"The front desk service was excellent. They even added me on WeChat to send reminders and answered all my questions about the surrounding businesses. The room was very clean and quiet. They originally offered me a room on the second floor but proactively asked if I wanted a higher floor because it might be noisy."

"The room was spacious and the soundproofing was decent. The bed was quite comfortable, but the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted and I woke up cold every morning for three days. On the first day, I noticed the headboard light strip was flickering, and customer service quickly came to sort it out by moving me to a different room. However, the bedding and duvet cover weren't changed at all during my three-day stay. I'm not sure if that's standard procedure. The hotel's location is okay, but it's a bit far if you're dragging luggage. I'd recommend using a shared bike to Zumiao later on, it's more convenient."

"The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and warmly introduced us to the nearby attractions. The hotel felt very secure, and the high-floor views were good. The rooms were very clean. Although the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, we thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the Western options which were quite tasty. Having to switch elevators in the middle was a bit inconvenient. It's really close to the Ancestral Temple; we got there quickly by taxi and it's also walkable to the attractions."

"The room was clean and odor-free, making for a super comfortable stay. The bed was very restful, and the small table and chairs by the window were perfect for working or enjoying the view. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, which was really convenient. The location and environment are unbeatable; it felt secure and was super convenient, with a shopping area right downstairs. Across the street, there's a snack street and night market, and it's close to Lingnan Tiandi and Zumiao. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Foshan! Sissi"

"As someone who travels frequently for business and stays in major chain hotels, I can confidently say that the quality control at this Courtyard I'm staying at today is top-notch. The location is excellent, right next to a main road, making it very convenient for taxis or driving yourself, and there's plenty of parking. The room facilities are very well maintained; all the lights and appliances work smoothly without any issues. The WiFi is stable, perfect for online work and video conferences without any lag. The soundproofing is also very effective, blocking out most noise from the hallway and outside, which led to a very high quality of rest. The staff are responsive; room service arrived quickly after I called. Their service was just right – not intrusive, but always available when needed. I'm truly satisfied with my stay."

"This hotel is located diagonally opposite Lecong Shunde Furniture City, making it incredibly convenient for out-of-town guests coming to buy furniture. The rooms are quite spacious, and the cleanliness is good. The service attitude is excellent. This time, I booked a room in advance on Gaode Maps, then completely forgot and booked again on Ctrip. After check-in, the front desk manager proactively called to ask if I had made a duplicate booking. Gaode Maps bookings usually can't be canceled for free, but they helped me process it in their system and contacted Gaode Maps to cancel the order. Highly recommend!"

"I've stayed at Intercity hotels many times in other cities before, but this experience was particularly bad! I arrived at 5 PM to check in, and the front desk staff told me I had to wait. Which hotel at 5 PM still hasn't prepared its rooms yet??? It took almost half an hour before I could finally check in. This morning, I went for breakfast, but because it was too crowded, the restaurant wouldn't let me in, saying I had to wait 10 minutes. Yet, people kept trickling in. I asked how much longer it would be, and the staff told me to check the time myself. Alright, alright, I'm speechless. Huazhu Hotels, you just opened this new hotel and it's like this. You clearly can't handle so many tourists during a holiday, yet you still put on this show. The experience was truly awful. And you still expect me to give you a good review? Amazing (in a sarcastic way)."

"On Children's Day holiday, I was wondering where to take my kids when I saw this place on a video and it looked pretty good. It's quite convenient to get here by subway. From the city center, take Metro Line 2 to Guangzhou South Station, then transfer to Foshan Line 2. Get off at Shiliang B exit, go through the tunnel, and you're there. Very convenient. As soon as I entered, I was captivated by the magnificent fish tank. It was stunning. The service was excellent. Although we had to wait a bit to check in, we were allowed to go up to the 3rd floor and play in the ball pit, which was great. The dinner buffet was very rich. I had all the salmon sashimi I wanted. You could take several oysters at once, which was a nice touch! There was also white and red wine available. Overall, I was very satisfied. Highly recommend! The breakfast buffet was also very generous, with a wide variety of fruits."

"This is a classic, old-school five-star hotel that exudes a timeless elegance. While the rooms may not be as spacious as those in newer hotels, my stay was comfortable, and I would definitely return. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is excellent. Overall, its minor flaws are easily outweighed by its many positives. 1. The lifeguard was incredibly responsible. My child stumbled slightly and swallowed some water in the children's pool, and the lifeguard immediately, without a moment's hesitation, sprinted over. 2. The young lady at the front desk who checked me in went out of her way to call and confirm details when I casually asked, 'Is this a non-smoking room, and can the twin beds be pushed together?' 3. We decided last minute to have the buffet dinner at the hotel. The manager, dressed in a suit, proactively offered discount options. Plates were cleared very promptly during the meal, and the clown server was practically worried he hadn't given the children enough balloons. 4. A new self-service laundry room has been installed on the 4th floor of the Biyun Building, featuring four washing machines and four dryers, all commercial-grade. Thumbs up! Just three small suggestions: 1. As I booked at the last minute, the hotel's order processing was a bit slow. The front desk couldn't find my reservation during check-in. The initial receptionist was quite unhelpful; she didn't say how long I'd have to wait, just that the order was being processed, and she wouldn't even look at the hotel confirmation I proactively showed her, leaving me stranded at the front desk. 2. Many of the staff seemed unsure about the location of the laundry room and provided me with incorrect information. 3. It would be great if there was a service to return washed clothes to the room or a wash-to-dry transfer service. After all, hotels like [brand A] and [brand B] allow guests to just drop off their laundry and not worry about it, with staff delivering the clothes to the room later. Here, when I asked guest services if there was a clothes delivery service, the staff member 'educated' me by saying, 'Here, everything is self-service.' So, I set an alarm to move the laundry to the dryer after 30 minutes, and then returned two hours and two minutes later to pick up the dry clothes. (I fully understand that five-star hotels typically only offer dry cleaning services, but since they've provided new self-service facilities, perhaps the service could be upgraded to match.)"
