This is a new hotel with great facilities and excellent service from the staff. The rooms are spacious, and it's conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to get around. The room was very clean, and the bedding was comfortable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in overall experience. The environment was quiet and elegant, and the public areas were clean and fresh, with no unpleasant odors. The room facilities were complete and well-maintained; the mattress was just the right firmness, the shower had stable water pressure, and the lighting design was very comfortable. The room had good natural light, and the cleanliness was meticulous, with even the corners spotless. The overall atmosphere was serene and comfortable, the hardware was excellent, and the stay felt very relaxing. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I have planned to go to Shouzhuo several times in the past few years, but I missed it because of things. This time the Dragon Boat Festival finally happened. Shouzhuo is located deep in the Bamboo Sea. The roads are easy to walk and the transportation is very convenient, but you have to be careful when you miss the bus sometimes. Once you enter the Bamboo Sea, your mood will become very good, and the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. There is no need to turn on the air conditioning in the room, just turn on the fan and it will be cool. The inn has its own parking lot and charging stations. As soon as you enter the inn, you are attracted by the architecture and scenery. It is definitely a good place to relax and unwind. Every step is a view. The room was neat and clean and it was so comfortable. The service is excellent. Every staff member is very enthusiastic and will try their best to meet any request. Any words mentioned unintentionally will be taken seriously by them. In the afternoon, a food box was given for afternoon tea, and in the evening there was rice noodles and fermented glutinous rice as a midnight snack. The breakfast was a customized meal, which was rich and delicious. I made a reservation for dinner and chose a meal price of 200 per person. I must make a reservation one day in advance. It's delicious and the portions are so generous that several tables nearby said they couldn't finish it. There are various activities such as pot throwing and archery in the inn. There is also a rice dumpling making activity on the afternoon of Dragon Boat Festival. You can choose to cook dinner for dinner or take it home. In the afternoon, the staff took us out to go fishing for crabs. The staff brought small buckets and nets to accompany us all the time. Let’s go out to watch fireflies together at 9pm. There will be more fireflies in July and August. At night, you can catch a lot of crabs in the river ditch in front of the inn. With this kind of comfortable life, I plan to stay for a few more days during the summer vacation. The room is very big. The children sleep in the attic and we sleep below. The tatami is super big and suitable for reading and drinking tea. The room is equipped with air conditioners, fans, electric blankets and heaters. I thought the curtains would let light through, but I didn't expect them to be very suitable and I could have a good night's sleep. Eye masks and earplugs are also provided in the room, but of course they are not needed. Summer is here, so the inn can prepare more ice cubes or cold beverages and beers, suitable for everyone’s late-night snacks. All in all 100 points, see you in the summer!

Objectively speaking, the front desk service was excellent, and the hotel lobby and courtyard environment were also very good! However, there was a strange smell in the hallway, and an indescribable odor in the room itself. When I got into bed after washing up at night, the duvet and sheets felt damp and uncomfortable. There was also a persistent smell of urine, which wasn't coming directly from the duvet or sheets, but it lingered throughout the night. I tossed and turned and couldn't sleep well. In the morning, I woke up with many red bumps on my arms and legs. I've booked so many hotels on Ctrip, mostly prioritizing a good environment, and this is the only one that has given me such a bad experience. It's the only hotel that has made me feel this uncomfortable. I originally planned to give feedback to the front desk when checking out, but there was a family of foreign tourists complaining, so I just left without saying much. Anyway, the service itself was commendable!

The front desk lady was beautiful and had an excellent service attitude. When we left, she even gave us cute panda headbands and bottled water, which made the whole experience fantastic.

Restaurants, shops, and attractions are all easily accessible nearby. Room hygiene was top-notch, and the cleaning staff were very polite, diligently tidying the room every day. The hotel also offers a free laundry service, with plenty of washing machines and dryers, so there's rarely a need to wait – very convenient for travelers. Additionally, the hotel provides a parcel receiving service, and the front desk even thoughtfully offers tea. Overall, the service, environment, facilities, and convenience were all very satisfying. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip and would recommend it to friends!

The hotel facilities are great. The toilet and shower are separate, which is nice, and they provide body lotion and disposable dental kits. The hotel offers eco-friendly slippers, but you can also get disposable ones. Since it's been raining in Chengdu recently, you can borrow umbrellas from the front desk. It has central air conditioning and offers great value for money. The breakfast is delicious, I recommend the rice noodles. There are pandas everywhere, which is super cute. I'd definitely stay here every time I visit Chengdu. The lobby and front desk are on the ninth floor. There's also a free laundry room and gym. The upstairs environment and hygiene are both good. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right in the city center. It's an easy walk to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, and the subway entrance is close by, making it a breeze to get to the high-speed rail station. As soon as I checked in, the front desk offered me a refreshing cucumber water and iced black tea, which was so invigorating and immediately made a great impression. The room was meticulously clean; the desk and bathroom were spotless. The Mlily pillow was really comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. The hallway was quiet, and with the door closed, I could barely hear any outside noise, allowing for a good night's rest. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

It's a river view room, and it came with hot springs and complimentary tea, so overall it was pretty good value for money. You can tell it's an older, more traditional hotel in the area. The breakfast is 40 yuan per person, which I personally found a bit pricey. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but they are clean and tidy. The 'Blue Tears' on the 19th floor was fantastic! The complimentary tea was also very good, and the service was excellent.
