"After dinner with friends, we had a bit too much to drink, so we decided to stay here. We booked a special offer room and got an upgrade! The room was clean, hygienic, and odor-free, with 24-hour hot water. Free parking right at the entrance was convenient! The surrounding area is great for dining and shopping. The breakfast was healthy and nutritious; the noodles and rice noodles were especially delicious! The milk, soy milk, and handmade dumplings were also excellent! I'll definitely be back!"

GGuest UserThis hotel is super convenient, located right on the second floor of Terminal 2. In the king room, you can barely hear any announcements from the terminal. The front desk service was very thoughtful, even providing complimentary fruit upon check-in. Any follow-up requests, like for invoicing, were handled quickly and efficiently. Thumbs up!

All the in-room devices were smart and electric, making them incredibly convenient and hassle-free to use. The TV even supported screen mirroring, which was perfect for relaxing and catching up on shows. Food deliveries were brought right up to my room by a robot, ensuring both privacy and security, which made me feel very safe. Overall, it was excellent value for money.

GGuest UserI forgot to take photos during my last stay, so the pictures are of the room type from this visit. There are some differences, but you can still get an idea.
**Amenities:** Very complete. It has everything a standard hotel should have. There aren't any toilet seat covers, so you'll need to bring your own. The bath towels are hotel-provided, and all the toiletries are there.
**Cleanliness:** Everything looked quite clean. The bedding felt freshly washed and had a faint scent of disinfectant.
**Environment:** It's a little bit away from the airport and the main road, so it's relatively quiet. With the window open, you can hear some planes taking off, but it's not very noticeable with the window closed, so you can definitely get a good night's sleep.
**Service:** They offer airport shuttle service from 4:30 AM to 2 PM, with a bus every half hour. If you need a ride to the airport in the morning, you just need to let the front desk know in advance. They'll even call you half an hour before to wake you up. The front desk staff (both the young men and women) were all super patient.
**Overall:** After looking at so many places, this one was the most satisfying. The price isn't expensive either, and the overall value for money is excellent. That's why I chose this place for both my outbound and return trips. I'll likely choose it again for future visits.

The room was clean, cozy and nicely designed, making the stay very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay too. GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, and I love its design aesthetic. The room was well-equipped. The front desk lady even gave us a pair of breakfast vouchers. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. The hotel has a laundry room, but it closes at 8 PM to avoid disturbing other guests. They also offer luggage storage.
There's only one minor issue, which could affect the hotel's image, that I think should be improved. As soon as we entered the restaurant, an older male waiter greeted us and asked for our breakfast vouchers. There were three other groups dining. We got our food and quietly ate breakfast, just like the other guests, but the kitchen was as noisy as a bustling market, which significantly impacted the dining experience. A little later, a mother and daughter-like pair came in to dine. Perhaps they took a bit too much food, because the male waiter, from a distance, raised his voice slightly and said, ”We don't allow takeaways here!” He repeated it twice. I felt that these two ladies were somewhat humiliated, especially since he hadn't actually seen them put food into their bags.

GGuest UserThis hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby, making it very easy to get around. The front desk and staff were all incredibly warm and attentive. On the day we checked in, my child accidentally dirtied the bedsheets, and even though housekeeping had already finished for the day, the front desk thoughtfully helped us change them right away, handling it very promptly and without any sign of impatience. We felt so comfortable and at ease during our stay. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

GGuest UserEverything else was great, and they really do offer 24/7 airport pick-up/drop-off. The environment is also lovely, with a detached American-style house feel. The only downside is the significant amount of various noises. Specifically, the air conditioning in my bedroom made a loud noise whenever it was on, and it got very cold at night if it was off. Although there was an AC unit in the living room, I used it, but it didn't seem to do much. Additionally, the traffic noise from the road at night was quite loud, possibly because my room was close to the street. When you stay, you might want to ask the front desk for a room not too close to the road. Also, regarding the curtains, remember to close all the windows, otherwise, the sound of the wind blowing them around can be very noisy. However, even after closing all the windows, I still heard this kind of noise, which seemed to be coming from other rooms... So, that's about it. I hope this helps everyone!

HHaohuayoulunThe first time I visited Kunming in 2003, I stayed at the Jinhua International Hotel. I chose it for its excellent location, convenient transport options for non-drivers, and a wide variety of dining choices nearby. I've stayed here several times since, with my most recent visit being during the COVID-19 outbreak in春节 2020. This time, I noticed a significant improvement in room hygiene and the hardware facilities. Unfortunately, the service from some front desk staff was truly disappointing. They knew that room cards needed to be reset daily after 12 PM but failed to inform guests during check-in. This meant guests had to go up and down multiple times to get it sorted, which is particularly inconvenient since several floors of the building house other offices, requiring a wait for the elevator. During one such instance, I even experienced an elevator malfunction where it went up and down erratically with the doors slightly ajar. As for the TV, only one news channel is free; all others are pay-per-view.
