"I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and unfortunately, on the day of my most recent stay, there was window cleaning service outside, so I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. More importantly, the soundproofing is really poor. Or perhaps it was the noisy neighbors who left their door open; either way, I was surrounded by noise all night long, ugh! Another area that needs improvement is the hotel service. When I carelessly left some clothes in my room and called immediately, the front desk's service was quite inefficient. I didn't get a prompt reply, so I had to call again about 8 minutes later to inquire. Finally, they confirmed the forgotten items and agreed to mail them to me!"

"The overall experience was absolutely perfect and nothing was too much trouble! First of all, the room is super clean, the whole room is spotless, the layout is clean and neat, the environmental hygiene is far superior to the same price hotel, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk service staff is of high quality, warm and polite, can patiently explain and answer any questions, efficient, meticulous and intimate service. The location is particularly convenient, all kinds of food downstairs are covered, eating is super convenient, going out by taxi is easy and convenient, travel and play is very convenient. The rooms are well equipped with all the facilities needed for daily living, and the facilities are in good condition and brand-new. The breakfast menu is very rich, the variety is rich, the ingredients are fresh, the taste is authentic, and you can eat your favorite food every day."

"The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming! We arrived early, and they even managed to get a room ready for us for an early check-in. They also offer a Disney shuttle service, which is super convenient. You can order takeout here too. The environment is lovely and exceptionally clean – you can run your hand over the bed frame and find no dust at all. The room practically looks identical to the pictures. Highly recommend!"

"Hotel Review – Absolutely Worthwhile Stay I had a fantastic stay and honestly have nothing bad to say. The whole experience felt smooth, clean, and genuinely relaxing. My husband and I spent a couple of days there celebrating my birthday. Spa & Facilities The spa was amazing. It’s a no-shoe area, so you can walk around barefoot, in socks, or use the shoes they provide. It was spotlessly clean, and we had access to all the sauna and stone rooms. Our room had a private hot tub, which was a highlight, and the massages were both reasonably priced and excellent. Rooms & Service The staff spoke English and went out of their way to make sure we understood everything and felt comfortable. One thing to note: there aren’t shelves or cupboards in the rooms, but they provide hooks and hangers. That’s because they supply spa clothes for guests, so you don’t need much closet space. Your shoes are kept in lockers inside the hotel. You can put the on and take them off before you enter and exit the hotel. Location & Convenience It’s close to Disney, and they run a bus to and from Disneyland. The departure time is a bit early, but you can have an early breakfast beforehand if you book a room with breakfast included. The wristband system makes everything easy and affordable — meals, games, and other extras all get charged directly to your room. Extras for Everyone There’s plenty to do on-site: billiards, Nintendo games, arcade room, movies, and several kid-friendly areas. They also have an in-house restaurant with snack bars, ice cream, drinks, and sweets. Designated smoking areas are available too. Overall, it was a really relaxing and well-organized getaway. Great for families and couples alike. Highly recommend it if you want a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay near Disney."

"The hotel was surprisingly satisfying overall. It's well-maintained, the lobby is grand, and the rooms are very clean. Jessica at the front desk was a great help; she arranged a quiet room for us and gave us a free upgrade, all with a very welcoming attitude. The pool is clean and not crowded – we practically had it to ourselves in the mornings. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Fengshang Square. During the day, you can take a stroll in the hotel's sunken plaza, which has good air quality, and there's a sandpit for kids. A pleasant surprise was finding a very local skewer stall selling lamb skewers on the bridge at the border of Qingpu, right next to the hotel at night. I'd even seen it on social media before!"

The hotel facilities are excellent, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The shuttle bus service provided by the hotel was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of travel time. Our child especially loved the playground – it was safe, well-equipped, and kept them entertained every day. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options; there was something for everyone, adults and children alike. "Traveling with my family, this hotel definitely didn't disappoint us. The location is excellent, with a bus stop right downstairs, making it convenient to get to all the attractions. The toiletries smell great, and the cleanliness is meticulously handled, even the corners are spotless. I especially loved the complimentary self-service tea and drink area in the lobby; both the elderly and children enjoyed it. The front desk staff, a young lady from Shanghai, was very friendly and even gave us a small pony doll, which made us very happy."

"The room was cozy and clean, giving a warm, home-like feeling. They thoughtfully provided three pairs of slippers and three sets of toothbrushes. It was quiet at night, perfect for sleeping, and there's a swing in the common area for kids to play on. Dinner comes with complimentary breakfast. A big thank you to the handsome young owner who even helped us find a friend to book Disneyland tickets when we couldn't get them ourselves online that day. It's not far from Disneyland, just a short taxi ride away, practically the starting fare. You can also order takeout easily, including KFC, Shaxian Delicacies, and Yidiandian. "The room was very clean and comfortable. Even though it's located in a bustling commercial area, the room itself was very quiet. The hotel breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of choices. We traveled with both children and elderly family members this time, and everyone had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was also very generous in accommodating all our requests during our stay."
