Nobu Hotel Barcelona

The Nobu Hotel is excellent! The rooms are spacious, and the sofa is beautiful and stylish, showing great design. The bathroom has double sinks and a well-planned layout. The distant views are also very nice. There's a subway station within a 5-minute walk, making transportation very convenient. A large supermarket is right next door, less than 2 minutes away, so you can easily get bread, milk, and fruit for breakfast. The area feels safe, making it a great choice for travelers!

The hotel boasts a stunning view! The breakfasts were amazing, but we had to pay extra to use the spa. The rooftop pool turned out to be very small, and the room cleaning wasn't up to par; my room didn't even have a brush, which isn't ideal for a hotel. However, the hotel view is absolutely gorgeous!!

The hotel's cleanliness, ambiance, and facilities are all excellent, and the rooms are comfortable. However, what was extremely disappointing was the hotel's handling of late checkout. Although we were only about an hour and a half past the normal checkout time and were prepared to pay a fee, we were charged 95 Euros for an extension until only 2 PM. This price seems highly unreasonable, both in terms of the standard charge and the actual service received. What's even more regrettable is the hotel's lack of flexibility, especially given its high room rates and brand positioning. A 95 Euro charge for such a short extension felt more like an attempt to generate additional revenue. While the hotel's physical amenities are commendable, this experience severely impacted our overall stay and made us reconsider whether we would choose this hotel again in the future.

The most beautiful hotel in Barcelona with breakfast and an extraordinary view of the Sagrada Familia. Magnificent. And perfect service.

I wanted to personally thank you and your entire team for the exceptional quality of my stay at the Nobu Hotel Barcelona. My experience was, in every respect, memorable. From the warm welcome upon my arrival to the refined elegance of the rooms, everything was orchestrated with remarkable attention to detail. Special mention must be made of the excellent service and, of course, the culinary experience, which remains the highlight of the establishment.

The front desk staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. They charged a 150-euro pre-authorization every night, which felt excessive for what seems like a trendy, Instagram-famous hotel. When checking out, they claimed the city tax couldn't be deducted from the pre-authorization and made me pay separately. However, I later checked my credit card statement and found it *was* deducted from the pre-authorization. I'm currently trying to get a refund from the hotel. The breakfast spread was extensive, but everything else was just mediocre. I definitely won't be coming back! It's not worth paying to be treated so poorly. Also, the shower in the bathroom didn't have a curtain, and the cleanliness was just okay.

The room was clean and functional. You absolutely have to check out the rooftop! Breakfast wasn't particularly amazing. It's super convenient because it's close to the train station, and there's a supermarket nearby too.
