"The hotel is located in a residential area, slightly north of central Milan, which appears to be one of the city's less affluent neighborhoods. Right next to it, there's a large roundabout surprisingly overgrown with tall weeds! The buildings' bases are covered in graffiti, making the area look quite run-down. There was a Black housekeeping staff member who seemed to lack proper housekeeping training. While cleaning our room, he took our personal glass, which was very different from the hotel's provided glassware, as well as a stainless steel cup and chopsticks that had no connection to the hotel whatsoever. When we returned to the room and noticed these items missing, we saw him still cleaning and immediately asked if he had thrown them away. He didn't evade the question at all; instead, he led me to the storage room and retrieved everything! We ran into him at the subway station the next day. He was instantly recognizable – over 190cm tall and very thin. He greeted us in a very friendly manner."

"The first time I came to Milan to choose this one, I was really lucky and had to give full marks! It is extremely convenient for Chinese tourists, and all aspects are very good. The front desk lady is super friendly and enthusiastic, and can communicate directly in Chinese! Not only communication zero barriers, but also assist in communication needs in English and Italian. The entrance of the hotel is the 31 tram directly to the subway station, almost 24 hours operation, back and forth to Milan city is very smooth, too friendly to free travel special forces. The room was very clean and exquisite. The bedding is moderately soft and hard, the bath water temperature and water pressure are very comfortable, the surrounding night is very quiet, and I have not been woken up at all. There are two choices of Chinese and Western for breakfast, which can be delivered to the door at an appointment time. Completely exceeded expectations, I will come next time 😘"

"This Crowne Plaza is in an excellent location. It's just a 10-minute walk to Milan Central Station, even with luggage, which is super convenient for catching trains to the airport or outlet malls. There are several small convenience stores nearby, but I wouldn't recommend buying anything there (you'll understand why when you see them). If you turn right out of the hotel, then left at the traffic lights, and walk about a hundred meters, you'll find a larger supermarket with much more reasonable prices. The hotel breakfast was great; it was one of the few places during our 40-plus day trip that offered green leafy vegetables. They also had rice, though it was a bit undercooked. The room was a little small, but it was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided every day. The free use of the swimming pool was a nice bonus!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. Compared with other accommodations in the area, the price was very reasonable and offered excellent value for money. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed during my stay. What I appreciated most was the convenient location. There are three supermarkets nearby, ranging from small to large stores. One of the smaller supermarkets stays open until midnight, which was very convenient for buying groceries and daily necessities after returning late in the evening. There are also several cafés, restaurants, and public transportation options within walking distance. The M5 metro station is only about a 4-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The host was friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and I was able to rest well every night. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay."

"This is a fantastic hotel in an excellent location. It's about a 20-minute walk to the main shopping area, and there are many great restaurants and small shops nearby. The neighborhood feels very residential and safe, with no concerns about security. I really have to commend the hotel's front desk staff. I was out shopping all day near the Duomo, carrying three bags, and took an Uber back to the hotel. When I got out, I somehow left one bag behind – it had my newly purchased jewelry and a handbag inside, worth over 50,000 RMB! I only realized it after I got back to my room. I immediately rushed down to the front desk. The staff quickly checked the CCTV footage for me, confirming that I had indeed left a bag in the Uber, and it wasn't something I left at the hotel. At the same time, because Uber doesn't have a direct contact feature for drivers, and I hadn't gotten any response after reporting it to Uber's platform, the front desk attendant proactively helped me look through the limited information available on the Uber app. Eventually, he found the phone number for the Uber driver's registered company and immediately called them on my behalf. After several verifications, they finally got in touch with the driver, who confirmed he had my missing shopping bag and would return it within an hour. I'm incredibly grateful for the prompt and proactive help from the hotel front desk throughout this whole ordeal; I can't imagine what would have happened otherwise."

"Everything is good, the only problem is the blow dryer is broken, the food in the breakfast is the same everyday, they should change it every day, the location is weird because it is like in the middle of the residential area but the staffs are good and they are cleaning everyday. Please bring your own socket if you are from other countries hotel is not providing. All in all our stay is good. Train station 10mins walk and easy going to the center."

"Хороший отель. Удобное местоположение. Рядом станция метро. Через одну остановку Центральная площадь Duoma. Есть несколько продуктовых магазинов в шаговой доступности. Номер стандартный, очень удобная кровать с качественным матрасом. В холодильнике вода, пиво, соки, орешки, чипсы, Кола. Завтрак вполне нормальный, шведский стол: яйца, бекон, сосиски, сыры, колбасы, салат из помидоров с огурцами,  3 типа хлопьев, выпечка, десерты, джемы. Хотелось бы отдельно отметить персонал: очень приветливый внимательный . На все вопросы отвечали, в чем нужно помогали. Решали очень оперативно  любые вопросы. Если еще будем в Милане, обязательно остановимся в нем снова."

"The hotel is great. The staff kindly allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. It’s conveniently located near the airport, and the shuttle service works perfectly. The breakfast is also very good. There aren’t many grocery stores nearby, but there are a couple of restaurants close to the hotel, in addition to the hotel’s own restaurant, which is very convenient."

"For the price, the hotel's location is quite good. It's about a 20-euro taxi ride to the Duomo, and the metro is extremely convenient, with the station just a 5-minute walk away. Nearby, there's a restaurant called Osteria Molo 13, which I believe is a local seafood chain. They offer a great variety of seafood, including oysters and mussels, and it's excellent value for money. While the breakfast was the same every day, it was actually quite plentiful. The single room wasn't small by Milan standards, and it was clean and very quiet."
