Chengdu Marriott Hotel Financial Centre

Everything arranged by the lovely Emily made me feel so warm and welcomed at the Marriott. I was in Chengdu for a business trip, and my mom specially came to visit me. When Emily found out, she immediately sent a complimentary breakfast for my mom. My mom said the Marriott's breakfast was full of pleasant surprises, with such a wide variety of choices she didn't know what to pick! There was a full spread of Chinese and Western dishes, fresh fruits and vegetables, freshly made pastries, and even authentic Chengdu local snacks. The taste was genuine, and the ingredients were fresh – it truly satisfied all our taste buds.

My stay at the Marriott Executive Apartments Chengdu was excellent! The room had fantastic views, and it was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were all incredibly friendly and paid great attention to detail. The view from the room, especially of the Twin Towers, was so good that I extended my stay for another night. Highly recommend!

Emily, the hotel's customer service representative, was very thoughtful. She pre-arranged the room and fruit basket for me, making check-in quick and easy. The exterior views were also beautiful. The cleanliness and room conditions were up to Marriott's usual high standards. The executive lounge's happy hour service was also good. The only minor complaint would be the breakfast seating arrangement, which could be better coordinated.

I booked an Executive Twin Room, and the room was spacious and tidy, with very soft bedding. The Executive Lounge offered a great variety of food, and the hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. My stay was excellent, so I extended it for another night. Highly recommend!

I got an upgraded room with a view of the Petronas Towers. The hotel was very clean, the lobby was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, as was the service! @Eva The complimentary fruit was also delicious 😋. It's very close to SKP, just one stop away on Metro Line 18.

I was very satisfied with this stay and promptly extended it for a few more days. The room perfectly met my needs – spacious and clean, with meticulous housekeeping. Someone was always available to assist with the extension and other requests. The hotel is very popular, and rooms are in high demand! The service was exceptionally good!

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, offering a complimentary room upgrade and a late check-out. The hotel's location is also fantastic, right opposite in99, and you can see the Twin Towers as soon as you open the curtains.

The breakfast was excellent and varied, with freshly squeezed juices, and the dining area was very spacious. Both check-in and check-out were incredibly quick and professional, which made my stay super comfortable. The butler service was also very attentive and well-executed.
