I stayed here again and was just as satisfied. The hotel's location is in a bustling area, yet it offers a quiet retreat. With the windows closed, there's absolutely no noise, making it very peaceful. All the staff members provide extremely warm and professional service. The hotel is equipped with a laundry room and a gym, which is very convenient for longer stays. You can also buy Haagen-Dazs ice cream and other small convenience items in the lobby, all at very reasonable prices, offering excellent value for money. The cleanliness, environment, management, and service throughout the hotel all live up to its brand and price. This will still be my top choice next time I come to Chengdu. I honestly give it a five-star recommendation. I hope the hotel maintains this standard and wish it continued success. I'll be back again.

I have planned to go to Shouzhuo several times in the past few years, but I missed it because of things. This time the Dragon Boat Festival finally happened. Shouzhuo is located deep in the Bamboo Sea. The roads are easy to walk and the transportation is very convenient, but you have to be careful when you miss the bus sometimes. Once you enter the Bamboo Sea, your mood will become very good, and the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. There is no need to turn on the air conditioning in the room, just turn on the fan and it will be cool. The inn has its own parking lot and charging stations. As soon as you enter the inn, you are attracted by the architecture and scenery. It is definitely a good place to relax and unwind. Every step is a view. The room was neat and clean and it was so comfortable. The service is excellent. Every staff member is very enthusiastic and will try their best to meet any request. Any words mentioned unintentionally will be taken seriously by them. In the afternoon, a food box was given for afternoon tea, and in the evening there was rice noodles and fermented glutinous rice as a midnight snack. The breakfast was a customized meal, which was rich and delicious. I made a reservation for dinner and chose a meal price of 200 per person. I must make a reservation one day in advance. It's delicious and the portions are so generous that several tables nearby said they couldn't finish it. There are various activities such as pot throwing and archery in the inn. There is also a rice dumpling making activity on the afternoon of Dragon Boat Festival. You can choose to cook dinner for dinner or take it home. In the afternoon, the staff took us out to go fishing for crabs. The staff brought small buckets and nets to accompany us all the time. Let’s go out to watch fireflies together at 9pm. There will be more fireflies in July and August. At night, you can catch a lot of crabs in the river ditch in front of the inn. With this kind of comfortable life, I plan to stay for a few more days during the summer vacation. The room is very big. The children sleep in the attic and we sleep below. The tatami is super big and suitable for reading and drinking tea. The room is equipped with air conditioners, fans, electric blankets and heaters. I thought the curtains would let light through, but I didn't expect them to be very suitable and I could have a good night's sleep. Eye masks and earplugs are also provided in the room, but of course they are not needed. Summer is here, so the inn can prepare more ice cubes or cold beverages and beers, suitable for everyone’s late-night snacks. All in all 100 points, see you in the summer!

Our stay at the Pushi Hotel near Chengdu's Kuanzhai Alley far exceeded our expectations, and a special thanks to the hotel's personal butler! Their responses were incredibly prompt, and any questions or requests were answered quickly, patiently, and thoroughly, making the service truly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, the environment was elegant, and the location was super convenient for getting around. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The butler's meticulous and warm service added a lot to our family trip. We highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again the next time we visit Chengdu!

The room was clean and tidy, with a pleasant fragrance. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options. It's conveniently located close to Kuanzhai Alley, making it easy to get around. The front desk lady was beautiful and had an excellent service attitude. When we left, she even gave us cute panda headbands and bottled water, which made the whole experience fantastic.

Had a good stay here during my chengdu trip. As was travelling solo, opted for mini room which is quite compact but alright for 1 person. However if you have large luggages it may be challenging due to how narrow the room is. Enjoyed the nice view of the river & appreciated that the neighborhood is convenient to tourist areas but not within the crowded spots so the traffic for didi hailing is usually quite smooth as the roads are less chaotic. They also provide complimentary luggage delivery to airport which was a pleasant surprise!

Wonderful stay for couple, service is prompt, location is good, food options plenty, recommend to stay, slight downside is building has many other hotels hence lift might be slower, but they have 3 lifts. Cheers.11.77

The location is absolutely perfect, really close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. I booked two room types in total: a twin standard room and a family room. Perhaps due to the prime location, the twin room wasn't huge, but the family room was quite spacious and even had a small play area for kids. The breakfast spread was also very diverse. Plus, there are so many delicious snacks around Chunxi Road! I'd definitely choose this place again next time, highly recommended!

Paired with clean linens, I slept incredibly soundly, feeling right at home. The hotel's location is also excellent, right next to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, making getting around very convenient. Enjoying it in the lobby during leisure time was very pleasant. Although there was a minor issue (which I didn't specify in the original review), the specific and heartwarming special services more than made up for it, and the overall living experience was still top-notch. With its thoughtful and professional front desk service and meticulous hygiene, this hotel offers exceptional value for money. Overall, I was quite disappointed with my stay. The hotel’s location is very convenient, but there are quite a few areas where the service and facilities could be improved. First of all, the front desk was seriously understaffed. During peak hours, there were only two staff members handling check-ins, resulting in very slow service and long waiting times. Unfortunately, the staff were also not particularly friendly or patient. There was also a discrepancy between the room description and the actual room. When booking, the room description indicated that three double beds would be combined to form one large bed. However, in reality, only two double beds were pushed together to make one large bed. We were a group of three, but only two sets of toiletries were provided in the room. I called the front desk to request an additional set and waited for about 30 minutes, but nothing was delivered. I called again and was told that a robot would deliver the items shortly. However, the delivery was incomplete — the towel and bottled water were missing. After calling the front desk for the third time, I was told that they were very busy and that I would have to wait a long time. I explained that I needed to go out and could not wait for too long, but the staff simply asked me to come downstairs and pick up the items myself. For a hotel, I found this level of service quite disappointing. Another issue is the elevator situation at night. There were often many people waiting for the elevators, as some guests were going to the 19th floor to enjoy the night view of Dujiangyan, while others were heading to the hot springs. The waiting time could be quite long. Also, only a very limited number of rooms actually have a view of the “Blue Tears” phenomenon. Even at the restaurant on the 19th floor, there are only about three seats with a good view, and they are often occupied. It can be quite difficult to get one of those seats. The hair dryer in the room was also very disappointing. The airflow was extremely weak and there was no cool-air setting, which is particularly inconvenient for women. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its location. It is very close to the train station and Yangtianwo Square, making it very convenient for transportation and sightseeing. Overall, while the location is excellent, the service efficiency, front desk service, room description, and some of the facilities did not meet my expectations. If you value good service and a comfortable stay, I would recommend considering these issues carefully before booking.
