Guest UserThe apartment left a really good impression, located in a safe and clean neighborhood. Convenient self check-in. It was clean, had modern renovations, and everything needed for a comfortable stay and cooking. There's a good supermarket nearby. We took the tram to the city center, and the metro station was a bit further away. Definitely recommend it. We'll stay here again next time.

Little Forest Studio ManagementI’m not sure if all hotels in Italy are like this, but this hotel genuinely left us with an amazing impression. The service was exceptional, and the breakfast selection was excellent.
We are two wedding photographers travelling to Italy for work. For the first two nights, we stayed at a hotel arranged by our clients outside of Milan, but once we returned to Milan, we specifically chose this hotel for our final night before flying back to the UK. Even though we only stayed for one night, the experience was fantastic.
First of all, the location was very convenient. It was easy to get here from the airport by metro, which was especially helpful after a busy wedding trip carrying a lot of equipment.
What impressed us the most was the service. We arrived quite early, before check-in time, so we left our luggage at reception and went out for the day. When we came back around 5pm, all of our luggage had already been delivered to our room. This is actually something we rarely experience in most hotels in the UK, so we really appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality. Btw, they even offer welcome drinks 🥰
The breakfast was also wonderful, with both hot food options and a great continental selection. Everything tasted lovely.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again next time we visit Milan.

Guest UserThe location is really good. It's close enough to walk to most of Milan's tourist attractions.
It's a safe area, so families often walk by with their children even at 10 p.m.
The only downside is that the supermarket is a bit far away, but that's SOSO
Chinatown is also 1km away, so you can grab some Korean food there when you miss it.
The gentleman who works at the hotel counter in the evening is very kind and gentle.
Most of the staff are also kind, and the breakfast has a limited selection, but it's good to eat something simple.
The downside is that we stayed for 5 days, and for the first two days, they kept filling the fridge with 2 bottles of water.
But from the third day on, they stopped filling the fridge with water.
We drank a lot of water anyway, so we bought a box of plastic bottles from the supermarket and drank them, so it wasn't a big deal...
Is that the only downside?

This is my second stay here. It's close to the cathedral and other major attractions, and there's a bustling street downstairs with lots of food options.

The Armani Hotel is located in the heart of the bustling city center, with its main entrance facing the street and the cathedral not far away. The elevator on the left after entering goes directly to the 7th-floor lobby. The reception is to the left after exiting the elevator.
The hotel rooms are luxuriously designed, featuring the hotel's classic gray and black color scheme. The rooms are very spacious, a truly impressive suite. There's a hidden walk-in closet, various beautiful mirrors, and a perfectly functional iPad to control everything in the room. The internet is incredibly fast—faster than lightning!
The bathroom is absolutely elegant and spacious, equipped with underfloor heating. The bed and pillows are also perfect, undoubtedly top-of-the-line in Italy. Cleaning is prompt and meticulous.
Only minor complaints are the hot water temperature – adjusting it is like using a micrometer, otherwise it's either scalding hot or cold. Also, the doors are somewhat rough during construction and often don't close properly.
However, these minor issues don't detract from its overall quality; it's absolutely a top-tier hotel.

feng1999The family room was excellent, with plenty of space. The two beds were cleverly converted from a sofa, which was very practical. The mattresses were comfortable, and the bathroom was large and well-equipped. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and breakfast was plentiful. This hotel offers great value for money, especially for families with two children.

Guest UserLocation was great. Just across Milan Central Train Station and it was easy to navigate. 4 metro stops to the Duomo. Room was ok, big enough for 2 person but I’m travelling solo so it’s’more than enough. Room view was the offices next to our building. The only downside was the AC was not adjustable. It was kept between 24-25 degrees the whole time which was stuffy at times.

Guest UserThe hotel was fairly basic, but it was clean and well-maintained. Its location was very convenient, being close to the station and within easy reach of major sightseeing spots. I only stayed for one night, and for the price, it offered good value.

Anonymous UserThe room itself was clean and quite minimalistic. Housekeeping deserves credit: the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly, and the bathroom was kept tidy. In terms of cleanliness, there were no complaints at all.
However, the bathroom layout is a serious downside. The shower is extremely narrow, and because it only has a shower curtain instead of a rigid door, it is very uncomfortable to use. The curtain constantly sticks to your wet body, which makes showering frustrating rather than relaxing. On top of that, the water pressure is below average, so it takes longer to rinse off and doesn’t feel very refreshing.
Another major issue was the temperature in the room. Even with the heating turned on, it was very cold, especially in the evenings and at night. This significantly affected comfort and made the stay less pleasant, particularly during colder weather.
The room itself is quite small and basic, but acceptable for a short stay if you don’t plan to spend much time inside. The furnishings are simple, and everything feels a bit outdated, though functional.
In summary, this hotel might be suitable for a short budget stay in Milan if cleanliness is your main priority. However, the very narrow shower with an inconvenient curtain, low water pressure, and poor heating make it hard to fully recommend.

Guest UserThe hotel was a nice surprise.. it is about 10minutes walk from Milano centrale and had everything I needed for a comfortable night’s stay. I was on 2nd floor with balcony and could open window for fresh air and there was aircon. Stairs only though but otherwise all good
