Fairmont Wuhan

Had a fantastic stay! Everyone provided excellent service, and the hotel's design is truly impressive. A special shout-out to Max, the front desk manager – everyone was incredibly polite. The Executive Lounge staff were also very welcoming. The suite was spacious.

I want to sincerely commend Karina for her efficient and meticulous service. Communication with her was smooth, and she proactively anticipated guest needs, providing appropriate and thoughtful service that truly showcased the hotel's excellent service standards. Mandy also handled my check-in and check-out very meticulously. The experience was fantastic!

As a 5-star hotel, it's unacceptable that they gave me the wrong room key, leading to a stranger walking into my room early in the morning while my family and I were still in bed. We were absolutely stunned! Apparently, it was a lapse by the front desk. After complaining, the customer manager offered a free upgrade on a future stay. With that kind of service attitude, they really need to replace the supervisor sooner rather than later.

I was very satisfied; everything was great. The hotel even prepared a cake for my birthday. Karina arranged a fantastic room, and all the staff were very welcoming. The room was also perfect for taking photos.

Had a great one-night stay overall. The lounge was very quiet, and the room Rita arranged for me in advance was perfect. Communication with Karina during my stay was also very smooth, and any issues were resolved promptly.

The hotel service was attentive and meticulous; the staff were friendly and responded quickly to requests. The ambiance was elegant, and both the facilities and amenities were top-notch. It's a perfect choice for both travel and relaxation, definitely worth considering when visiting Wuhan.

Plenty of parking spots available, and it's easy to get in and out. Hotel guests get free parking, which is great. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and Karina had our room prepared perfectly beforehand. It was spotless, and all the amenities and facilities were excellent. Very satisfied with this stay!

The hotel's overall design is quite good, and the facilities are relatively new, but the maintenance is just so-so. The lights in the room were already faulty and hadn't been repaired in a timely manner. The service isn't particularly attentive, but it's acceptable. The attitude and awareness of the staff could be improved.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and all our requests were handled quickly. The lobby and rooms smelled wonderful, the tea bags were T9, and the breakfast was excellent with delicious beef noodles. It's also just a 30-minute drive from the airport. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Wuhan.
