Somerset Wusheng Wuhan

I stayed here 8 years ago when I visited Wuhan and was extremely satisfied. This time, I chose this hotel again for my trip, and once again, I'm absolutely delighted!

The room was clean and hygienic. Right downstairs is a mall, so it's super convenient for dining. Even food deliveries are brought up by robots! The Line 6 subway entrance is right outside. They even extended my check-out to 4 PM for my 5 AM high-speed train, which was a huge help. The only downsides were that the soundproofing wasn't great and the shower hose was rusty.

This was our first time bringing the whole family to Wuhan, and we booked a three-bedroom suite. It was perfect! The kids had plenty of space to play, and the elders could rest undisturbed. The bedding was comfortable, and the room was very clean. Having a separate kitchen and a washer/dryer combo was a lifesaver when traveling with kids. Plus, there were two bathrooms! The hotel staff was incredibly prompt in attending to all our needs, which saved me so much time. 👍 The hotel's amenities were also very convenient. Just downstairs is CapitaLand Plaza, making shopping and dining incredibly easy. The night view was also beautiful. Everyone in my family loved the beef noodles at breakfast – they were delicious and flavorful. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Wuhan! 🥰

Facilities: The room is spacious and even has a washing machine, which is very convenient for long stays. Breakfast is available from 6 AM. Cleanliness: No issues. The room was lovely. Environment: It's very close to the subway station, which is super convenient.

The room was clean and comfortable as always, but it was definitely smaller than described, at most 30 sqm. This needs to be improved; the discrepancy was quite noticeable. Ascott rooms are usually not this small.

Great location for transportation and shopping. We got a pleasant surprise during the National Day holiday with a free upgrade to an executive suite, which made for a perfect stay. The suite was fully equipped with everything we needed, ideal for families. Excellent value for money, we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.
