I was entitled to a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room with a beautiful view, and it was absolutely worth it! Waking up to that view was definitely one of the highlights of my stay — simply superb! What made the experience even more special was the excellent hospitality. I arrived quite late at around 10pm, and the staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He was actually waiting for me to arrive and personally picked me up to bring me to the hotel. After such a long journey, that warm welcome really meant a lot and made me feel well taken care of from the moment I arrived. The service was genuinely friendly and attentive, and I really appreciated the effort they put into making my stay comfortable. It’s not just the beautiful room and view, but also the little personal touches and warm hospitality that made this stay memorable. "My stay here was absolutely fantastic. The room largely matched the pictures – it was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. I could even watch the sunrise right from the balcony! I contacted them via WeChat in advance, and communication was smooth both before and during my stay. We took a taxi to the 'Sunshine Convenience Store,' and a staff member met us there to walk us to the guesthouse, which was just a few minutes away. Upon check-in, we were offered welcome fruit, breakfast, afternoon tea, and warm milk at night – you could really feel the thoughtfulness in every detail. There's also an adorable cat at the guesthouse that loves corn! The staff provided meticulous and attentive service, and the owner was very helpful in assisting foreign guests with their issues. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and convenient. After checking out, they even thoughtfully drove us back to the Sunshine Convenience Store. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
