Our stay at Sofitel Le Louvre was an outstanding overall experience. The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for furniture shopping. A special thank you to Nicole from Guest Relations in the lobby; she was gentle, thoughtful, and handled issues efficiently and thoroughly, providing truly warm service. The concierge proactively helped with luggage and directions, and the security staff were handsome, responsible, and always greeted us politely when entering and exiting the lobby, making us feel very secure. The front desk staff were professional and enthusiastic, making check-in and check-out smooth. During my leisure time, I experienced the hotel's SPA. The environment was tranquil and elegant, and the therapist's techniques were professional and effective, truly relieving travel fatigue. The hotel's environment is upscale and clean, and staff across all departments are highly professional. My entire stay was comfortable and I highly recommend it. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

A rare five-star hotel in Foshan with excellent service. The front desk upgraded us to a French-style room for free, which felt like a Disney princess room. The service was also top-notch; while waiting for a friend by the entrance, I was invited to the cafe opposite and offered complimentary coffee. On departure, they even gave us three small bear dolls.

My stay at Sofitel Foshan exceeded my expectations! The hotel's French design creates an incredible atmosphere, and the public areas are luxurious and exquisite – perfect for snapping some great photos. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. BART at the front desk provided attentive and meticulous service, responding promptly to all my requests. The overall service was professional and polite. I booked this for an international client, and thanks to BART's help, my client had a wonderful stay and felt right at home. The high-altitude views are stunning, and the dining quality is excellent. It's a great choice whether you're on a short trip or a leisure stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Foshan. Highly recommended!

The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete amenities. The dining options are rich and varied, and the guest reception is particularly polite, warm, and attentive! I almost always see Nicole Chen in the lobby every time I'm there. Once, I curiously asked her, "Why are you always working?" It's probably their collective effort that makes us feel so at home and want to keep coming back! Simply fantastic!

Some of the room facilities are a bit old. For instance, the mini-bar cabinet door needs to be opened and closed several times to shut properly. Also, the sliding door to the washroom area has a faulty track; once one of the doors is pulled shut, it can't be opened from the inside, requiring a lot of force from the outside. The fan was quite loud at night, and its mode and speed couldn't be adjusted to a sleep setting. Even on the lowest setting, it was still pretty noisy.

This hotel brand is high-end and luxurious, with an elegant and tasteful overall ambiance. It's incredibly convenient to stay here when buying furniture in Lecong, as its prime location saves a lot of travel hassle. My experience during the stay was excellent; the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were comprehensive. It's perfectly suited for both business trips to view furniture or short-term stays. The overall service standard is top-notch, providing a fantastic experience. Whenever I'm in Foshan for furniture shopping, I always choose this hotel. It's truly one of the best hotels in Foshan. It's clean, hygienic, and has a great environment, making it the perfect choice for business trips or travel. They even provide complimentary fruit, which is a lovely and thoughtful touch.
