Zorro MrI waited two hours after arriving at the hotel for a room to be ready, finally checking in after 3 PM. They assigned me room 1720, but the key card didn't work. A floor attendant had to open the door for me. When I went to the front desk to get a new key card, they told me they had given me the wrong room. I didn't think much of it and got a different, slightly smaller room, but the facilities were decent. After a tiring day, I wanted to rest, but there was a constant, distinct noise. I called the front desk, and they confirmed there was no renovation or construction. The lobby manager took the call and said if the noise persisted after ten minutes, they would move me. However, the noise continued. It wasn't until my fifth call that the lobby manager explained there were three cargo elevators next door, used by property management, and he had asked them to stop. Yet, they kept running, and the noise persisted. By 10:10 PM, the lobby manager's solution was to give me two earplugs and offer a discount the next day when leadership was in, possibly moving me to a single-bed room. If I disagreed, I could check out and leave.
**Service:** The on-duty manager's training is severely lacking. I went downstairs at 11 PM to find him/her, and when they couldn't resolve the issue, they just stood there silently, avoiding direct communication. Other staff members had to apologize on the manager's behalf. If there are known issues with a room, they should be addressed proactively instead of sacrificing the guest's experience and time. They should prepare better and avoid assigning elevator-adjacent rooms to customers.
**Facilities:** The much-hyped Dyson hairdryer was broken, only blowing cool air. The entryway sensor light flickered constantly throughout the night due to what seemed like current interference. The electronic curtains worked well, and the whole-house lighting control system was quite good. However, with the flickering entryway light, combined with the incessant elevator and moving noises, it was no different from being in hell. Be wary of room 1726. I recommend the hotel not sell this room; it's too noisy right next to the elevators. And the hotel clearly knows this but pretends otherwise.
**Hygiene:** I stepped on a giant cockroach while waiting for the elevator, it felt like crushing a plastic bottle. Nobody cleaned it up until I checked out. Unbelievable.
**Environment:** I didn't take photos, but the window overlooks the city with no scenic view. I found a similar selfie taken by another guest online for reference.

Guest UserExtremely satisfied with my stay! The overall experience was very comfortable, and it offers great value for money. The room was clean and tidy. I'd definitely recommend it. It's also close to the South Station, and there's a subway station right outside, which is very convenient. Overall, a good experience.

Anonymous UserThis serviced apartment seems to be fairly new. Its location right next to Qiandeng Lake is excellent, with a mall downstairs, though many shops are still opening. Basic necessities are covered, but the parking entrance is a bit hard to find. We traveled with two small dogs, and the hotel is pet-friendly. They charge a one-time fee regardless of the length of stay, which is great. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. A lady at the front desk even proactively suggested nearby spots to take the dogs for a walk and gave us a pet goodie bag. The room was clean and spacious, and we even got a balcony (thanks to a front desk upgrade!), which was perfect for smoking. The staff kindly reminded me that smoking indoors is strictly prohibited (apologies to the housekeeping team! 🙏). Overall, I'm very satisfied. While it wasn't cheap, the value for money was excellent! 👍

I chose this one after comparing several hotels. I was really disappointed ❌❌
Environment: The environment of the hotel is OK
Hygiene: Hygiene is not in place, there is a hair left by the last customer on the floor of the toilet area
Facilities: The smart device is immature, and I have not been able to complete it according to the instructions after shouting several times; as said in the comment area, when the lights in the whole house are extinguished in the sleep mode, the lights in the toilets in the corridor area will suddenly turn on at night and need to be manually turned off; The hotel introduction interface says there is a refrigerator, but there is no actual
Service: I have stayed in many hotels on business trips. This one is also considered to be a poor handling of the sudden situation. I have opened a chain hotel for a small half year. I have no basic service awareness. Because I am on a business trip, I need to have a comfortable rest environment. Before booking, I will specially note: a quiet room is needed. When I checked in for lunch break, I heard the chatting sound and the loud TV sound next door. I didn’t care too much at that time. When I was going to bed at 10 o’clock in the evening, I heard the loud vibration of the room. I thought it was the sound of watching TV next door. I found that there was a KTV behind the window. Very strong rhythm, contact the front desk as soon as possible, the other party said to negotiate with KTV first, see if the volume can be reduced, and arrange for the staff to come up to confirm whether there is really this sound before changing the room, and I am a woman when I call the front desk. As a result, there was no first time to arrange a female room staff, but a male security guard to solve the problem. Such a big hotel, there is no room staff? Can security do the work of the room? The security guard said that he was not satisfied that the room could be replaced. If we wanted to change it, we would immediately collect things to go to the new room (although the tone was friendly, but it was very uncomfortable). The front desk staff asked him to wait for us to complete the room change and get back the old room card before leaving. The whole operation was very speechless. In the end, he repeatedly asked him to go downstairs and give us some time to pack our luggage. After changing the room, we will pick up the original room card. Changed the room opposite the same apartment type. The new room was very quiet except that the hotel light belt outside the window was broken and flashed all night. The road below is also the hotel's internal parking passage, so I don't understand why there is a quiet room that is not arranged for the first time, but arranged a KTV room at night. I really don't understand it. There is no hotel staff to apologize for this matter until 8 am. It was more than two o'clock in the afternoon that I called and said that I could upgrade when I lived in the future. I thought about solving it when I left. It was really bad.

Anonymous UserThis hotel has excellent service. When checking in with my child, they proactively asked if we needed a toothbrush and slippers for kids, which was very thoughtful. I asked where I could find furniture, and the front desk staff even took me to the stairwell to show me a map of the furniture market. The Louvre (referring to a furniture mall, likely) is right opposite the hotel, about a 10-minute walk away. The room is well-equipped; the hairdryer is powerful, and bottled water is provided for free. There are disposable toilet seat covers, and the lobby on the first floor even has a 'treasure box' with daily fresh, warm herbal tea, small cookies, and freshly ground coffee. Everyone was very welcoming, and the hygiene was excellent. The hotel has staff on duty 24/7. It's located in the second row of Huangchao, not directly on the main road, so it's quite quiet and comfortable. Right outside the main entrance is the Huangchao Furniture City. My only regret was not choosing a breakfast-inclusive rate. I bought breakfast at the restaurant, and the variety was extensive and delicious. I definitely picked the right hotel; it saved a lot of time and effort.

After my first stay at this marvelous seviced apartment I already knew that my next stay will be 1000% here again. So the time finally came and the feeling was not like going to a rented apartment but thanks to Abby it was like coming home.
I am really honest regarding praise for this apartment. The location, the cleanliness, the warm home feel you get from Abby and the staff is just on another level.
You are not just a customer you are almost like family.
Any foreigner or local staying in Foshan region should seriously consider this facility since it makes your stay perfect.
2 major metro lines literally in front of the building entrance, a modern mall with a million of food choices and a huge supermarket etc etc.
This time I am in China for 20 days and I thought for variety I would try 10 days of some other hotel but this is just unbeatable so I just extended.
Guys I am a very honest guy regarding reviews and giving credit to those who deserve it and this place deserves 11 out of 10 points really.

Anonymous UserThe room was spacious and quiet, and the kind lady at the front desk even upgraded our room type.
Facilities: The main issue was that the Wi-Fi was incredibly unstable, and screen mirroring was very laggy. Another big problem was that screen mirroring wasn't linked to individual rooms; anyone could cast to any room in the hotel. This meant our TV kept getting interrupted by other people casting to our screen, which was very annoying.
Also, I'm not sure if it was the mattress or the pillows, but they weren't very comfortable. My husband and I are usually sound sleepers, but we woke up multiple times every night. My husband never dreams, but he was dreaming every single night here.
Didn't take any photos, so I'm using food pictures instead.

玩樂的心The Sheraton was an absolute blast; my stay there was perfect. The hotel boasts an elegant and grand ambiance, with beautiful garden views. It's fully equipped with a constant-temperature pool and a gym. There are plenty of activities for families with kids, so you can easily spend the whole day swimming and strolling around without getting bored. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with excellent soundproofing. Their signature 'Sweet Sleeper' bed is incredibly soft and fluffy; lying on it instantly relaxes you, guaranteeing a full night's sleep. The bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, is clean and tidy, and all amenities are well-stocked. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views. The staff provides thoughtful and attentive service, handling everything efficiently. It's perfect for both a relaxing vacation and a short getaway. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. This will definitely be my top choice for future trips.

Guest UserWhen I booked, I was a little worried the place might be too old, and that the two-bedroom villa would have a strange layout. Turns out, my worries were completely unfounded; the stay was very comfortable. The complimentary dragon boat craft activity and welcome gifts were a nice touch. The villa butler was very polite, and even when a minor issue came up, it was resolved immediately. The complimentary desserts were delicious. The villa stay also included executive lounge access, which we didn't really use much. The one time we did go, it was very quiet and comfortable, a far cry from a crowded cafeteria. The stir-fried bean sprouts at the Chinese restaurant were excellent, and the roasted pigeon was the best I've ever had. I honestly think the Chinese restaurant's quality surpasses the popular 'influencer' restaurants in Lingnan Tiandi. Both Zumiao Ancestral Temple and Lingnan Xintiandi are within walking distance, and the Meland Sport next door is great for kids. If I ever visit Foshan again, I would gladly stay here.

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and spacious. The balcony offered a view right into the heart of the lake, making it feel like we were staying in an ancient town. The natural scenery of the water town, with its flourishing flora and fauna, was beautiful. The various themed parks were also large, and it was very convenient and easy to navigate with our own stroller throughout.
