Ostelzzz Milano

I had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The location is excellent, and for the price I paid, it was an incredible bargain. The hostel is very well maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms, already-made beds, complimentary towels, and convenient charging points at each bed. We also had lockers in the cabins. One thing that really stood out was the complimentary breakfast, including free croissants. I have stayed in many hostels and rarely come across such thoughtful extras. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Ms. Valeria was particularly helpful during the check-in process, and another gentleman wearing glasses was also very kind and attentive. They were always willing to assist and made me feel genuinely welcome. The facilities are excellent as well. The bathrooms are clean and equipped with hairdryers, and there are washing and drying facilities available for a very reasonable fee. Guests can also store their luggage for just €2 per day, which is by far the cheapest luggage storage option I have found in Milan. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. The combination of great service, fantastic location, excellent facilities, and outstanding value for money makes this place an easy recommendation. I look forward to coming back in the future.

The staff was nice, but the building is visibly old. The lights are off after 11 PM, and the mirror light in the room was broken, so I had to use the shared bathroom on the floor, which wasn't very clean and lacked hooks to hang clothes. Worst of all, a man randomly walked into our all-female dorm just to use the toilet.

Of all hostels I have stayed, Ostelzzz in Milan is for sure the best one. With that amount of money, it already includes the breakfast, the check in procedures is so easy, friendly staffs, and most important thing is the storage fee is so cheap, only 2 euros for a day I will come back and stay at this hostel if I come to Milan

No toiletries, has free towel. The light in the room turns off automatically and I had to take shower in the dark. Locker was pretty small and has a board in the middle so it’s not possible to store a big backpack. But you have a small platform near the bed to put some stuff down and it’s like a small capsule room. Location is very good and staff is friendly.

Pretty expensive compared to the room size. I've requested lower bed in advance but I got the upper but they fixed for me at the end. If you have a heavy luggage and they get you the upper bed you have to lift your luggage up to put in the storage close to your bed. Good for very short stays and good location.

very far from milan centrale station. has a nice breakfast. nicer than average hostel
