The hygiene was acceptable, the screen was great, and the rooms were very spacious. Overall, I would highly recommend it. My room was 501, which was closer to the elevator, while 503 was the furthest, but the room size was about the same as mine. If you're staying in 501, wearing earplugs will be no problem.

The bed is so comfortable that you won't want to get up once you lie down on it. And the sound insulation is also very good. Even if it is noisy outside, the room is very quiet. What satisfied me most was the hotel's service. The staff were very professional and considerate. Met all my needs. All in all, this stay was a great experience. Whether it was the environment, facilities or services, it made me feel the warmth of home. When I left, I received orange gummies, biscuits, peach cakes, etc. from the store clerk! The front desk service was incredibly warm and thoughtful; this stay truly earned a perfect score! The lady at the front desk processed our check-in with a constant smile and even meticulously introduced the hotel facilities and local attractions, which was a huge help for us as we hadn't planned anything. For lunch, we ordered a set meal and pasta at the Hyatt Restaurant on the first floor. The food was excellent, with a refreshing and light taste, and the two of us were very satisfied. What touched us the most was discovering our room had been beautifully decorated for a birthday celebration with a fruit platter when we returned from our outing. We later found out it was the front desk lady who had specially prepared it after noticing my wife's upcoming birthday on her ID. This attention to detail was incredibly moving. The room was clean and comfortable, the restaurant food was top-notch, and the service was absolutely impeccable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel!
