GGuest UserWe stayed at 6500 for five days, from Christmas to New Year's Day, and every single day made our whole family feel warm and content. Last time, I shared a lot about our check-in experience, but this time I want to specifically praise the staff here—from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant, every single person left a deep impression on us. The lady at the front desk effortlessly carried two large suitcases, one in each hand, walking steadily. The young man who introduced the services to us had a gentle smile, but then I secretly saw him turn around and meticulously assign tasks with a serious, strict, and earnest demeanor, which was quite amusing. At breakfast, a restaurant staff member noticed our child liked small rolls, so she specially asked the chef to bake a few extra for her to take along. On the day we left, she even tucked a box of them into our hands, saying they were for the child to eat on the way. Such natural care truly warmed our hearts. From before check-in until our departure, communication via WeChat was always timely and thoughtful. Any small request we made was taken to heart. I also have to mention the hotel's travel photography service. The photographer who took pictures with our child was incredibly patient. She helped us choose scenes and poses, and the shoot lasted a whole hour. Although everyone seemed busy, she remained focused and gentle throughout. After the shoot, she even created a group chat for us to select photos and then meticulously retouched each one. This level of dedication is truly rare. In today's fiercely competitive hotel industry, it's genuinely uncommon to find a good hotel that treats guests with such genuine care and effort. We arrived during Christmas, and the lobby was adorned with fresh pine branches. On Christmas Eve, we even received red apples – simple yet full of ceremony. New Year's Eve and New Year's Day were even more delightful. The afternoon tea pastries were shaped like pandas, so cute that it was almost a shame to eat them. On New Year's Day, the main course even had three hidden panda-shaped tangyuan (glutinous rice balls), which were so adorable our child exclaimed, ”I don't want to eat them!” Honestly, the food at 6500 is truly distinctive, from main courses to desserts and drinks. The taste is on par with specialty restaurants outside, and sometimes even more to our liking. During our stay, I hardly missed any meals – it was really delicious. Beyond being well-cared for at the hotel, there were surprises outside too. The small plaza at the hotel's entrance often hosted intangible cultural heritage markets, open-air movies, and small performances on weekends and holidays. The handicraft market there featured items handmade by the vendors themselves, without the generic commercial feel. We leisurely browsed and picked out several favorite small items. That feeling of finding something special added another unforgettable memory to our trip. It was our good fortune to encounter a hotel like this on our journey, where everything, from the people to the smallest details, was consistently thoughtful and warm. Our trip to Chengdu was made even more complete and delightful because of 6500. Oh, and just one small suggestion: for families traveling together, it would be even better if the hotel offered more types of twin rooms.

MManmanyooI came to Chengdu for a business trip and decided to stay a couple of extra days to explore. I specifically chose the Chengdu Louis Castle Bronze Hotel, which has an excellent reputation, and booked a two-night stay in their Executive Suite. I'm completely blown away and absolutely obsessed! This isn't just a hotel; it's an immersive experience of French romance, with delightful surprises in every detail. I have to sing its praises! First, what impressed me most was the service. From the moment I stepped out of the car, I felt genuinely welcomed! The butler proactively offered to help with my luggage, smiling throughout, and patiently explained the hotel layout and local attractions – even better than what I could find online, especially since they knew I wanted to explore the food scene. During check-in, the front desk attendant was incredibly efficient. Knowing I wanted to drop off my luggage early, she specifically arranged for my room to be cleaned ahead of time. When I casually mentioned needing a charging cable, it was delivered to my room within minutes. There was no perfunctory service at all; it was thoughtful and efficient, making the experience absolutely perfect! The room exceeded all expectations! The moment I opened the door, I was stunned. The black, gray, and white color scheme was sophisticated and timeless, with no unnecessary clutter – simple yet not simplistic, and absolutely perfect for photos. The most surprising feature was the high ceilings, much taller than standard hotels, making the room feel incredibly spacious. Coupled with the large windows, the lighting was fantastic, and I felt so uplifted just standing in the room. The toiletries were from Frédéric Malle, which truly shows their dedication; the scent was luxurious and pleasant, turning showering into a treat. The bathroom was spacious with a separate wet and dry area, making it very comfortable to use. 🌙[Celebration]🌙[Celebration]🌙[Celebration]

MM321187****Our whole family was incredibly impressed with our stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in, Victor's warm welcome made us feel right at home. He not only meticulously helped us with our luggage but also patiently answered all our questions about local attractions, making us feel genuinely cared for. Our butler, Victor, provided professional service that added so much convenience to our vacation. Whether it was planning our itinerary, recommending restaurants, or daily communication, he consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism. What truly stood out was Victor's attention to detail, which made us feel incredibly well looked after. The entire resort was clean, tidy, and well-organized. The sectional design ensured that guests with different needs could find their perfect space. Although the room facilities were standard, they were exceptionally well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, giving us peace of mind during our stay. The hot spring pools had very clean water, and the anti-slip measures on the ground were excellent, making the hot spring experience both enjoyable and safe. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options; the Chinese dishes were authentic and delicious. While the Western options tasted good, they could be a bit more refined to be perfect. The kids' play area was a bit dimly lit in the morning; adding more lighting would make it more enjoyable for children. The river boating was a huge hit with the kids, and we suggest providing life vests for them to ensure safety during water activities, as children's safety should always be the top priority. The hotel's car-to-room access design was a blessing for families with elderly members and children, significantly reducing the hassle of carrying luggage. We recommend implementing a one-car-per-room policy and clearly marking room numbers on the ground for parking. This would prevent multiple cars from occupying spaces and ensure a better experience for all guests. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay, and we were extremely satisfied with both the service and the environment. We look forward to returning and hope the hotel continues to maintain its high standard of service quality.

GGuest UserI stayed two nights at the Chengdu Wenjiang Holiday Inn. I booked a suite, but upon arrival, it was upgraded to a deluxe suite (with a mahjong table and conference table). For those of us who don't play mahjong or hold meetings, the suite was more comfortable. The decor is a bit dated, but the staff was excellent. I especially want to praise the lobby manager, Wang Qingqing, for her strong service focus and friendliness. There was also a housekeeping lady, whose name I can't quite remember except for three characters, the middle of which is ”Si.” She was a very kind, honest, and strong lady, and she kept the room very clean. Thank you very much!

GGuest UserThe check-in experience was not very good. First of all, takeaways could not be delivered to the room, which is understandable. So we went downstairs to get it ourselves. It was supposed to help swipe the elevator card, what's wrong? No one swipes it. Then the hot water is really unstable, cold and hot. The body lotion on the washstand was obviously used by the previous resident and not changed. I took it and saw that the lid was all smeared. The worst thing was that at 11 o'clock, a guest on the same floor checked in and shouted in the corridor. Didn't the front desk remind us to keep our voices down when checking in so late? I wanted to extend my stay today, but forget it. I reported it to the front desk when I checked out, and the front desk just said, ”You say yours, and if I don't respond, just pretend you didn't hear it.”

MM309148****The environment is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the hygiene is very good. Before check-in, housekeeper Grace even called us to inquire about our room preferences. I was very satisfied with the room arrangement. The hotel was also beautifully decorated for the upcoming New Year, creating a festive atmosphere. All the front desk staff were very enthusiastic and gave me recommendations for nearby tourist attractions. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

1118239****Just finished my stay at this hotel, and I must say it's been one of the most unexpectedly delightful experiences recently. From the moment of arrival, every single detail showed the hotel's meticulous care. The hotel rooms are designed with expansive views, offering picturesque cityscapes or garden scenery through floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and even the mini-bar selection shows thoughtful consideration. I particularly appreciated the hotel's attention to detail – excellent soundproofing, a smart and convenient lighting and curtain system, and even thoughtfully placed power outlets. The private hot spring was superb in terms of privacy and comfort. The staff were warm and efficient, even setting up a private service group to assist us. The most impressive thing was when I realized my child had left their glasses in the room after we had checked out. I contacted the hotel staff, and they promptly helped find them and immediately arranged to mail them back to us. Hats off to their service! I've already recommended this hotel to several friends and look forward to returning for another stay soon.

MM418944****I have to give a shout-out to the hotel I stayed at this time. The location is absolutely unbeatable, making it super convenient for going out, dining, and shopping. The front desk staff, both the young man and young woman, were incredibly nice. Seeing it was our first visit, they proactively recommended several restaurants and snack spots popular with locals. We followed their advice and didn't have a single bad meal – truly no duds! During check-in, they quietly upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I felt they were very genuine and straightforward, no hidden tricks.

MM2crmc3cs****Tianfu Airport pickup service: Tianfu is really far away, but as soon as I got off the plane, I received a call from the driver. The service was warm and thoughtful, and I really appreciate it. In-room minibar: The hotel provides complimentary soft drinks and beer, so you can relax and unwind even without leaving the hotel. There are also snacks and capsule coffee provided, which is very thoughtful. Overall, my stay was fantastic and very comfortable. The hotel's decor is stylish, and both the lobby and the room are elegant. It's very close to the scenic area, and the accommodation is nestled within Kuanzhai Alley, so you can step right out and explore. The exterior also blends in with the Kuanzhai Alley style, with a traditional Chinese feel that's ancient and charming, full of character. The room was clean and tidy. My room's interior, based on a modern Chinese style, also incorporated some purple tones, giving it a very mature and stable feel. Front desk staff Rora, Zoe, and Nancy provided warm and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!

CCeeVieAreThis is my first visit to Chengdu and Qionglai city. This hotel or courtyard stay is affiliated to Wyndham Garden along Wenjun Street i.e. big square with various shops for shopping (sports attire brands, yinshion, Miniso), dining and decors perfect for social media posting. Dining options include McD, KFC, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Chagee, Naixue, Heytea, Mixue and local brand dining or beverage operators. Outside the square/Wyndham Garden there are Lawson, Family Mart, 7 eleven and local Hongqiao marts(prices lower). Local mini restaurants selling Sichuan food, noodles, dumplings, snacks are also available outside the square/garden, opposite AllAboutLove bakery and Naixue outlet. Qionglai city is closely associated with a historical female poet called Zhuo Wenjun. Her residence and Wenjun well built during Han Dynasty is located 10-15 mins walk from Wyndham Garden. Look for Bank of China branch and walk across the street to reach China Construction Bank branch Then walk straight down until you see a public toilet on your right and cross the street. Walk until you see an open space carpark and go in the carpark you will find Wenjun Residence on your left, entry is free. You may book a car to Qionglai city from Tianfu airport but be prepared to pay RMB400+ equivalent using trip app. Going back to Chengdu city by car is about RMB200. Standby with some cash if you encounter QR code scan problem. There are also buses and trains options to reach here. 1 -0.5 hours drive you can visit famous Tiantai Mountain, Pingle Ancient Town, Bamboo Canyon Scenic Area ( went there and love it❤️❤️❤) , Yuanwozi winery, etc. ️ My stay was very refreshing and Manager Ma was very helpful and accommodating to all my queries. My travelling plans to nearby attractions was fulfilled despite unfavourable weather, drizzling 2 days non stop. I would recommend for atleast 2 night stays to enjoy 1 day outskirt trip + 1 day chill in the room and enjoy backyard outdoor onsen to relax. Breakfast buffet include western (cereal/salad/eggs/sausages/ham/fries/bread), dimsum, soup, cakoi and soya bean, 3x types of porridges and condiments, local breakfast ( starter or salad, fried rice, meat and vegetable dishes), deserts, local fruits and cut fruits. Hotel staff can also help to order takeouts for you.
