Hotels with Shuttle Service in Milan

Stayed with my son for one night and really liked the service—everything was quick and efficient. The location is convenient, right next to the train station. The girls at the reception were very pleasant. There was no kettle in the room, but they brought one after we called. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom and toilet. It was a bit dark, but not a big issue. For the price, I think it's a great option in Milan.

Great food, selection, warm atmosphere, cleanliness, service (Verity Alessia). Very important after jet lag: the coffee was good, hot and plenty of it was available. I was also impressed by the additional selection of cakes and pastries. Looking forward to come back tomorrow.

My husband and I were impressed with the overall quality experience we had in this hotel. We were apprehensive when we booked this hotel because we normally do not stay in Small Luxury Hotels (SLH) we are used to the big hotels however we were amazed by the hospitality of the staff, from the lady who checked us in to the bell man. Not only that, the room is well appointed and it’s also very clean. They also had a turn down service. In addition, the hotel is literally at the back of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II shopping arcade. If you love shopping like me then this is your best option. It’s also near the Duomo Milano. We will be back in Milan in a few months and will definitely stay here again. Being in the middle of Milan with great amenities! You cannot beat that.

Our travel agent booked this hotel and I figured that since the TripAdvisor score was pretty good, that this would be a good option. We were pretty disappointed. It's hard to deny how good the location is to the sites are as you are one block away from the Duomo and the other side of the piazza from the Vittorio Emmanuelle. The lobby is not impressive (which is fine) but the room wasn't either. It is modern-ish but lacking in charm or style. The walls were pretty marked up and the carpet had stains on it in addition to the wear and tear of a hotel carpet. Milan was hot when we were there. The A/C was marginal with the bathroom door open--we closed the bathroom door to keep the air conditioning in the bedroom but then the bathroom would become quite hot. The noise from the street trolleys could be heard from our bedroom. The staff was generally genial and accommodating.

It was a very suitable hotel for our family travel. We were very happy with its breakfast. You stay in a kitchen room like apart hotel. Also around it is a huge supermarket and beautiful places. The greatest advantage is that it is at the bottom of the metro station. I would prefer the same hotel again if I were to go again.

Baglioni Milan was our 1st time staying at Baglioni Resorts we arrived & were blown away from the minute we arrived! We were exhausted from 18 hours of flying & more time in between traveling they literally took over had us checked in & a ice cold bottle of champagne to our room with our bags in a matter of minutes it was a perfect check in experience. The suite was stunning it took our breath away we LOVED the terrace with night blooming jasmine OMG made our day. They had many special treats. Such a lovely Breakfast spread with mimosa every morning. Very helpful staff we feel they calmed us from the start. The location is absolutely perfect we walked everywhere the entire time we stayed in Milan. Highly recommend this resort & we will absolutely be back.

I stayed at the Hotel Galles with my two year old son to visit the Christmas markets and generally do some sightseeing in December 2022. From the get go the staff were fantastic and we had a room with a large and comfortable cot (with small duvet and pillows) and a big bath tub. The breakfast is a buffet style and has a great range to select from. We had dinner in the restaurant on our first night and it was beautiful 🤩 I managed a sneaky glass of wine at the Cardiff bar where Christian was absolutely lovely with my little boy. Whilst we didn’t use the pool, it was great to know it was there if it became too chilly to go out. The location of the hotel is perfect, ten minute walk from the Central Station - don’t make the mistake of getting the airport train to the Cordona station…it’s a 50 minute walk even if the train is quicker! The reception staff were incredibly helpful and gave us lots of advice about where to go and how to get there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others. There’s is some residual noise from the streets and the trains but it’s an inner city hotel, so I expected that but it didn’t keep us awake at night. Thanks to all the staff who made our weekend away extra special.

This is a beautiful hotel and we had a great time. The hotel was nice a clean, had a nice garden, the restaurant was nice and the bar was open until late. We stayed on the 2nd floor and our room was nice and spacious, aircon was great, the mini bar was well stocked and the maid came everyday. Our view out the window was nice too, we could see the cobbled streets and the tram passing by, it kind of looked like a postcard. The restaurant was nice, staff was friendly and if you like traditional Italian food then you would enjoy it. The breakfast was also nice we went down every morning, it was the same thing everyday but that was ok because it was good food. Only thing is tho, there were no omelettes as standard, I think they could have made you one but you had to pay extra (€8) Let’s talk about the bar. The bar was amazing, not only was it open til late but the bar staff were very knowledgeable on anything drink related. There wasn’t a drink that the lovely Henry or Paulo couldn’t make you. Whilst I am on the Henry and Paulo subject, I’d like to take this opportunity to just say how amazing they are. They introduced themselves and asked our names and it was lovely service ever since. They made us feel welcome, kept the amazing drinks flowing, learnt early on what kind of drinks we liked and kept the drinks coming. The service from them two was absolutely outstanding and we would visit again just to see them. They are real assets to the hotel. Thank you. The hotel itself is not far away from the duomo. We just took the subway, it was 3 stops. Once you get to the duomo you can also do the bus tours, we did the 4 tours over 48 hours which was nice. We also did the canal cruise which wasn’t far from the hotel too. Immediately outside the hotel you can also hire bikes and scooters. You just have to download the app if you haven’t already and go. All in all the hotel was great, service was great, location was great and we love Henry.

Although the room size is small compared to Park Hyatt in China, it is quite spacious in Milan. The public area is more European in design, the rooms are relatively modern and simple, and the dressing room and toilet are not very convenient to be combined. The service is thoughtful and the breakfast is not bad.

The Conceirge, Savo, went above and beyond and completely exceeded our expectations when assisting us with travel plans. The room was cleaned twice daily. Front desk staff were all professional and kind. The food was wonderful. Our room had a lovely view of the park. We enjoyed the walk to the Duomo and charm of the surrounding area. We were happy with everything this hotel had to offer.
