The hotel's scenery is exceptionally beautiful, with a Chinese-inspired design and blessings extended to every guest. The courtyard is adorned with crape myrtle, pomegranates, and magnolia flowers, creating a sense of abundant beauty and prosperity. Flower-lined paths lead to picturesque spots, making every step a delight, and allowing one to forget all worries and simply immerse in the moment. The public hot springs are spacious, available both indoors and outdoors. The rooms are private villas, some with their own hot spring baths, and the温泉 water is natural radon spring water. The front desk managers, Helen and Li Yilin, were very attentive. I would definitely choose Fairmont Chengdu Hot Springs again if I have the chance; it must be even more beautiful in the autumn. This was a wonderful trip.

After a long and tiring journey, I was fortunate enough to stumble upon the Louis Castle Qingtong Hotel, which felt like finding a harbor where I could truly relax. The overall style is warm and elegant, with thoughtful details everywhere. The room was clean and hygienic, free from any odors or hairs, and the housekeeping staff did a meticulous job. The furnishings were simple yet tasteful, and the warm lighting created a wonderful ambiance. The bedding was fluffy and soft. 🍬🍬☕️☕️ The service was perfectly balanced – gentle and attentive, enthusiastic without being overbearing. The in-room mini-bar offered complimentary Coke, nuts, and biscuits, a truly thoughtful touch. The staff were humble and provided delicate, appropriate service, demonstrating excellent discretion. During my leisure time, I sat quietly in the room, listening to the peaceful surroundings, and my own mind followed suit. The decor is perfect for taking photos, and I highly, highly recommend it. 🍬☕️

We stayed in the Panda Family Room, which had a fantastic themed atmosphere. The room decor was cute and whimsical, and the space was generous, perfect for a family. Our child absolutely loved the panda-themed decorations and the toys provided in the suite. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful, responding promptly to all our requests. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, highly recommended for families traveling with children. Additionally, the hotel's housekeeping staff was incredibly meticulous. Every day, they replenished the fruit platter and toiletries. After seeing us use disposable bath liners, they thoughtfully left us extra disposable bath liners and toilet seat covers after cleaning, along with a sweet note. Their service was truly considerate, and we're very grateful.

This hotel is really great. I extended my stay for a few nights. First of all, the staff are very attentive and thoughtful; they cleaned my room daily and always checked on my experience. The room's amenities are complete and well-maintained, the environment is excellent, and it's very clean. Good value!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – super close to the subway, making it easy to get anywhere. There are tons of shopping areas and amazing food options nearby. The front desk staff and the housekeeping aunties were incredibly nice and helpful. I was planning a birthday surprise for a friend and got so much help from the front desk, the housekeeping staff, and everyone at the hotel's coffee shop. My friend got a huge surprise! Plus, there's the adorable dog, Lucky. This place really feels like my home in Chengdu~

The Xishang Hotel offers an amazing experience with attentive and prompt butler service. The food is made with fresh local ingredients and tastes authentic and delicious. The private hot spring is secluded and quiet, and the environment is tranquil and a great escape from the summer heat. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and I highly recommend it.

The hotel has a great location with convenient transportation, and there are many dining and entertainment options nearby, making for a fantastic experience. The rooms are clean and tidy, spacious, well-equipped, and free of any strange odors. The staff are very friendly, patient, and attentive. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and tastes good. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended.

Spring's message in a vase, serene joy on the table. The warm yellow light spills over the wooden lattice, perfectly illuminating the azaleas in the celadon vase. Their vibrant pink petals, bathed in the soft glow, create a tender silhouette, imbuing this little corner with the full breath of spring. The pristine ceramic vases, with their graceful curves—some slender and elegant, others round and harmonious—create a delightful contrast with the blooming branches they hold. Each azalea sprig, angled perfectly in the vase, with green leaves supporting pink blossoms, unfurls its vitality in the play of light and shadow. It's as if an entire spring romance has been neatly encapsulated on this small tabletop. Beside it, a charming panda tea caddy, a Boshan censer standing quietly in a corner, and a book gently placed – every detail exudes the elegance and tranquility of Chinese Zen. In this bustling world, such a corner becomes a personal sanctuary for the spirit. There’s no need to trek to distant mountains; simply sitting at the table, watching the floral shadows sway in the vase, and inhaling the faint, delicate fragrance of the room is enough to soothe all weariness. Each flower, each vase, each vessel, each object—all are poetry and romance in everyday life. It turns out the most moving beauty is never far away, but right here in the ordinary moments of daily life. With flowers as a medium and vessels as companions, in this slowed-down time, one encounters a gentle self and transforms ordinary days into poetic masterpieces. This stay at Pengzhou Chanyi Longxing Courtyard was absolutely worth the price, and I'm grateful to the front desk lady, Long Yi, for her thoughtful service.

The room itself was beautifully decorated, but the biggest surprise was the excellent hotel service, especially from Lotus, our concierge. Not only did she help me receive a delivery, but she also looked after the fresh produce it contained and even helped me carry things up and down. She deserves a special shout-out, as she really kicked off my trip to Chengdu and the snowy mountains on a high note!

This hotel has all the qualities you'd expect from a good establishment. The service is excellent, and they addressed our needs immediately. The room was comfortable and clean, and the pool staff were attentive and responsible. The cake was also delicious! I would definitely choose to stay here again.
