"My two-night stay here was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! I have to commend the hotel's service and facilities. The concierge and front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, helping with luggage and checking me in quickly. They were also very patient and thorough in answering all my questions. I had some free time, so I tried the spa, and the therapist's technique was professional and soothing – I felt completely relaxed afterward. A special shout-out to Nicole from Guest Relations in the lobby; she followed up on my needs attentively throughout my stay, communicated gently and thoughtfully, and coordinated everything perfectly. I particularly loved the hotel's lobby lounge and the outdoor lawn area. The lobby lounge had a serene and elegant atmosphere, and the drinks were excellent. Sitting by the window was incredibly relaxing. The outdoor lawn was spacious and tidy, with beautifully maintained greenery. It was perfect for a stroll, enjoying the breeze, or just sitting and chatting comfortably, offering expansive views and a wonderful ambiance. The room was clean and comfortable. From the moment I checked in, Barry, the duty manager, meticulously noted my preferences and helped arrange a quiet room with a great view. He patiently answered all my questions and handled all my requests efficiently and thoughtfully. After checking out, Rachel proactively approached me to ask about my overall stay, showing genuine care. Every step, from arrival to departure, flowed seamlessly, making me feel truly valued and well taken care of. It was a truly satisfying stay.

Staying at the Foshan Nanhai Zhanyun Hotel on ***** New Year's Eve was a delightful surprise. The hotel boasts an elegant and refined decor, with peony-patterned carpets and embroidered wall hangings that exude sophistication. The environment is clean and tidy, and the family suite is perfect for traveling with seniors and children, offering comfort and convenience. The service was warm and attentive; even during the Spring Festival, the staff were incredibly responsive to all requests. On New Year's Day, they even delivered New Year's greetings, making it feel just like home. The two large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with light, and being on the 28th floor provides expansive views. There's a subway station right outside the window, offering easy access everywhere. Below, a river meets a larger river, and on a sunny day, the glistening water creates a beautiful and uplifting scene.

Yunqi Hotel is amazing! The new Chinese Zen-inspired decor is incredibly elegant. The room was spotless, and the bedding was as soft as clouds. The service was thoughtful and attentive. It's a peaceful retreat in the midst of the hustle and bustle, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

I took my child out for Children's Day. Facilities: To be honest, the play facilities are a bit old, but there are many food options inside, and the prices are cheaper than X-Long. We chose the stargazing room, and my child loved it, but I hope the cleanliness can be improved. Some hidden corners weren't cleaned properly, and there was a lot of dust in the room. The hotel package included access to the amusement park, but many facilities required additional payment, which felt a bit like a rip-off. What I did enjoy was the swimming and hot springs. It feels like Changlu really wants to be a resort, but perhaps due to the current economic downturn, it hasn't been able to maintain itself well. Overall, it was still an enjoyable trip. I hope Changlu improves!

The room was clean and tidy. The young lady at the front desk provided excellent service; she was very enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped, and there's also free parking. They even have robot delivery for takeout, which was a really cool and modern touch! I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Facilities: Very comprehensive. Hygiene: As one of the better-branded hotels in Shuifeng, I can truly feel at ease staying here. Environment: The lobby doesn't look like an old hotel; the whole place is well-maintained and feels grand and upscale. Service: The front desk staff (a young man) was handsome and gave great recommendations for food, drinks, and entertainment.

The hotel is a bit ”tired”, but cozy. In the spa area there is a good restaurant, billiards, exercise machines and everything you need for relaxation. If you are traveling alone, without luggage, then it is not clear why you need to take a room. You can take only the spa, where there is a locker, capsule hotels, TVs, cells for storing small items, games, massage chairs, etc. There are shopping centers near the hotel, in the evening you can visit a large number of different restaurants. It was a bit annoying to renew the key every day and other Chinese formalism.
