LlucylvweiThe room was clean, odor-free, the bathroom had good drainage, and the bed was comfortable. The front desk receptionist was very enthusiastic and upgraded the room. The location is not far from the subway station, and travel is very convenient.

AAnonymous UserLocated on F2 of the airport, it's incredibly convenient for flights. There's a direct elevator next to 'Chabaidao' (a tea shop) that takes you straight to the second floor where the hotel front desk is. It's easy to find, and the staff are super friendly. Both check-in and check-out were very quick, making it great for travel. The dining options, whether in the hotel, at the airport, or even ordering takeout, are all excellent. The room was very clean and thoughtfully provided earplugs. For an overnight stay at the airport, I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserMy stay was perfect! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Both the front desk and room service staff were incredibly patient. After checking out, I realized I'd left something behind. The hotel immediately verified it and promptly mailed it back to my home, which saved me a lot of hassle. It's such a relief to find a hotel that's so responsible. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

GGuest UserOverall, the hotel's environment and hygiene are very good, and the room is quite spacious. It's close to the airport and offers shuttle service. However, the front desk staff's service attitude needs improvement; she always has a sour face and wouldn't even let me have two extra bottles of water.

Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: The environment is great.
Service: The service was also excellent. My friend and I were able to check in early without any extra charge. Since there were no twin rooms available, they gave us a triple room, which was a nice surprise, haha! The airport shuttle service was also very convenient.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and provided excellent service. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The cleanliness is excellent, and all facilities are complete and well-maintained. The staff are warm, attentive, and respond quickly to any requests. Llim hong engbest customer service. i complained about the bed springs which i felt are broken and are hurting my back but i do not want to change rooms as all my stuff are already unpacked. Staff got together and changed a better mattress. That was splendid service. Since their breakfast is at 7.30am and i had to checkout at 7.30am they packed bread eggs and milk for us at 7am. However it would be good if they follow standard breakfast time of 7am instead of 7am.
Location is just 2min walk from exit A of Jiaosanqiao metro station which has an elevator. Lots of dining options nearby. There is a fresh fruit market and bao shop 2 min walk away and 2 bakeries across the road. Didi can stop right in front of hotel.
eventhough room is facing street it is quiet and can sleep well as it is double glazed windows
Cons.1. There is a washer but no dryer so it is quite pointless as your clothes are not dried for wearing.
There are steps about 4 from elevator to corridor of your room.
2. Breakfast is at 7.30 and not 7.00am. Limited choice.

WWoaifeiqulaiDue to a layover, we chose this hotel because of its high rating and proximity to the airport. After landing at 10:30 PM, we contacted the hotel and a car was dispatched very quickly to pick us up. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and we were taken to our individual villas by golf cart. The rooms were well-equipped, clean, and refreshing – exactly what you'd want for a comfortable stay. The airport noise was minimal. In the morning, you can enjoy a run around the beautiful American-style villa complex and have delicious rice noodles at the on-site restaurant. My friends and I were very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend it to anyone with a layover in Kunming.

HHaohuayoulunThe first time I visited Kunming in 2003, I stayed at the Jinhua International Hotel. I chose it for its excellent location, convenient transport options for non-drivers, and a wide variety of dining choices nearby. I've stayed here several times since, with my most recent visit being during the COVID-19 outbreak in春节 2020. This time, I noticed a significant improvement in room hygiene and the hardware facilities. Unfortunately, the service from some front desk staff was truly disappointing. They knew that room cards needed to be reset daily after 12 PM but failed to inform guests during check-in. This meant guests had to go up and down multiple times to get it sorted, which is particularly inconvenient since several floors of the building house other offices, requiring a wait for the elevator. During one such instance, I even experienced an elevator malfunction where it went up and down erratically with the doors slightly ajar. As for the TV, only one news channel is free; all others are pay-per-view.
