The hotel is about 1 km from the Ancestral Temple, a 6-7 minute drive away. You can park in the auxiliary road right outside, and the hotel covers the cost, which is super convenient. The lobby is very bright and well-decorated. There's a laundry room and gym on the 3rd floor, but I didn't have time to check them out. My room was on the 5th floor, and it was quite quiet, so I got some good rest. The room is also very spacious. You can voice-control 'Xiao Du' (a smart assistant), which is pretty cool, and the toilet is also smart. I had a minor issue during my stay, but it didn't really affect my overall experience. The TV is huge, but sometimes the signal would cut out the sound. I eventually figured out how to fix it. I reported it to the hotel, and they responded promptly. Overall, I was satisfied with my one-night stay.

As an English speaker with only basic Mandarin, I was a little nervous about communication, but the front desk team went above and beyond with translation and made me feel completely at ease. That kind of hospitality is hard to fake. The Room My room was impressively clean overall. The only thing I’d flag is the carpet, which felt like it could use a deeper steam clean. Nothing alarming, and perfectly fine with slippers, but worth mentioning. The air conditioning though? Absolutely elite. Strong, reliable and a lifesaver. Facilities The fifth floor amenities are a real highlight. The gym has brand new equipment, fresh towels and complimentary water ready to go. I spent some solid time on the cardio machines and had zero complaints. The laundry room is also genuinely impressive — four washers, four dryers, plenty of seating, steamers and a dedicated ironing area. Very thoughtfully set up. Food The hotel has several dining options on-site. I tried the dim sum and it was solid. Good variety, good quality and a nice atmosphere. The One Thing That Needs Work Wi-Fi. For younger travellers especially, reliable internet is non-negotiable. Whether it was for remote work or just streaming, the speeds were consistently disappointing. Upload and download were both underwhelming. My cellular signal wasn’t great either, but I’d expect the hotel Wi-Fi to compensate for that, not add to the frustration. Final Verdict This is a hotel that genuinely nails the hospitality side of things. It’s clean, the staff are warm and professional, and the facilities are well above average. Sort out the Wi-Fi and this is easily a five-star experience across the board. I’d absolutely come back next time I’m in Danzao.

It is located right next to the Marriott Hotel, and the layout feels remarkably similar. You’re getting a very comparable room setup but at a much more affordable rate. The room was spotless. The room was surprisingly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and work without feeling cramped.

The room was exceptionally clean, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there's a shopping mall downstairs. They offer free parking, and it's super convenient to visit Lingnan Tiandi and Liang Garden. The service was excellent.

The environment is good and the service is excellent. Little Lily made the check-in process smooth and convenient, which was very satisfying. This stay at the Sheraton Hotel was the most pleasant surprise during my trip to Guangdong. Actually, before coming here, I randomly booked a hotel on a certain app, but when I arrived, I found that the sanitation was poor, the bed sheets were not clean, and the service attitude was bad. I was in a very bad mood, so I decisively canceled the booking and then found the Sheraton. Upon arriving at the Sheraton, the front desk staff, Lily, was very friendly and enthusiastic, and even gave us some fruit. She chose a river-view room for us, and the view outside the window was excellent. (In contrast, the staff at the other hotel even tried to entice me to pay more to see some Ferris wheel, *chuckle*.) In the morning, we were able to see the sunrise, which was very delightful. The entire night's experience was a transition from hell to heaven, from feeling extremely upset to extremely happy. I am very grateful for Lily's enthusiasm. I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton, which gave my wife and me a perfect ending to our short one-day trip in Shunde. A hidden gem for traveling with kids! The room was spacious and even came with children's slippers and toothbrushes. The staff were exceptionally patient with our little one—our whole family was very satisfied! Facilities: Smart, fully-equipped amenities. My kid loved chatting with the smart voice assistant (Xiaodu). Cleanliness: The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation and was completely odor-free. Environment: Very quiet. The surrounding shops sell building materials and close early, so it wasn't noisy at all at night. Service: Attentive service. The staff proactively checked on our needs and even offered us a late check-out.

Right above the metro station and the DNA mall. Entrance external mall entrance next to A7 entrance (holiday inn express entrance) - can't get into the A7 entrance without a swipe card. Good size room with fridge/freezer - but these turn off when leaving the room. Washing machine in the room which is helpful. Carpeted but I would prefer to vinyl plank for cleanliness.

A bit old-fashioned, but clean. Staying at the hotel was a much better experience, as we could always go back to our room to rest and avoid the crowds. The hotel's breakfast was also excellent, and it offered great value for money.
