Excellent
GGuest UserThis hotel was a fantastic experience! French style permeates the entire hotel, from the elegant lobby to the refined rooms, with exquisite details throughout. The convenient location makes it easy to access Danzao's attractions and shopping district. The rooms were clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The service was attentive; the hot herbal tea upon arrival was a heartwarming touch, and the staff responded quickly. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options at excellent value, making it a top choice for business trips or short getaways. Five-star recommendation!
GGuest UserI stayed at the Orange Hotel in Shunde Happy Coast PLUS, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. I booked the super cute 'Astronaut Family Room,' which had a fantastic, dreamy theme, comfortable bedding, and a huge space. Plus, they gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers for two! The breakfast spread was extensive, with freshly ground coffee and local Shunde pastries that were absolutely delicious – I left feeling completely satisfied.
The entire check-in process was warm and thoughtful, and from the moment I arrived to all the little room details, everything was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location is perfect; the night-view Ferris wheel and water show are right downstairs, making evening strolls incredibly convenient. Next time I'm in Shunde, this will definitely be my top choice! I highly recommend it to my friends~
Thanks to the front desk for their attentive service, five stars! 👍

AAnonymous UserThis hotel has excellent service. When checking in with my child, they proactively asked if we needed a toothbrush and slippers for kids, which was very thoughtful. I asked where I could find furniture, and the front desk staff even took me to the stairwell to show me a map of the furniture market. The Louvre (referring to a furniture mall, likely) is right opposite the hotel, about a 10-minute walk away. The room is well-equipped; the hairdryer is powerful, and bottled water is provided for free. There are disposable toilet seat covers, and the lobby on the first floor even has a 'treasure box' with daily fresh, warm herbal tea, small cookies, and freshly ground coffee. Everyone was very welcoming, and the hygiene was excellent. The hotel has staff on duty 24/7. It's located in the second row of Huangchao, not directly on the main road, so it's quite quiet and comfortable. Right outside the main entrance is the Huangchao Furniture City. My only regret was not choosing a breakfast-inclusive rate. I bought breakfast at the restaurant, and the variety was extensive and delicious. I definitely picked the right hotel; it saved a lot of time and effort.

KKanggongThe hotel is conveniently located near a major transportation hub for a first-tier city, yet it boasts prices typical of a second-tier city. It's about a 30-yuan taxi ride from the South Station, making it perfect for business travelers heading to Shunde. However, the dining options around the hotel aren't the best.
HHalo-SallyThis hotel apartment offers an excellent overall experience. Located conveniently in the Qiandeng Lake CBD, it's close to shopping areas and parks, making it easy for both travel and leisure. The rooms are designed in an apartment style, offering spacious living with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and other home amenities, perfect for extended stays or family trips. The cleanliness and tidiness are top-notch, ensuring high comfort.
The service is attentive and professional; the front desk is responsive and friendly, always ready to meticulously address any needs. The facilities are comprehensive, including a gym and a children's play area. The high-altitude views are fantastic, and dining options are abundant. Overall, it offers great value for money, making it suitable for both business trips and family vacations. Highly recommended.

TTianmiThe location is super convenient! It's just a 10-meter walk to the apartment entrance after turning left from Exit C of Kuiqi Road Station on Foshan Metro Line 2. Right next door is the New DNA mall, which has everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The room environment is really nice, equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, and TV. The electric curtains are very handy, and from the room, you get a panoramic view of the bustling city. The projector in the room works great; you can watch clearly from bed.

GGuest UserAs the first stop of my annual leave trip, Shunde isn't directly accessible by flight, which made the journey a bit cumbersome. Thankfully, there's a timed shuttle service from the airport that goes directly to Jiaxin City Plaza station, which is quite close to the Sheraton. You can scan a QR code on the left side of the exit to book the airport shuttle service online, and there are discounts if you purchase tickets for two or more people. If you're not in a hurry for direct, point-to-point travel, this is definitely a better option than struggling with taxis or transferring with luggage to the subway and intercity rail.
The hotel's overall location is quite secluded with unobstructed views, making for a good vista. I communicated at the front desk that I wanted to be away from conference and group guests, and they successfully arranged a quieter floor for me. Upon check-in, I was given a hand-drawn food map created by the hotel itself.
The room was spacious. I tried the breakfast buffet once; the taste was rather ordinary. They did have some local specialties like pork offal congee and wonton noodles, which was convenient. However, the selection wasn't extensive, and the buffet restaurant was relatively small.
If you order takeout, you can call the front desk to have a robot deliver it to your room.
The brunch and afternoon tea at Yue Cai Xuan were quite good. The overall atmosphere and food quality were consistent. The double-skin milk felt a little less delicate than others I've tried, but everything else was fine. Tea refills were prompt, allowing us to chat and eat at our leisure.
The pool was open as usual. It was less crowded in the evening, but one area near the edge was quite dark. Both the dry and wet saunas were very comfortable. Some guests went directly to the sauna. The space is small, so it's best to try and avoid peak times to prevent awkwardness.
There were no traditional Chinese tea sets in the room. I remember the Sheraton in Shantou had them, along with bagged single-serve teas.
On the last two nights, the weather started to get hot. I was woken up by mosquitoes on the tenth floor at night. I had to get up to kill mosquitoes and call for mosquito repellent, which took a while before I could fall back asleep.
Overall, my stay was quite comfortable, and the facilities were complete. If you like quiet surroundings and enjoy brunch/afternoon tea, this is a good choice.

GGuest UserThis was our first time at Changlu, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. A two-day, one-night trip was perfect for a family with kids. We'll definitely be back!
**Service:** A special thank you to the short-haired lady at the front desk on March 27th and 28th. We encountered some issues with our tickets in the morning and thought we'd leave unhappy, but she was incredibly proactive and patient in helping us resolve the problem. She handled it professionally and quickly, ensuring our itinerary wasn't delayed and bringing our trip to a perfect conclusion. Her exceptional 5A-level service left a deep impression on me; it's truly the most valuable asset of this scenic area!
**Accommodation:** We stayed in the Taoleju Lake View Room, and the balcony view was genuinely lovely. Sitting on the balcony in the morning, enjoying breakfast and watching the ducks swim leisurely in the lake, was incredibly relaxing! The room also thoughtfully provided kids' slippers, kids' toothbrushes, and even two umbrellas – truly parent-friendly. The only major drawback was the sheer number of mosquitoes. Although the room was equipped with a good array of mosquito repellents, we still ended up battling mosquitoes at night 😂 Perhaps the hotel could consider adding mosquito nets?
**Activities:** What I liked most was the comprehensive range of activities available within the scenic area: amusement rides, a wildlife world, an ice and snow world, and even hot springs. It fulfilled all of our child's wishes! Regarding the entertainment credits, our stay already included 120 credits, plus a 'buy one get three free' offer. We topped up an additional 130 yuan, which covered almost all the activities suitable for kids under 1.1 meters. The prices for the various activities were quite reasonable. Lastly, it was a pity that the highly anticipated lake cruise and duck feeding activity was suspended. I hope we can make up for this regret next time.
See you again, Changlu!
