The first time I stayed, about an hour from the city 1.5, the location is near the Magnolia Everbright City. The overall layout of the campground is still very large. Stunning cabin, breathtaking lake views – the environment is absolutely top-notch! It’s definitely an ideal place for a relaxing getaway. However, I do have a few suggestions: 1. The cabin had a very strong woody smell, which was a bit pungent when trying to sleep at night. I wonder if there's any formaldehyde, and I'm glad I didn't bring my child this time. 2. The public restrooms were absolutely filthy. There was an unidentified liquid on the floor and even cockroaches. It was dirty at midday and still dirty at night. After I spoke to the owner, it was cleaned immediately. 3. We ordered a BBQ set meal, and my wife's favorite lamb chops, which were supposed to be included, weren't served. When I asked the owner, he said they were out of lamb chops and had quietly replaced them with pork and chicken wings, without any prior communication. It felt a bit disrespectful, but the owner did offer complimentary steaks later, which was nice! 4. There were no welcome fruits or welcome coffee upon check-in. Sigh, I had come with the expectation of experiencing a high-end B&B, but... However, the owner was very generous and gave us two Americanos! 5. My biggest complaint has to be the lack of a washing machine. In the middle of summer, how am I supposed to wash my sweaty clothes? Am I expected to handwash them myself? What??? I'm here for a vacation, not to do chores! The moment I stepped into the cabin, I was thinking of staying for a few more days to enjoy a good vacation with my wife, but these little details and service experiences over the two days and one night subtly discouraged us from doing so. Alas, the difference between an ordinary B&B and a high-end one probably lies in these details and service! The lake view and the cabin itself are top-tier. Don't let these service issues and details degrade the overall quality. Keep up the good work, owner! I hope to have a different experience when I visit again next year!

This place is so suitable that I extended my stay a few more days. I will be returning in a few weeks time and was able to leave my luggage free of charge: was able to lock up the suitcase and take the key with me.

I stopped over in Wuhan for a night and the accommodation exceeded my expectations. We checked in smoothly with our pet, and there were no additional charges. The hotel did a great job assigning our room, and the soundproofing was excellent. It was the first time my dog slept so soundly outside of our home; she didn't spend the whole night on guard. We kept our dog in a stroller in the public areas. While the hotel is pet-friendly in that it allows pets, there's still room for improvement. For example, the pet bed provided isn't very useful, as most pet owners know that pets won't readily sleep in an unfamiliar bed with unfamiliar scents. Perhaps a pet playpen would be better. Providing pet pads, diapers, and even pheromone sprays for anxiety or flea/tick sprays would truly make it feel pet-friendly. Nevertheless, I'm happy to see that brand-name hotels are gradually opening up to and improving their pet policies, and I believe things will only get better in the future. Aside from the pet aspect being quite satisfactory, I really need to complain about the hotel breakfast. I arrived at the restaurant around 9:45 AM, knowing the hotel was full and breakfast would be crowded, so I specifically tried to avoid peak hours. When I got to the entrance, both the hostess and manager were looking down, and there was no one to seat us. All the trays were empty, and people were scrambling to find plates. I didn't see any service staff in the dining area; it was the head chef who brought out the plates. The food was cleared very quickly by 9:55 AM. I asked an employee who was clearing the food for a main serving spoon to eat my cereal, and she told me they only had ceramic spoons, and that the stainless steel ones were only for the serving counter. The Americano coffee machine at the coffee bar only filled cups about 60% of the way. The restaurant manager really needs to contact the supplier to adjust the machine. What I also can't understand is why the omelet station, which is a key QA check for the Marriott brand, has been changed. There are no more omelets, and although they made sunny-side up eggs, I'm still a bit confused. I've never stayed at a Sheraton before, so perhaps the standards are different? On a positive note, I want to praise the chef at the noodle station. She was incredibly enthusiastic, and the beef noodles were delicious. Even though it was close to closing time, she maintained her warmth and enthusiasm, which was really lovely. However, there's a small detail: the chopsticks provided for eating noodles aren't ideal for picking up the noodles. I observed that most guests were business travelers, and it's very easy for soup to splash onto their clothes. Because of this, I didn't finish my delicious beef noodles.

Location: There's a lot to do in the area and a ton of convenience stores, restaurants, shops, etc. Baotong temple, Dream Plaza mall, and the subway station are all approx a 10 minute walk away. It's also easy to hail a Didi in front of the hotel. During our stay, the outer facade seems to be under construction, so it could appear confusing re: how to enter the hotel, but there are signs pointing you towards the detour, and you can always ask the guards on duty for directions. Lobby is on the 2nd floor. Cleanliness: This hotel is very new, so the rooms feel pristine. Really appreciated having a bidet toilet. Slippers are excellent quality. Housekeeping replaces towels and amenities daily. Service: Everyone working here was polite and eager to help, from front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeping. Facilities: The breakfast buffet is solid, complete with a noodle bar, traditional Chinese breakfast offerings and some Western options as well, plus a coffee machine that made a pretty decent espresso. It is, however, a bit pricier than other hotels we've stayed at...around 68 RMB per person per day. The laundry room was a bit challenging for us as well. You have to scan a QR code in order for the machines to work, and the QR code leads to an app that requires a Chinese phone number. The staff was kind enough to help us by using their own phones for the machines, but this means you can't really do laundry on your own if you're an international guest.

The environment is very good, the parent-child room set for the New Year is full of suitable for bringing elderly children to live and play, there is a farm, there is coffee, and the people here are also very good. The weather on the day I came here was good, and the heating was very hot. I like it here. The disadvantage is that the dog has been barking and the rooster crowing at about three or four in the middle of the night, and it is not early, and I have not slept well. Except for these, the time here is very happy.

The hotel environment is good, there is the aroma of Luckin Coffee in the lobby on the first floor, the room is clean and not damp, there are some restaurants and supermarkets not far away, and there is an underground parking lot for parking.

Facilities: The room amenities are all very complete. The shower water temperature was stable, and the air conditioning was quiet, so our child slept soundly. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in the area!

The hotel's environment is elegant, the cleanliness is top-notch, the check-in process is swift, and the owner provides helpful recommendations. The service is warm and attentive, making guests feel at home! The value for money is excellent, and it is definitely worth recommending. The workers also very helpful and friendly. They trying their best to help us evetho they cant speak english, really love their effort. Sure will repeat again this hotel if i visit Wuhan again. Beside hotel have KFC, Mixue, MCD. In front of hotel have Metro Station 1-2 minutes walking distance. Got 1 halal food around 1-2km walking distance from Hotel. So give 10/10 for this hotel.
