Grandview Golden Palace Waifiden Apartment (Zhengjia Plaza, Tiyu Xilu Station)

Very convenient, located in a bustling area. The price is reasonable, and it has bunk beds. The environment is nice, definitely worth staying. There are plenty of food and drink options nearby, and two large shopping malls just downstairs, all very close!

I can't give any positive feedback at all. 1. The room facilities are very old and rundown. 2. Many corners are really dirty and unhygienic. 3. The showerhead in the bathroom was leaking. 4. The soundproofing is terrible, and the room next door was undergoing renovations. 5. You have to transfer elevators to go up and down floors, which is very inconvenient. 6. For takeout, you have to go downstairs to a locker to pick it up, plus the hassle of going back and forth with the transfers. 7. I booked a room with a city night view, and I communicated with the front desk that I needed to change to a room facing Tianhuan Plaza. They just took note, but it was useless; I paid to look at the street. 8. A person 1.8 meters tall could hit their head on the ceiling when staying on the second floor. 9. It was pouring rain in Guangzhou during my stay, and the large floor-to-ceiling window was also leaking. It was truly 'when it rains, it pours' – I paid to experience such an 'artistic' view. 10. I honestly can't say anything good about it.

The environment is quiet and comfortable, the bedding is cozy, and the front desk staff are friendly. It's excellent value for money and highly recommended. The value is superb, the room is clean with no strange smells, and the staff are responsive. We had a great stay. The location is excellent, right below Zhengjia Plaza.

The view from the 37th floor was excellent, and the hotel's breakfast was plentiful. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It's very close to Grandview Mall and Tianhe, so I'll definitely come again.

Great location on a high floor, right above Parc Central Plaza with a perfect night view. Having two bathrooms is super convenient.
