"We brought our daughter and a friend to the Sofitel Louvre for a weekend getaway. The hotel's decor is luxurious and elegant, with a strong French ambiance. Every detail is exquisite and captivating, making it perfect for photos. The 11th-floor Le Bar offers stunning views, with expansive high-altitude scenery. Although the outdoor lawn is for viewing only and not for recreation, it's a very pleasant spot to relax and chat. The staff at Le Bar were gentle, attentive, and responded promptly, treating guests with humility and politeness. The concierge and front desk team were professional and efficient, handling check-ins, luggage storage, and route inquiries with patience and meticulousness, always proactively helping to coordinate any requests. I also managed to experience the hotel's SPA; the environment was quiet and elegant, and the therapist's techniques were professional and soothing, relieving days of fatigue. The experience was excellent. I'd particularly like to commend Nicole from Guest Relations in the lobby. She was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, proactively introducing the hotel's amenities and kindly recommending areas suitable for family relaxation. Her communication was both gentle and professional. Our room was clean and tidy, and the swimming pool, fitness center, and other facilities were all excellent. From the hardware facilities to the service from every staff member, everything was impeccable. It's a perfect choice for families traveling together. Our stay this time was a perfect 10, and it's definitely worth revisiting."

A huge shout-out to the housekeeping team! The daily cleaning was meticulous; they not only restocked drinking water and toiletries but also tidied up my scattered clothes. Even the nooks and crannies were spotless. The bathroom's wet/dry separation was well-designed, and hot water was instant. The bedding was soft, fluffy, and odor-free. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, allowing me to catch up on sleep undisturbed even during the day. Their attention to detail is truly impressive. Germaphobes, you can book with confidence!"

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, definitely deserving of a huge thumbs-up! The hotel's Executive Lounge, in particular, was the absolute highlight of our trip. First off, the lounge environment is superb – elegant and modern decor, with comfortable and private seating arrangements. Whether you're there for a business meeting, a casual get-together with friends, or like us, just want to quietly enjoy your vacation, you'll find the perfect spot. A special shout-out goes to the lounge team: Candy, Tiki, Amy, and Sunny for their exceptional service. From the exquisite pastries during afternoon tea to the generous selection of snacks and drinks during the evening cocktail hour, every staff member was smiling, attentive, and perfectly discreet. They consistently remembered our drink preferences and proactively introduced seasonal specials. The Happy Hour offerings were incredibly impressive, almost a fine dining experience in itself, with a full spread of hot dishes, cold cuts, cheeses, and fresh fruits. As for other aspects, the guest rooms lived up to the usual InterContinental standard – comfortable bedding and brand-new facilities. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including authentic Foshan local delicacies. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a high-quality experience.

Staying at the Foshan Nanhai Zhanyun Hotel on ***** New Year's Eve was a delightful surprise. The hotel boasts an elegant and refined decor, with peony-patterned carpets and embroidered wall hangings that exude sophistication. The environment is clean and tidy, and the family suite is perfect for traveling with seniors and children, offering comfort and convenience. The service was warm and attentive; even during the Spring Festival, the staff were incredibly responsive to all requests. On New Year's Day, they even delivered New Year's greetings, making it feel just like home. The two large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with light, and being on the 28th floor provides expansive views. There's a subway station right outside the window, offering easy access everywhere. Below, a river meets a larger river, and on a sunny day, the glistening water creates a beautiful and uplifting scene.

Upon arriving at the hotel, Tan Xin from security proactively and enthusiastically helped us with our luggage. Wu Qianting at the front desk was professional and efficient, processing our check-in thoughtfully and considerately. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the executive floor's happy hour offered a diverse selection of food, with the dim sum being particularly excellent.

Location is good, next to a mall. Free laundry service too and use robot to deliver stuff to the room. The only thing dissatisfied is the wifi. It seems China wifi is only used for local ppl and not for foreigners. They told me to switch off the DNS but it doesn't work at all. Even Guangzhou airport wifi also for local ppl only - key in their local number to connect ? Even got airport staff to help me, same cannot connect at all. Why it's that so ? wifi suppose to be the basic facilities that hotel should provide to their guests. I just don't understand why so difficult to connect wifi in China. I finished my 7 days data roaming services with fee. Without wifi, it is really inconvenience for us. My sister & cousin sister said so, wifi is no way to connect in Shunde/China. Staff with 101 code is good & helpful. She helps us check the rate for transportation from hotel to nearby Bus station which direct to Guangzhou Airport. She also offer us to have a green bean pudding :) Overall stay at this modern interior hotel is good. Will come back again if travel to Shunde. Thank you.

The room was clean and tidy, and spacious. The balcony offered a view right into the heart of the lake, making it feel like we were staying in an ancient town. The natural scenery of the water town, with its flourishing flora and fauna, was beautiful. The various themed parks were also large, and it was very convenient and easy to navigate with our own stroller throughout.

The room was clean and tidy. The young lady at the front desk provided excellent service; she was very enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped, and there's also free parking. They even have robot delivery for takeout, which was a really cool and modern touch! I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The environment is great, and there's a river right next to the hotel with decent water quality. On hot days, you can go out in the evening for a refreshing walk. The food and scenery nearby are also excellent. If you're visiting the area, I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is a bit ”tired”, but cozy. In the spa area there is a good restaurant, billiards, exercise machines and everything you need for relaxation. If you are traveling alone, without luggage, then it is not clear why you need to take a room. You can take only the spa, where there is a locker, capsule hotels, TVs, cells for storing small items, games, massage chairs, etc. There are shopping centers near the hotel, in the evening you can visit a large number of different restaurants. It was a bit annoying to renew the key every day and other Chinese formalism.

Yunqi Hotel is amazing! The new Chinese Zen-inspired decor is incredibly elegant. The room was spotless, and the bedding was as soft as clouds. The service was thoughtful and attentive. It's a peaceful retreat in the midst of the hustle and bustle, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. I'll definitely stay here again next time!
