"IQ Hotel Milano boasts an unbeatable location, situated just a 3-minute walk from Milan Centrale Station, making it an ideal base for travelers. The rooms are adequately sized and maintain a satisfactory level of cleanliness. A standout feature is the drinking water machine, eliminating the need to purchase bottled water. However, light sleepers should be aware of potential noise disturbances, including vibrations from nearby trams and occasionally noisy air conditioning units. The staff's helpfulness is noteworthy, particularly their willingness to store luggage for extended periods - a convenience I personally appreciated when leaving my bags for four days. Despite the minor noise issues, the hotel's prime location and thoughtful amenities make it a solid choice for those prioritizing convenience in Milan."
"Milan is the last stop of our trip to Italy. Because it is a self-driving car, we are more afraid of entering the restricted area. However, we met several ZTLs on the way to the hotel and called to the hotel for consultation. Because of language barrier, the front desk found one The Chinese aunt gave us a call. The aunt didn’t know the traffic rules and gave us the phone number of the boss. The boss also enthusiastically explained the prohibition. When she arrived at the shop, the aunt came down to welcome us and introduced us a lot. , I also praised their boss’s personality 😊, and they have been eagerly asking us to pay attention to safety, especially in Milan Cathedral, where there are more thieves. It is suggested that we can store our luggage in a safe place like a hotel. The room is also very comfortable. Both have enough heating! If you want to go to any place, you can take the subway. The hotel only takes about 3 minutes to walk to the subway station, and you will be on the Piazza Milano. It’s very convenient. I didn’t go to the boss’ restaurant for dinner this time. Go again! ~"
"Self-service hotel, it is recommended to contact the hotel staff on the day of check-in, it is best to contact the WhatsApp, because the phone is basically not open. The staff are very fast to respond and receive through WhatsApp, have a good attitude and check-in quickly.
The room is not big, but the whole is very clean. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the window is not very soundproof. At night, the street vehicles will pass by."

"Good location, estimated 500 meters from M3, I can sleep for one night on business trip, a little better is very quiet, quiet than some of my previous residences! This is like, breakfast is average, coffee is good!"
"Front Restaurant Clean All hotel staff are friendly and wonderful hospitality. Located in a quiet residential area, you can walk to the park with the Peace Gate. The facility is a quaint old building, but I liked it and booked it this time. In the daytime, it seems that construction operators are always in good condition for maintenance. I'm sure I will stay again. grazie mille."
"Absolutely Perfect.
Due to my son being hospitalised while on a trip to Milan I had an extended stay and used a number of hotels. This was for the last night and was by far the best.
Very good location a short walk from tourist attractions and transport links. All the staff were cheerful, polite and helpful.
My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The excellent facilities in my room included hot drinks, large TV, bathrobe and toiletries.
I had an enjoyable buffet breakfast with a wide choice.
I want to return to Milan and this hotel will be my first choice."
"The location was perfect, inside the Galleria Mall. I could see the mall scenary in my room balcony. The staffs we're very kind and valet parking service was great. Breakfast was excellent and room service was another great feature. The room was very spacious. It didn't have office desk to work on but managed somehow. I strongly recommend this hotel and want to stay again!"
"Can’t beat the price on this location. I also found the rooms nice and very comfortable. Staff were competent and friendly. Great experience throughout."
"Great service at front desk particularly Julia and her colleagues. Most helpful with information regarding shopping and food. Also great help during the train strike regarding arrangements of accommodation. Good breakfast selection. Room on the small side."

Outstanding
MMIN KYUThe hotel is in a good location for taking the tram and is close to the Duomo Cathedral. The hotel is clean and well-managed, and the staff is friendly. The windows open wide and there is a courtyard, so it is not stuffy. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and there were many kinds of juice, but it was even better because you could squeeze it yourself. The cozy shower gown and large, soft towels made washing a pleasure.
GGuest UserPeople were so friendly and kind in general. Their staff is very nice, you can ask them about anything any time and they’ll give you an answer.
In my opinion I think the room needed more light, but besides that, everything was fine.

AAnthony WithumExcellent. Our room wasn't quite ready yet but they were able to switch us to a room that was right next to our friends on the top floor! Everything was wonderful and safe and clean. Would definitely come back again

YYunshiwojiaobuThe Courtyard Marriott Hotel opened in 2014. The facilities are relatively new, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the sanitary conditions are also good. Although this hotel is not in the main city of Milan, there is a subway station nearby. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic and believe in the quality of Marriott.
GGuest UserThe hotel is directly opposite to the airport shuttle bus. It was very convenient. The entrance looks quite dated, but once we get upstairs to the hotel, it’s clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful.

AAzmeel Mazlee AnuarPros:
1. Very large room with affordable rates considering it was located within the city centre....and with big name
2. Friendly and fluent English speaking front desk staff.
3. Easy check in as I booked via Trip.com only 5 hours earlier.
4. My room has 2 conjoint single beds and an extra single bed (I didn't use it as I'm a solo traveller). Bed was comfortable and the pillow, eventhough a bit thin, still feel comfortable on it.
5. Large and modern bathroom. Amazing rain shower with immediately heated water. Plenty of toiletries were provided (shampoo, soap bar, bath gel)..only setback was no toothbrush. They provide a hair dryer and magnifying mirror.
5. Room was provided with kettle, sachets of coffee and tea plus with sugars.
6. Minibar was equipped with chips, chocolate bar, juices and beers (these were payment items)
7. The best part was the room has a large balcony.
8. Breakfast has plenty of choices. Need to be there early as the seat might be fully occupied.
9. They had a large lawn and garden between the main block and next block. If you have kids, they can play and run in this area. Small swimming pool here but was close during my visit.
10. They had spa and gymnasium.
11. You can rent a free bicycle to cycle around Milan. it took me just 10 minutes to cycle into Via Buenos Aires and another 5 minutes to Duomo.
12. They allowed my luggage to be kept in the store after checking out as my flight was at night.
Cons
1. The nearest metro station is Turro which is located about 10 minutes walking if you come with a large luggage.
2. At first impression, the hotel did not appear to be like a typical version of the hotel from the outside, instead it looks like one of the neighbourhood blocks with a boring design. (However, once you enter it, your view changes 360°)
3. Breakfast has no variety on other days. Seems a repeated menu every morning.
Overall, I was really satisfied to stay in this Ramada chain hotel.
You will never regret staying here. Only distance might give you a second thought on it. But after staying here, this will be my repeated hotel if I will be back in Milan.
GGuest UserNice hotel, competitive price on the outskirt of Milan. Managed to park in front of the hotel. Breakfast was okay, lacking variety of fruits and included in the price. Comfortable beds
GGuest UserThe hotel was clean and in a great location. My only complaints are that the shower head needed to be cleaned of calcium build up and that the pillows were really thin. The front desk did provide more pillows when requested.

PPaul WL LamGood location, room spacious, but no drawers or shelfs for misc storage. Breakfast not much choice, food supplies very slow. At 8am, most cold & hot dishes were empty. Asking for more hangers, no response form house keeping.
