"We absolutely loved Novotel! The location is superb: a 10-minute walk to major attractions, and the metro is just 2 minutes away. Yet, the hotel itself is situated on quiet streets, with no tourist crowds or car horns – absolute silence (we have something to compare it to in Tbilisi). The rooftop pool offers a stunning view and is open from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM. The breakfast is varied, with delicious coffee and a good selection of fruits. The staff are very pleasant, polite, and helpful. The cleaning is excellent – everything is very clean and tidy. Next time we're in Tbilisi, we'll choose this hotel again."

"Amazing hotel!!! It's much better in person than in the photos! It has a unique design concept, meticulously crafted in every detail, even the tiny ones: from the terrace with a pool offering magnificent views and the natural rock in the hallway, to the unusual door signs for the rooms (even the keychains are designer). The bathroom has interesting cosmetics from a local brand, and there's a pleasant room fragrance in the public corridors. I had a room with access to a cozy terrace. Three rooms share access to it, but each room has its own furniture and there's a visual separation of areas. Breakfast was good; you could choose from 3 options on the menu, and it would be freshly prepared and brought to you within 15 minutes. On my second day at the hotel, it was my birthday, and they congratulated me with a bottle of local wine and a brownie dessert with ice cream, which was a big and very pleasant surprise. The hotel's location is also excellent; just a few minutes away, there's a French bakery and many good restaurants. All major attractions are within walking distance, yet the hotel itself is in a quiet area without car noise. Special thanks to the hotel staff who made my stay here comfortable and unforgettable, so much so that I didn't want to leave. I'm very happy I chose this particular hotel for my celebratory trip to Tbilisi!"

"You need to walk a step to arrive, the hotel will send someone to help with your luggage, the facilities in the room are average, a bottle of water per person is provided, and a bottle is charged 5 lire. There are fewer varieties of breakfast. There are many antique collections in the public area, which can help guests make simple explanations. The open-air swimming pool is located high and has a good view."
