The hotel's location is superb, right opposite Milan Central Station Square, making travel and transfers by train or metro incredibly convenient. The hotel building seamlessly blends modern design with a vintage, historical feel, giving it a distinctive exterior. Our group booked three rooms, each of which was exceptionally spacious and very comfortable. The check-in process at the front desk was simple and efficient, with almost no waiting time. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to and from the Duomo, which is very convenient for exploring the city center. Compared to most hotels in Europe, the breakfast here is particularly diverse, offering a wide array of hot and cold dishes, desserts, and fruits. The overall service quality was excellent. I'd especially like to commend Ms. Zheng from the breakfast restaurant. She was always smiling and proactively attended to every table, providing thoughtful and meticulous service that brightened our mornings every day.

A very nice hotel in a grand old château. It's not very large, so the atmosphere is pleasant and quiet. Located a bit outside the city center, it still has excellent connections to downtown and Linate Airport. The best way to get to the city center is by the vintage tram, for example, line 19. For Linate Airport, the metro station is right outside the hotel; alternatively, you can take a taxi to the airport at a very reasonable price. The hotel was completely renovated a few years ago with great care and style. The interior design is somewhat whimsical in places, but we really liked it in every respect, as it complements the old building. The beds are very comfortable. Cleanliness is excellent. Even in the rooms facing the street, the very good soundproofing of the windows meant there was no disturbing noise. We recommend a room with a balcony. The breakfast is very good and served in a refined atmosphere. The restaurant was good, though not exceptional; the table settings were lovely and the food was presented with care. They also have a good selection of wines. There are several pleasant restaurants nearby (e.g., Hostaria Mediteranneum). All in all, a very pleasant stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to Milan city center and the Duomo, just a 10-minute walk away. Yet, the area around the hotel is very quiet and peaceful, with good security. The breakfast buffet selection is extremely limited, but the à la carte menu, while not extensive, offers delicious options. Eating breakfast on the outdoor terrace with a view of the Milan Duomo is absolutely fantastic. The front desk service was attentive; they recommended the hotel's newly opened trendy restaurant, where we finally got to see Salt Bae in person! The steak was expensive, but truly delicious. A memorable experience.

Great location and friendly staff, but disappointing stay overall We recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positives, unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. Pros: The staff were friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, close to key attractions and easy to get around. The hotel was clean and had nice decor, making a good first impression. Cons: The noise levels from the area was unexpected. Loud music played until the early hours, making it very difficult to sleep. The lights in our room kept switching on and off during the night, which was disruptive and unsettling. The breakfast was disappointing—the meat and scrambled eggs were cold, which was off-putting and not what we expected.

It was a great Stay at Sheraton Milan San Siro. It’s little bit away from City centre and not directly connected with easy public transport but Milan has a great taxi system and you can get taxi just outside the hotel. You will need approx 30 mins to reach city centre. Everything was great, service at Breakfast buffet was very slow. No-one is there to assist and you need to find a table which could be empty and also I did not get coffee I ordered in 30 mins so left for city centre without coffee.

It was my friend's birthday during our stay, and the hotel thoughtfully surprised us with chocolates to celebrate. Toothbrushes were provided, which was a nice touch. The place was very clean, and the hotel restaurant stayed open quite late. Excellent service overall.

Really happy with all the services. Nice pool, beautiful rooms, all the people working there were really kind. The bathroom is really nice, the bed was super confortable. The two little black spot would be that it’s bit far of the center of Milan, and the subway is not near the hotel. And the view from my room, wasn’t really nice. Over that, everything was perfect !

The hotel is pretty good. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is also big enough. The furniture and the environment are modern. The restaurant offers a typical continental breakfast. The food is rich, with many options to suite everyone's taste and delicious. The only thing that dissatisfied me is that only small amount of the receptionists spoke English. We didn't meet cooperation when we asked to be booked taxi from a firm chosen by us, but only by the ones they work with. Compliments for the room cleaners.

Everything else is good except the parking issue. Advertised as free parking but has only a handful of parking spaces available whilst there is a huge parking lot that is paid parking. Collecting my checked-in from the locker room takes a century because there is only one person manning the front desk who also handles guests' luggage.

A relatively satisfactory accommodation experience~~ Facilities: Very complete facilities, bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste Hygiene: Someone comes to clean and clean every day🧹 Environment: It is relatively remote and far from the city center, but the hotel's environment is still good. Service: OK. The door lock was broken and was repaired promptly. The breakfast was quite delicious.
