The breakfast selection was impressive, especially the wide variety of noodle dishes, which you can customize to your liking. Food service was fast and responsive, and everything tasted great – perfect for a tight schedule during a business trip. The room itself was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, who were incredibly helpful and had a fantastic attitude. They upgraded our room and, when we extended our stay, patiently helped us find the most cost-effective option. Their dedication and enthusiasm were truly appreciated. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and our dog was just as comfortable as we were. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time."

The front desk staff were professional and gentle; check-in was efficient and quick. They offered a cup of green brick tea and even upgraded me to a river-view room for free, patiently answering all my questions. Their service was meticulous and thoughtful, truly showcasing the standard of a luxury hotel. The views from the room and lobby are fantastic; at night, you can see the Yellow Crane Tower and the Yangtze River Bridge in the distance. My stay was incredibly comfortable, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Wuhan."

Nestled by Yanxi Lake, my lake view room was spacious and spotless, with stunning views of the lake and trees right outside the window. The custom Hilton bedding was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed. The turndown service and thoughtful amenities really showed attention to detail. Breakfast was incredibly generous, featuring a full spread of Wuhan specialties like hot dry noodles and lotus root soup, and the freshly made omelets at the live station were cooked to perfection. Aria provided warm and attentive service, and the front desk handled check-in efficiently and quickly, responding promptly to all requests. With complimentary parking, high-speed WiFi, and a 24-hour fitness center, the hotel is perfectly equipped for both family vacations and business trips."

For example, when we went Went to the breakfast shop and found that there were no umbrellas but the butler would send someone to bring them to us. In the end, I left something behind, and the housekeeper contacted me immediately and told me to send it to me by express delivery. There were no surprises during this trip. I ate a chicken wing in the restaurant and it got stuck in my throat. I contacted the housekeeper and went to the infirmary. Finally, the management staff, the hospital where Brother Peng took me, stayed with me all afternoon to help me. I relieved my anxiety and went to buy medicine for me. I am very grateful to meet such a considerate butler during the trip."

"The lovely owner was incredibly kind! She immediately offered us a welcome tea break upon arrival, and when we were having a barbecue, she generously lent us her charcoal without hesitation! Before leaving, we accidentally clogged the toilet, which made me very embarrassed and apologetic, but she kept saying it was okay and that the staff would handle it – I was so touched! 🥹 The guesthouse was also exceptionally clean, and the rooms were fully equipped. I especially loved the huge courtyard and the soaking tub, as well as the very comfortable mattress and pillows. I usually have a terrible sleep in hotels and guesthouses, but this place was truly wonderful. We came here for a relaxing vacation after our exams, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. It was so relaxing! The air was so fresh. Lately, I've been under a lot of stress and just wanted to escape the hustle and bustle of the city center and relax for a few days. ฅ₍ᐢ⸝⸝̫‹ᐢ₎ฅ˒˒ After a barbecue with my boyfriend in the evening, enjoying drinks, the breeze, and a private hot spring was pure bliss. The redwood trees and the sunset were beautiful. Staying in such a lovely house and admiring the scenery was wonderful, and I was so lucky that the weather was fantastic every time I stayed! ⌯＞ᴗo⌯.ᐟ.ᐟ They even gave us a small gift when we left—thank you so much! ദ്ദി˶ｰ̀֊ｰ́）✧ I'll definitely bring my family and friends next time!!!!"

"I've been here many times and this is the first time I'll give it a serious review. The hygiene is okay. This store has been open for many years. They are all larger hotels near Mulan Grassland. But if you want to enjoy the service, there are almost none. The price is more than 300, and the service attitude should not be like this. I asked the aunt for a pair of children's slippers reluctantly, saying that I would go find them, and then gave me a pair of adult slippers. Really speechless. I need a toothbrush too, I don’t understand. I don’t have to pay for it, so I’m extremely unhappy. Check-in at the front desk was quick, but there wasn't even a smile. If it weren't for the nearby hotels, this one would be slightly bigger, otherwise I wouldn't choose this hotel at this price. Everything else was fine, the breakfast was quite satisfactory, I still wish the service attitude was a bit better."
