From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was amazed by the warm and elegant environment. The decoration was simple and stylish, the lighting was soft, and there was a faint aroma in the air, which made people feel relaxed and comfortable. The front desk staff was very attentive, the check-in speed was very fast, the whole process was smiling, and we took the initiative to help us with our luggage, introduce hotel facilities and surrounding play guides, patiently answer all questions, gentle and professional attitude, and people felt particularly warm. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and there is no noise interference when lying down for a good night. The room has good lighting, a wide view, complete bathroom facilities and clean odor-free, the quality of toiletries is also good, there are free mineral water and small snacks, and the details are full of care. Check-out was smooth, and the departure hall is conveniently located on the third floor. It was perfect to leave just an hour and a half before my flight.

The light only turns on when you walk from the bed to the door and it stays on all night. The Bluetooth panel at the head of the bed often lights up automatically. HHispacewalkerOur trip to Yunnan left us with a fantastic impression of the Baiman Hotel (Terminal Branch) at Kunming Airport. As a new establishment, it boasts modern facilities and a peaceful, pleasant environment. We checked in the evening we arrived and were thoroughly impressed. Even though we only stayed one night before picking up our car early the next morning, Baiman's service truly stood out among all the hotels we stayed at during our 20-day trip, across various price points. Their service was top-notch, thoughtful, and they responded quickly and effectively to all our needs and questions. What's more, the hotel's layout and amenities were clearly well-designed and thoughtfully planned, making it very user-friendly and practical. So much so that upon our return to Kunming, we decided to forgo our plan to stay near Cuihu Park for a day and instead returned directly to Baiman at the airport, staying for two more nights. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport every hour, from where you can take the subway into the city – it's very close and convenient. They also pick you up when you return. In fact, we even walked back to the hotel from the airport front station, which isn't far at all. Additionally, the beds and pillows at Baiman are incredibly comfortable, with just the right balance of firmness and softness. And throughout our entire trip, their breakfast buffet was absolutely the best – the restaurant offers expansive views, plenty of sunlight, and delicious food. For future travels, Baiman will definitely be one of our top choices.

GGuest UserI forgot to take photos during my last stay, so the pictures are of the room type from this visit. There are some differences, but you can still get an idea. **Amenities:** Very complete. It has everything a standard hotel should have. There aren't any toilet seat covers, so you'll need to bring your own. The bath towels are hotel-provided, and all the toiletries are there. **Cleanliness:** Everything looked quite clean. The bedding felt freshly washed and had a faint scent of disinfectant. **Environment:** It's a little bit away from the airport and the main road, so it's relatively quiet. With the window open, you can hear some planes taking off, but it's not very noticeable with the window closed, so you can definitely get a good night's sleep. **Service:** They offer airport shuttle service from 4:30 AM to 2 PM, with a bus every half hour. If you need a ride to the airport in the morning, you just need to let the front desk know in advance. They'll even call you half an hour before to wake you up. The front desk staff (both the young men and women) were all super patient. **Overall:** After looking at so many places, this one was the most satisfying. The price isn't expensive either, and the overall value for money is excellent. That's why I chose this place for both my outbound and return trips. I'll likely choose it again for future visits.

YYuyesanbuzhongWe booked two rooms. Disclaimer: The room photos were taken before check-out, so the sheets are wrinkled. I didn't take any photos at check-in. We always tidy up the room before checking out. Room Amenities: Excellent, everything you need is available. The soundproofing is also good; since it's not facing a main road, there's no noise. Cleanliness: Very good, spotlessly clean. Housekeeping was thorough. The shampoo and shower gel were also nice and fragrant. Environment: Comfortable, I slept soundly all night. Free parking is available. You can walk to the old street, and there are many dining options nearby, as well as shopping malls like Henglong and Jinying. Service: Truly attentive and genuine customer service. On my birthday, they surprised us with a cake, which was completely unexpected. We think being able to do this is absolutely fantastic. Thank you again! Grateful for your blessings. Our stay in Kunming was made special by this wonderful experience. Foreign guests are welcome.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, and this time they even gave us a really cute souvenir, which was a thoughtful touch! It's definitely our top choice for hotels when visiting Kunming. After staying here, no other hotel quite measures up. Five stars, highly recommend!!!

Strolling along the elevated corridors offers a new delightful view with every step. The rooftop garden on the third floor is particularly noteworthy; it's an excellent viewpoint directly facing the Jinma Biji Archway. In the evening, the sunset bathes the ancient city walls in golden light. Coupled with a cup of Pu'er tea, it's the perfect spot to savor Kunming's slow-paced life. 2. **Facilities: A Blend of Ethnic Charm and Modern Convenience** The hotel's facilities are infused with rich Yunnan ethnic charm. From the retro decor in the lobby to the artistic paintings in the corridors, and the wooden carved screens, Yi embroidery throw pillows, and bed runners in the rooms, every detail showcases the designer's ingenuity. GGuest UserWe stayed here on our first couple of nights in China after arriving from Vietnam. The hostel was a brilliant place to explore Kunming, you couldn't ask for a better location. Super peaceful area with the nearby parks and gardens. It gave us a really good impression of the country. Social hostel where we met many other international travellers and even went on to explore more of Yunnan with them. The room was fine but basic, totally ok for the price. However the corridors with shared bathrooms nearby stunk of poop for our entire stay which was strange. Food was great. Beautiful views from the rooftop area. We personally had no issues with service but another traveller we met at the hostel mentioned poor service at the front desk when checking in and was totally ignored whilst the member of staff was locked into ******** on their phone

GGuest UserEverything else was great, and they really do offer 24/7 airport pick-up/drop-off. The environment is also lovely, with a detached American-style house feel. The only downside is the significant amount of various noises. Specifically, the air conditioning in my bedroom made a loud noise whenever it was on, and it got very cold at night if it was off. Although there was an AC unit in the living room, I used it, but it didn't seem to do much. Additionally, the traffic noise from the road at night was quite loud, possibly because my room was close to the street. When you stay, you might want to ask the front desk for a room not too close to the road. Also, regarding the curtains, remember to close all the windows, otherwise, the sound of the wind blowing them around can be very noisy. However, even after closing all the windows, I still heard this kind of noise, which seemed to be coming from other rooms... So, that's about it. I hope this helps everyone!
