"The location is quite convenient, right outside is a food street. The room isn't big, but it's very clean. The staff are also enthusiastic and friendly towards families with children. When we mentioned the outdoor AC unit was noisy at night, they immediately arranged a room change for us. There's also a 24-hour coffee and snack bar on the first floor, and the breakfast on the second floor is quite rich and to our taste. Definitely recommended."

"The room is very new and the facilities are excellent. You can even catch a glimpse of the river. The bed and pillows are super comfortable, and most importantly, it's very clean. I have to specifically praise the breakfast. Usually, chain hotels at this price point either don't offer breakfast or only have a few steamed buns and boiled eggs. But the Holiday Inn Express breakfast is really good, with all the essential items, even if the variety is a bit limited. The staff also replenish the food very quickly. Plus, the coffee is free! Thumbs up! 👍"

"This is by far the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and polite. They proactively told me that the hotel offers late check-out until 2 PM, which was a pleasant surprise. No other hotel has ever offered me late check-out service before; it was very generous. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a Ctrip Diamond VIP. My room was on the 60th floor, with a fantastic view, and it was very clean and hygienic, with no strange odors. There was a special small cabinet in the room for used dinnerware to prevent lingering smells. The bedding was tidy, and the room was well-equipped. There was a mini-fridge with free beverages inside a cabinet by the window, which was easy to miss. The toothpaste was generously sized (something I haven't encountered in any domestic or international hotels I've stayed in). The hotel's European breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant had an excellent location with views of Wuhan in the morning. Every time I encountered the cleaning staff when leaving, they would greet me, and when I returned, they would say, 'Hello, welcome back.' This kind of warmth I haven't even received in 5-star hotels abroad, and it left a deep impression on me. I stayed at this hotel to apply for a US visa, which is the most significant advantage of this hotel's location. The visa center is just downstairs, saving a lot of travel time and the cost of luggage storage. My visa was approved, making for a very happy and pleasant stay. When checking out, the cleaning lady even reminded me to make sure I had all my belongings, and the front desk gave me a complimentary gift bag with Wuhan hot dry noodles, which I didn't get a chance to eat – a really thoughtful gesture. They also reminded me if I needed an invoice, which I almost forgot myself. The front desk gave me a slip, making the invoicing process very convenient. One small detail that stood out was that the front desk staff always used both hands when taking and giving back the room card, which made me feel respected. This is what I appreciate most about this hotel. If I have the chance to visit Wuhan again, I will definitely choose this hotel."

"Enjoy exclusive, expansive East Lake views with few crowds and stunning scenery – definitely worth multiple return visits. Step right out of the hotel to the East Lake Greenway, perfect for catching the sunrise and the shimmering water in the morning, which instantly lifts your spirits. The sycamore-lined avenue leading to Tingtao offers open vistas, making for a very pleasant stroll. Plus, you get free admission to the Chairman's former residence, which houses many unreleased old photos."

"I was glad to be upgraded to a river-view room. Thanks to that, I had a pleasant day. All the staff had an excellent attitude toward guests. The room was clean and bed was quite comfortable. Since the window faced the river side, there was street noise late into the Saturday night, but it was fine for me as I am a night owl. but if you want to avoid noise, room at other side of the hotel would be good. Finding some difficulties in communications when I checked in, it could be more convenient if there is 入住指引 things in paper. A cute lucky-draw gift was a great touch, but staff didn’t inform me some guide to my benefits like afternoon tea service, etc. Besides all this, I think this is a worth to visit hotel in Wuhan."
