The hotel's location is superb, right opposite Milan Central Station Square, making travel and transfers by train or metro incredibly convenient. The hotel building seamlessly blends modern design with a vintage, historical feel, giving it a distinctive exterior. Our group booked three rooms, each of which was exceptionally spacious and very comfortable. The check-in process at the front desk was simple and efficient, with almost no waiting time. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to and from the Duomo, which is very convenient for exploring the city center. Compared to most hotels in Europe, the breakfast here is particularly diverse, offering a wide array of hot and cold dishes, desserts, and fruits. The overall service quality was excellent. I'd especially like to commend Ms. Zheng from the breakfast restaurant. She was always smiling and proactively attended to every table, providing thoughtful and meticulous service that brightened our mornings every day.

A very nice hotel in a grand old château. It's not very large, so the atmosphere is pleasant and quiet. Located a bit outside the city center, it still has excellent connections to downtown and Linate Airport. The best way to get to the city center is by the vintage tram, for example, line 19. For Linate Airport, the metro station is right outside the hotel; alternatively, you can take a taxi to the airport at a very reasonable price. The hotel was completely renovated a few years ago with great care and style. The interior design is somewhat whimsical in places, but we really liked it in every respect, as it complements the old building. The beds are very comfortable. Cleanliness is excellent. Even in the rooms facing the street, the very good soundproofing of the windows meant there was no disturbing noise. We recommend a room with a balcony. The breakfast is very good and served in a refined atmosphere. The restaurant was good, though not exceptional; the table settings were lovely and the food was presented with care. They also have a good selection of wines. There are several pleasant restaurants nearby (e.g., Hostaria Mediteranneum). All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Choose a hotel room carefully; you won't be happy with a room facing the wrong direction. However, after some discussion, the change was relatively normal. Location is the main advantage. If location isn't a concern, I'd also stay at the Belmond, which I think offers a better overall resort atmosphere. But the rooms are just so-so. Overall, it's a safe stay. The experience wasn't particularly outstanding. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was decent enough. I tried both breakfast and late-night snacks in the room, and they were both terrible... The bar with the view was the best option. The concierge recommended a new opera, which was also okay. But the overall service to Chinese people was mediocre. We always had to wait the longest for the water taxi, even though we were the first to call. So, after initially tipping generously, I was already getting angry...

Great location and friendly staff, but disappointing stay overall We recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positives, unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. Pros: The staff were friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, close to key attractions and easy to get around. The hotel was clean and had nice decor, making a good first impression. Cons: The noise levels from the area was unexpected. Loud music played until the early hours, making it very difficult to sleep. The lights in our room kept switching on and off during the night, which was disruptive and unsettling. The breakfast was disappointing—the meat and scrambled eggs were cold, which was off-putting and not what we expected.

We drove there so transportation is not a concern for us. Theres carpark in the basement and charge is reasonable! But we drove back on a Sunday night and there’s a football match. Roads were blocked and heavy traffic to drive back to hotel. Room is ok but poor sound insulation. I could hear the sound next door at night and able to hear the sounds inside otherrooms when I walked in the corridor. Enough choices for breakfast. Staffs looked cold at first but we encountered some emergency on the last night of our stay and they offered the best help! We really appreciated for the kindness of the front desk staffs.

A good overall hotel, but with limited amenities. Outdoor pool closes quite early and some days was closed during our stay for private events. Location is relatively good, around a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. Service was very friendly and helpful. However overall quality of hotel, amenities, consistency and experience is not on par with other leading 5 star hotel chains.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, the hygiene and environment are good, and the shower facilities are excellent. The only downside is that the air conditioner is a bit noisy, but the price is quite affordable, so I still highly recommend it.

The hotel is pretty good. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is also big enough. The furniture and the environment are modern. The restaurant offers a typical continental breakfast. The food is rich, with many options to suite everyone's taste and delicious. The only thing that dissatisfied me is that only small amount of the receptionists spoke English. We didn't meet cooperation when we asked to be booked taxi from a firm chosen by us, but only by the ones they work with. Compliments for the room cleaners.

Everything else is good except the parking issue. Advertised as free parking but has only a handful of parking spaces available whilst there is a huge parking lot that is paid parking. Collecting my checked-in from the locker room takes a century because there is only one person manning the front desk who also handles guests' luggage.

A relatively satisfactory accommodation experience~~ Facilities: Very complete facilities, bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste Hygiene: Someone comes to clean and clean every day🧹 Environment: It is relatively remote and far from the city center, but the hotel's environment is still good. Service: OK. The door lock was broken and was repaired promptly. The breakfast was quite delicious.
