Everything was pretty average, to be honest. The only good thing was the location, being close to the cathedral. Otherwise, there were no highlights. They didn't even provide water. The service attitude was also quite poor, even arrogant. And the check-out time was really early. Overall, the experience was just okay.

The service was incredibly attentive, and they made sure we were comfortable at all times. The breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were perfect. Plus, it's super close to the Duomo and the entire city center, so you can easily rest whenever you need to during your trip.

1. **Blatant ******** During my stay, I personally witnessed the front desk staff upgrading Caucasian guests to top-floor rooms with excellent views for free, while my Asian group was assigned to a low-floor, damp room with terrible lighting. This wasn't an accident; it was clear discriminatory treatment. This racially biased service was offensive and humiliating. 2. **Disgusting Hygiene** We couldn't stand the damp environment and requested a room change. However, the new room's hygiene was still awful – we even found cockroaches. For three whole days, we didn't have a clean, comfortable place to rest. 3. **Hotel Showed No Apology or Remedial Action** What was most infuriating was that when we reported the cockroaches and room issues to the hotel, the staff were indifferent, offered no apology, and provided no substantial remedies, as if it were all perfectly normal. **Summary:** This is not a hotel worth its 8000 RMB/3 nights price tag. If you are not Caucasian, please think twice before booking. Even putting aside the discrimination issue, the hygiene and staff attitude are completely unacceptable. **Strongly advise against booking, absolutely not recommended!**
