This time, I got a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice touch. Just a 5-minute walk from the hotel is Florence Town Outlet, perfect for families who want to shop without any hassle. The hotel's overall decor is grand and stylish, with a spacious and bright lobby. The facilities are top-notch, including a complimentary 24-hour gym, self-service laundry room, and multi-functional business meeting rooms. The breakfast buffet on the second floor offers a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. The front desk service was professional and efficient, and both check-in and check-out were handled quickly. I was really disappointed ❌❌ Environment: The environment of the hotel is OK Hygiene: Hygiene is not in place, there is a hair left by the last customer on the floor of the toilet area Facilities: The smart device is immature, and I have not been able to complete it according to the instructions after shouting several times; as said in the comment area, when the lights in the whole house are extinguished in the sleep mode, the lights in the toilets in the corridor area will suddenly turn on at night and need to be manually turned off; The hotel introduction interface says there is a refrigerator, but there is no actual Service: I have stayed in many hotels on business trips. This one is also considered to be a poor handling of the sudden situation. I have opened a chain hotel for a small half year. I have no basic service awareness. Because I am on a business trip, I need to have a comfortable rest environment. Before booking, I will specially note: a quiet room is needed. When I checked in for lunch break, I heard the chatting sound and the loud TV sound next door. I didn’t care too much at that time. When I was going to bed at 10 o’clock in the evening, I heard the loud vibration of the room. I thought it was the sound of watching TV next door. I found that there was a KTV behind the window. Very strong rhythm, contact the front desk as soon as possible, the other party said to negotiate with KTV first, see if the volume can be reduced, and arrange for the staff to come up to confirm whether there is really this sound before changing the room, and I am a woman when I call the front desk. As a result, there was no first time to arrange a female room staff, but a male security guard to solve the problem. Such a big hotel, there is no room staff? Can security do the work of the room? The security guard said that he was not satisfied that the room could be replaced. If we wanted to change it, we would immediately collect things to go to the new room (although the tone was friendly, but it was very uncomfortable). The front desk staff asked him to wait for us to complete the room change and get back the old room card before leaving. The whole operation was very speechless. In the end, he repeatedly asked him to go downstairs and give us some time to pack our luggage. After changing the room, we will pick up the original room card. Changed the room opposite the same apartment type. The new room was very quiet except that the hotel light belt outside the window was broken and flashed all night. The road below is also the hotel's internal parking passage, so I don't understand why there is a quiet room that is not arranged for the first time, but arranged a KTV room at night. I really don't understand it. There is no hotel staff to apologize for this matter until 8 am. It was more than two o'clock in the afternoon that I called and said that I could upgrade when I lived in the future. I thought about solving it when I left. It was really bad.

Aside from the facilities and decor being a bit dated, I honestly can't fault anything else. The service was genuinely excellent and heartfelt, not at all fake. Liz at the front desk was so thoughtful; she upgraded our room and gave us great recommendations for local food and attractions. Every service, from room service to the pool and restaurant, was superb. Even though the facilities are older, they're perfectly functional. The location is also fantastic, and the view from the window is lovely.

Overall, I'm satisfied. Facilities: The parking lot is convenient. Hygiene: The room hygiene was satisfactory. Environment: Parking is convenient, and the hotel's location is pretty good, very close to Wangfujing Innovation Park (Gongfu Night Market). Service: Satisfactory. There was plenty of drinking water in the room, highly recommend. The front desk even provided a large umbrella to shield us from the rain when it was pouring.

I was in Foshan for a business trip this time. My first two nights at the Marriott in Shunde were excellent, so I wanted to try the Marriott in Qiandeng Lake for the next two nights, but unfortunately, it was fully booked. So I decided to try Courtyard by Marriott, a brand under the same group. I found that the room I booked at Courtyard was also fantastic, despite not having a bathtub, which it wasn't supposed to have anyway! I was very satisfied with the room the front desk lady arranged for me! I could see the brightly lit night market and clusters of illuminated buildings of Qiandeng Lake at night. The room itself was clean, tidy, bright, and spacious. The location is great too; it's just a short walk to explore Qiandeng Lake in the evening. The breakfast was also pretty good; the chef was creative, offering not only common Chinese and Western dishes but also traditional Foshan dim sum to try! A special, special thank you goes to Shirley at the front desk. Her service was not only warm and enthusiastic, but her genuine smile was also lovely. When I was working in the lobby lounge, she would also check in on me and offer assistance at appropriate times, making me feel incredibly at home! Highly recommend it!! Out of the three hotels I stayed in on this business trip, Shirley's service left the deepest impression!! I hope Courtyard can properly commend her, and I wish friends who read this review that they'll also encounter Shirley when they stay at Courtyard.

I specifically came to Shunde for a food tour and chose to stay at the Emperor Hotel. I booked a standard twin room, and my first impression upon entering was how clean and airy the entire space was. There wasn't any stuffiness, smoke, or damp smell. The wall panels and carpets were meticulously maintained, and the bedding on both beds was pristine white, soft, and neatly made without any stains. There was no dust accumulation on the TV cabinet or desk corners, and the desktop power outlets and storage areas were wiped perfectly clean. The room was very spacious, and the twin bed layout felt uncrowded. The blackout curtains by the floor-to-ceiling window worked wonderfully. The配套设施书桌, chair, wardrobe, and mini-fridge were all available. There was plenty of space for luggage, and the lighting was soft and not harsh, making for a very comfortable night's rest. 🛁 Bathroom: Marble-textured, dry/wet separation – super convenient. The bathroom was a definite highlight. The full marble tile renovation gave it a visually upscale feel. The glass shower enclosure provided complete dry/wet separation, with no standing water on the floor. The sink mirror, toilet, and towel rack were all spotless. The bath and face towels were neatly folded, and the hairdryer and toiletries area were well-organized. The shower water pressure was stable, making for an excellent daily washing experience. 📍 Excellent Location, Super Convenient for Eating and Exploring. The hotel is situated in the core area of Daliang. It's an 8-minute walk to Jinbang Street and Beidi Temple, where you can try Huanji Milk and local snacks. Right downstairs at the entrance is a long-standing bamboo noodle shop, and the hotel's second floor features a dim sum Chinese restaurant. You can enjoy authentic Cantonese dim sum in the morning without having to go far. Whether you're visiting Qinghui Garden and Huagai Road during the day or going out for a late-night snack, getting around is incredibly easy. ✨ Extra Bonus Details: 1. Excellent soundproofing in the room; corridor and outdoor noise were almost imperceptible, ensuring an undisturbed rest. 2. Complete facilities, stable TV and WiFi signals, ample charging outlets, and a landline phone on the bedside table. 3. The hotel service was gentle and courteous, and check-in was efficient. 4. Great value for money; the room was spacious, and hygiene standards were high. It's definitely a top choice for a short trip to Shunde. Small Suggestion: The hotel's decor leans towards a classic business style, not trendy or youthful, but its cleanliness, practicality, and convenient location are its strengths. Friends looking to purely explore Shunde's food scene and seeking comfortable, clean accommodation can confidently choose this hotel! Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. I took my child out for Children's Day. Facilities: To be honest, the play facilities are a bit old, but there are many food options inside, and the prices are cheaper than X-Long. We chose the stargazing room, and my child loved it, but I hope the cleanliness can be improved. Some hidden corners weren't cleaned properly, and there was a lot of dust in the room. The hotel package included access to the amusement park, but many facilities required additional payment, which felt a bit like a rip-off. What I did enjoy was the swimming and hot springs. It feels like Changlu really wants to be a resort, but perhaps due to the current economic downturn, it hasn't been able to maintain itself well. Overall, it was still an enjoyable trip. I hope Changlu improves!

Stayed here in Dec 2024 Wonderful experience I would like to thank the front office staff for accepting the parcel on my behalf ordered from a local e commerce app Could not wait as I have checked out on Fri 10 Jan 2025 The parcel arrived I think around 17:30 hours as I received a call from a male front office staff He is kind enough to store it till I check in again probably in March 2025 after the month long ***** New Year celebrations.
