"A Wonderful Stay Made Special by the People We are a group of six travelers from Thailand and booked three rooms for two nights at Yuntang Luxury Resort Hotel Dali. Our stay was truly memorable, and we were very impressed with the hotel. The location is excellent, and the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and have a genuine sense of luxury. However, what impressed us the most was the people. From check-in to breakfast service, the staff were attentive, friendly, and communicated with us very clearly. They took great care of us throughout our stay. Most importantly, they went out of their way to help arrange transportation for our group to Dali Railway Station, which made our departure so much easier. We have also included photos of the two staff members who assisted us throughout our stay. We would especially like the hotel management to recognize them. They are kind-hearted, genuinely caring, and wonderful representatives of the hotel. People like them are truly an asset to the business. Thank you for creating not only a beautiful hotel, but also such warm and thoughtful hospitality. "What a fantastic stay! This hotel boasts a great location, excellent facilities, and top-notch service. We loved it so much that we extended our one-day stay by another three days. **Great Location:** Step out the door and turn left, and you're out of the old town in less than 100 meters. Public transport, tourist lines, taxis, private car hires, and electric scooter rentals are all readily available, making getting around incredibly convenient. Turn right and walk straight, and you're in the heart of the old town. It's super easy to visit attractions during the day and explore the old town at night. **Excellent Facilities:** The hardware facilities are all in pristine condition. The rooms feature smart voice control, and the toiletries provided are very comfortable to use. The hotel has three floors, but there's a large platform on the fourth floor where you can relax, chat, and enjoy the old town's night view and the starry sky. In the mornings, you can take in the views of Cangshan Mountain and catch a glimpse of Erhai Lake from the platform – it's a wonderful feeling. **Top-notch Service:** In short, the owner is thoughtful, the staff are dedicated, and the service is attentive. After check-in, two young ladies kindly helped us carry our large and heavy suitcase up to the third floor – much appreciated! For breakfast, there are three options: Western, Chinese, or rice noodles, or you can mix and match. In the afternoon, there's a lovely afternoon tea set, which our child absolutely adored. I asked the butler for information on Dali's attractions, and they provided me with maps of both the attractions and the old town, along with detailed descriptions. The butler even upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise! We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Dali."

"The best!! The hotel is really nice, located in an optimal position in the fantastic ancient city of Dali. It's perfect to explore all the beauty of the city itself and the surroundings, starting from the lake and the other small ancient cities around. The room is so clean and it has everything you need for a good stay; the mattress is very comfortable as well. Moreover they can help you to organize your days giving you all the tips to have a wonderful journey, with also the option of renting a scooter from them. Just the best choice to visit Dali!!"

"The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to Erhai Gate, and you can walk to Renmin Road in just a few minutes, making it super convenient for exploring the ancient city. The inn itself has a scenic rooftop tea room. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the Wi-Fi is fast. There's also a free self-service laundry room. The owner is very welcoming and provides great tips for sightseeing and dining in the ancient city. It’s a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, offering excellent value for money. Definitely my top choice when visiting Dali!"

"This hotel is truly comfortable 🥹. I spent a long time choosing a hotel before my trip, unsure which one to pick. I saw this hotel had no bad reviews, which made me wonder if it was genuinely good or if they'd just padded it with fake positive ones. After staying there, I genuinely believe they deserve all the praise they get. I strongly recommend it! The bed, duvet, and pillows were all incredibly comfortable and dry. The pillows, whether memory foam or something else, weren't filled with cotton batting or feathers, which meant they offered great support. I found it very comfortable 😋😋, though my mom thought the mattress was a little soft – I thought it was perfect. The room was also very spacious, clean, and cozy, and the air conditioning was nice and cool! I'll say it again: they deserve their perfect rating. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit and will recommend it to others. (Oh! And the osmanthus in the courtyard smelled amazing!!) We also asked the owner for recommendations for good local food, and there's a 20-year-old Bai ethnic restaurant nearby with incredibly delicious dishes and a fantastic preserved pork rib and mushroom hotpot. Honestly, none of the hotpots we've had since arriving in Lijiang have been as good as that one.... I really miss it!"

"The front desk service was warm and welcoming, and the hotel facilities are new. The hotel is conveniently located near a large shopping mall, making it easy to go out for meals and shopping. The breakfast offers a rich and nutritious selection of Chinese and Western dishes. It's very suitable for family trips with children as well as business travelers. There's also underground parking available."
