"Location: Excellent and convenient. The hotel is just a one-minute walk from the subway exit. Popular neighborhoods are also within walking distance. Ambiance: Since it's a new hotel opening in 2026, the lobby and restaurant are very spacious with a fresh, modern design. The long-shaped room is very ample; upon entering, there's a living area and wardrobe space. To the left is a split bathroom (toilet, shower, and sink are separate), and to the right is a large bed. The facilities are brand new, and the space is well-designed. I stayed for three nights, and it offered great value for money – highly recommended!"

"I was so lucky to choose this hotel on my first trip to Milan! It deserves full marks! Extremely convenient for Chinese tourists, everything was fantastic 👍 The receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we could communicate directly in Chinese! Not only was there no communication barrier, but she also assisted with communication in English and Italian. The hotel is right next to the No. 31 tram, which runs almost 24 hours a day and provides easy access to and from the city center – perfect for independent travelers. The room was very clean and tastefully furnished. The bedding was just the right firmness, the shower water temperature and pressure were perfect, and the surrounding area was very quiet at night – I wasn't disturbed at all. Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, and you could schedule a delivery to your door. It completely exceeded my expectations, I'll definitely come back next time! 😘"

"This Crowne Plaza is in an excellent location. It's just a 10-minute walk to Milan Central Station, even with luggage, which is super convenient for catching trains to the airport or outlet malls. There are several small convenience stores nearby, but I wouldn't recommend buying anything there (you'll understand why when you see them). If you turn right out of the hotel, then left at the traffic lights, and walk about a hundred meters, you'll find a larger supermarket with much more reasonable prices. The hotel breakfast was great; it was one of the few places during our 40-plus day trip that offered green leafy vegetables. They also had rice, though it was a bit undercooked. The room was a little small, but it was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided every day. The free use of the swimming pool was a nice bonus!"

"First time staying in a B&B, and it totally exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. Check-in was smooth, and the room was very tidy. Since I was on a long business trip, I specifically looked for a B&B with a washing machine. The closet even had plenty of hangers, so I ended up washing everything, haha! Unfortunately, my little milk pot's lid broke, so I had to sadly throw it away (I don't have other pictures, just look at the background briefly; the bed was very clean and even had a latex pillow)."

"The transportation is incredibly inconvenient. The day I had to go to the airport was a Sunday, and I ended up having to pay a fortune for an Uber just to get back to the city center from the hotel, so I could have reliable and stable transport to the airport. If you choose to go directly from the hotel to the airport on a Sunday, an Uber will cost at least 100 Euros."

"This is a fantastic hotel in an excellent location. It's about a 20-minute walk to the main shopping area, and there are many great restaurants and small shops nearby. The neighborhood feels very residential and safe, with no concerns about security. I really have to commend the hotel's front desk staff. I was out shopping all day near the Duomo, carrying three bags, and took an Uber back to the hotel. When I got out, I somehow left one bag behind – it had my newly purchased jewelry and a handbag inside, worth over 50,000 RMB! I only realized it after I got back to my room. I immediately rushed down to the front desk. The staff quickly checked the CCTV footage for me, confirming that I had indeed left a bag in the Uber, and it wasn't something I left at the hotel. At the same time, because Uber doesn't have a direct contact feature for drivers, and I hadn't gotten any response after reporting it to Uber's platform, the front desk attendant proactively helped me look through the limited information available on the Uber app. Eventually, he found the phone number for the Uber driver's registered company and immediately called them on my behalf. After several verifications, they finally got in touch with the driver, who confirmed he had my missing shopping bag and would return it within an hour. I'm incredibly grateful for the prompt and proactive help from the hotel front desk throughout this whole ordeal; I can't imagine what would have happened otherwise."

"Хороший отель. Удобное местоположение. Рядом станция метро. Через одну остановку Центральная площадь Duoma. Есть несколько продуктовых магазинов в шаговой доступности. Номер стандартный, очень удобная кровать с качественным матрасом. В холодильнике вода, пиво, соки, орешки, чипсы, Кола. Завтрак вполне нормальный, шведский стол: яйца, бекон, сосиски, сыры, колбасы, салат из помидоров с огурцами,  3 типа хлопьев, выпечка, десерты, джемы. Хотелось бы отдельно отметить персонал: очень приветливый внимательный . На все вопросы отвечали, в чем нужно помогали. Решали очень оперативно  любые вопросы. Если еще будем в Милане, обязательно остановимся в нем снова."

"For the price, the hotel's location is quite good. It's about a 20-euro taxi ride to the Duomo, and the metro is extremely convenient, with the station just a 5-minute walk away. Nearby, there's a restaurant called Osteria Molo 13, which I believe is a local seafood chain. They offer a great variety of seafood, including oysters and mussels, and it's excellent value for money. While the breakfast was the same every day, it was actually quite plentiful. The single room wasn't small by Milan standards, and it was clean and very quiet."

"Very friendly staff! Was chatting with Mattheo and mentioned that we were on our honeymoon. He congratulated us and secretly prepared a surprise for us the next day! We came back to hotel with special surprise! Such warm and kind gesture we really loved it"
