However, it was the hotel's service that truly elevated the experience. Angus, the Executive Lounge Manager, truly showed me what meticulous service means. Before check-in, he proactively called to inquire about my needs. Upon arrival, he introduced the hotel's amenities and offered travel suggestions for *****. Throughout my stay, he provided butler-style service, always ready to assist. Every time I entered or left the lounge, he would stand up, smile, and address regulars by their surnames. At check-out, he even offered a farewell gift. His service continued after check-out, as he personally escorted me to the ground floor lobby and waited until I got into my car before leaving. While a hotel's hardware can be replicated, this level of dedicated and heartfelt service is what truly defines the luxury of The Ritz-Carlton. Full 5-star rating!
