Scarlatti Hotel Milano ★★★★
"Great hotel, and we even got an upgrade. However, there were no toothbrushes, slippers, or a kettle in the room. It's very close to the train station and local amenities. It's a 10-minute tram ride to the Duomo, there are plenty of great cafes nearby, and an excellent supermarket is just a stone's throw from the hotel."

Hilton Milan ★★★★
"Good as before ! Breakfast was very delicious and of high quality. Service was superb and the air conditioners and ventilation were good. The room was clean and tidy. Sometimes there was only one lift ( out of four) functioning but luckily we didn’t need to wait long"

"Terrible experience. The air conditioning was broken when I arrived and they only offered a fan. I'm still trying to get a partial refund."

Radisson Collection Hotel Santa Sofia Milan ★★★★★
"It was my friend's birthday during our stay, and the hotel thoughtfully surprised us with chocolates to celebrate. Toothbrushes were provided, which was a nice touch. The place was very clean, and the hotel restaurant stayed open quite late. Excellent service overall."

"Very very un-painted ceiling. It looks really ugly and low-e and. I think even a 3-star hotel wouldn't have been so bad."

Carlo Goldoni Hotel ★★
"Had a very nice stay. Restaurants and the train station are less than five minutes away! Daily cleaning was also top-notch, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly to us. The air conditioning was the most important thing and worked perfectly. You even get a city map and can chat with the staff about local food and sightseeing. By the way, there was a huge park right around the corner. The city is very close and easily accessible by bus, train, or car. There's also an elevator, which is a bit small but does the job :)"
