Shunde Marriott Hotel

The room was spotless, and we enjoyed our stay with the whole family. It's conveniently located right across from Shunfeng Mountain Park. We were even upgraded to a higher floor, and the view was absolutely stunning. Room service was prompt too. It will definitely be our top choice for our next visit.

I stayed for three nights. On the first day, the bathroom light was broken, so I switched rooms. On the second day at noon, I received a call asking if I wanted to extend my stay. The front desk explained that they hadn't realized it was a three-night continuous stay when they issued the room key for the new room, and I needed to update the key card. That evening, the other key card couldn't access the elevator floor, so I went to the front desk again to update it. On the third evening, the key card couldn't even open the room door. The front desk said it had been demagnetized, so I updated the key card again. On the last day, only one guest's information could be accessed for breakfast, still due to the key card issue. The hotel facilities are quite old, and the restaurant tables wobble severely, leading to my coffee spilling when another guest accidentally bumped into the table. My experience at this Marriott was quite underwhelming.
