaurants to eat at even late at night! It is simply very convenient. And if you dont mind walking, there's another mall down south thats about 15mins walk. Lots of things to do. The lobby, the receptionist were kind and warm. They provided water whenever asked and didn't hesitate to help where they could. The free tea upfront, although we didn't fully utilize, was a nice touch. Now for the room: we selected the largest room they had which had 3 bedrooms. The price? It was insanely good. Almost unheard of. It was between 50-70 Canadian during the time of booking. I couldn't believe it. But not all hotels are perfect, and i have to say some of the things i experienced could definitely be improved. The restroom area had some scent to it that I couldn't point out as to what the smell is. I had to leave the exhaust fan on to ensure a neutral atmosphere. It worked fyi. The living room: is huge but tell me how there's only a 2-3 people sofa available and one small chair and a table. Its a wasted space. It ought to offer a large lounging furniture at this kind of room. It felt bare. The windows: simply put, although they installed windows capable of sound deadening, the weather stripping and the latch simply doesnt bond the gaps efficiently. Meaning, coldness of the night still finds its way. Luckily, the hvac system works and the curtains are relatively thick and also automatic (adjust at will). The beds are ultra clean and the floors were relatively spotless. But there's honestly one thing that is have to think about if I ever decide to rebook. I personally don't smoke, and i requested for a deodorizing treatment for our room prior to coming. The room itself? It didn't smell like cigarettes which was awesome, but here's something I don't see bring possible to address: at night time, while I lay down and sleep, there is a smell of people smoking cigarettes whose odour is somehow able to travel through the air ducts. Like each and every night, it was the same ordeal. My son didn't say anything, my parents inlaw didn't say anything, but my wife and I, yeah we smelled it. It isnt like as if you're beside someone smoking cigarettes, but its more like a scent that goes along with the air in the room that suggest someone had smoked, just unsure when. Other than that, sure, the beds, pillows and comforters were all clean and comfy. Honestly, my family was OK with the room. The convenience and price is really really hard to beat. Like it is extremely beyond belief affordable. Perhaps id reconsider staying here again if we were in kunming. We'll see.

GGuest UserTraveling with friends to relax at Dianchi Lake, choosing the right guesthouse absolutely doubled our vacation happiness! The location is perfect for anyone visiting Dianchi, making it super easy to go see the seagulls whenever we wanted, saving us a lot of hassle. The room was clean and refreshing, tastefully decorated, and the sunlight streaming in made it feel so bright and airy. Sitting on the balcony at night, enjoying the breeze and a cup of tea, just melted away all the fatigue from work. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby, and the bathroom experience was top-notch. The host was incredibly attentive from check-in to check-out. This five-star review is truly well-deserved!

GGuest UserThe environment is quite good, and the hygiene is also excellent. The common areas are spacious and pleasant. My only suggestion would be to separate the male and female public bathrooms; that would definitely improve the experience. Downstairs, there are plenty of places to eat and shop, everything you could possibly need. Plus, there's a large mall right across the street and the night market is very close by.

LLuxiangbeibeiMy friend highly recommended this place, saying the area is fantastic and super convenient, and the shuttle service was a huge plus. The shuttle service to/from the South High-Speed Rail Station was excellent. Overall, the service was truly impeccable, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

JJoyce CPCI did some review reading before deciding to book this hotel. This hotel is closer to Wu Yi Lu (Line 3) Metro Station Exit B. There's a 2 way escalator hence very convenient for tourist with luggages. Just walk within 8 minutes on the walking street without having to cross any roads to reach this hotel. Once you see the Green Signage of Steam Bun Shop then you will find this hotel. You can even call DIDI taxi, as the pick up and drop off point just next to the Steam Bun shop and it is very convenient. The room with 2 beds just sufficient for 2 pax with 2 luggages. The bed is soft & comfortable. You will get 2 soft pillows. The amenities in the room is pretty basic. Body and hair shampoo, hand wash, toilet roll, tissue and 2 bottles of 550ml mineral waters were given. I brought my own plastic sandal to use it during shower as the hotel only gave disposable sandal. There's a stir fry shop just next to the left side of this hotel which sells delicious dishes with rice that suited my taste. The pork steam buns had become my favourite breakfast too. The negative side of this hotel was there's cockcroaches came out in the middle of the night for 3 times throughout my 9 days stay. But overall, this hotel really strategic to go to any nearest walking street and has lots of restaurants around it. It is much safer to walk around walking street to Metro Station from this hotel without having to cross any big roads. Highly recommended.

PPsymondDespite the convenient location, comfortable beds, and all-important quiet sleep we managed to get, the hotel's communication to arrange our pick up from the train station at night and what turned out to be a self-check-in was just dismal, clearly needing more training to ensure better organisation for future guests. The following constructive advice is to help the hotel improve and for (particularly foreign) guests to note: 1. Ask for guests' phone number and inform the driver well in advance of our arrival, instead of waiting till the very last minute to do so. We reached out to the hotel via WeChat the day before and rightfully received detailed instructions (in Chinese) to find the driver (the pick up service is actually outsourced to a separate company using 3 different vans), but once we found the van, the driver angrily insisted we call the hotel to identify us by confirming our phone number - we were not allowed to board without the hotel's confirmation, which should have been done directly with the driver well in advance of our arrival. 2. This hotel is not manned after hours, let alone 24 hours, so please make it known well beforehand that we will have to check in ourselves if arriving after hours, and provide clear instructions on how to do so instead of communicating them through the phone while guiding us using the security cameras. It is not the guests' responsibility to do your administrative work (to report ourselves to the authorities by scanning the police QR code and filling out our details) at 11 o'clock at night when we have an early morning train to catch the following day. The hotel should allow guests to enter the room as soon as possible upon arrival, not have us wait half an hour while they struggle with what was clearly their first time checking in foreign guests - worse still over the phone - insisting that this be done before we could enter our room. 3. If the hotel truly wants the patronage of foreign guests, they will have to prioritise our convenience and comfort over theirs by actually having someone check us in in-person. Remotely doing so to save costs is as absurd as expecting foreign guests to communicate our details over the phone, sending photos of ourselves, our passport details etc. via WeChat, and then finding our room card and the room by talking to someone over the phone in Chinese. At the very least, these requirements and instructions should be clearly produced and communicated beforehand so that nothing is improvised. We hope the above experience helps improve what is a decent hotel providing good value for money.

JjukachaThis time in this hotel we got the room on the first floor and this room was quite awful. Toilet is stinky and has problems with flushing, the window outside passing all the sounds from the street and it's annoying. Other rooms aren't so bad, but on the first floor better never choose.
