Scarlatti Hotel Milano ★★★★
"There were a lot of black people wandering around the hotel, which made me quite scared. Plus, there were about five or six flights of stairs, making it difficult to carry a large suitcase. The room had a dark theme, and the power went out twice suddenly, which was startling, but it came back on quickly. Reading other reviews made me even more anxious. I didn't sleep well for two nights and would not recommend staying here."

B&B Hotel Milano Central Station ★★★
"This is a modern, standardized hotel located just a few minutes' walk from Milan Central Station and the subway, with a Carrefour at the end of the street, making its location quite convenient. What I found most inconvenient was the lack of a kettle, slippers, a toothbrush kit, and bedside tables in the room. They only provided two very thin paper cups for brushing teeth daily. Although the room itself wasn't small, it felt rather bare and lacked smooth functionality. The water dispenser in the lobby was out of order for a long time, but bottled water and snacks were available for purchase. The latex mattress on the bed was quite comfortable, but aside from that, there weren't many other positives."

"Facilities: Pretty good hotel. Cleanliness: Very good, no issues. Environment: Great, it's an old hotel but the ambiance is nice. Service: We originally booked a twin room, but there was a mistake when we arrived. The front desk immediately waived our parking fee and switched us back."

Radisson Collection Hotel Santa Sofia Milan ★★★★★
"The hotel was lovely and the service was exceptional; however, we did encounter an issue with the toiletries. The hair conditioner and soap ran out after our first day and had to remind housekeeping to restock them when we got back to our hotel room at 9:00pm"

"I had no complaints about the cleanliness. The location isn't particularly great, but it's not far from the station and there's a supermarket nearby, so I'm generally satisfied."
