Grand Madison Wuhan Hankou on the Bund

This was the best hotel of our trip. It has a great vibe and the location is excellent, making it easy to get around. Even though it's on a pedestrian street, it wasn't noisy at all.

The hotel boasts an excellent location right on the pedestrian street. Wuhan Customs Museum is just downstairs, as are Luckin Coffee and Starbucks. It's also very close to the ferry terminal, within walking distance. The building is elegant, the room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is spacious with plenty of amenities. The service attitude is great, and they respond promptly.

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent. You can see the hotel right after getting off the car, so you don't have to carry your luggage far. There's a double-decker sightseeing bus right outside, and the pier is just ahead. Laundry facilities are available, and the service is warm and friendly. The view of the river from the top floor is beautiful at night.

The hotel environment is good, very beautiful. It's right next to tourist attractions, and the pedestrian street is nearby. It's also close to the pier, so you can take a short walk to catch a boat in the evening. The only downside is limited parking, so it's best to inquire before checking in. The hotel also has a food delivery robot and a smart assistant (Xiao Ai Tong Xue) that handles things with just a voice command. GOOD!

The business king room was perfectly laid out, spacious enough for two 24-inch suitcases. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the Bell Tower. It's super easy to hail a taxi at the intersection, and downstairs is Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, packed with delicious food and trendy 'influencer' spots – perfect for young people looking to shop and explore. The hotel also has a river-view restaurant on the 5th floor and a terrace on the 6th floor with amazing river views. The scenery is so good, you don't even need to take a cruise! Every evening, I'd head to the 5th-floor restaurant for dinner, enjoy a drink, and feel the river breeze – it was incredibly comfortable.

Excellent location with delicious restaurants downstairs. The rooftop open-air restaurant offers breathtaking views. Despite being right on the pedestrian street, it's surprisingly quiet with great soundproofing. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Wuhan!

It's right at the start of Jianghan Pedestrian Street, making it incredibly convenient to go downstairs and shop. The Wuhan landmark, Jianghan Customs House Clock Tower, is right next door, and the hotel's rooftop offers the best view of the Customs House and the river. It's also a short walk to Li Huangpi Road and Xian'anfang. Getting a taxi is easy too. **Hotel Facilities:** The hotel itself is an old Western-style house and a historic building. The lobby is tastefully decorated, and the bedding and pillows in the rooms are very comfortable. Shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, and toothbrushes are replenished promptly. The room size, however, is a bit limited due to the constraints of the old building. Despite being on a pedestrian street, the soundproofing is excellent, and you can't hear any noise. On the first floor, there's a cafe and a restaurant. The top floor and terrace house another restaurant, and there's a laundry room equipped with commercial washing machines and dryers that clean and dry clothes very quickly – the hotel clearly invests a lot. **Hotel Service:** There are plenty of front desk staff, so guests don't have to wait. The staff are highly professional and give you a warm, welcoming feeling. When booking a room, we received a complimentary coffee at One Goose Coffee, located next to the lobby on the first floor. The dirty coffee was delicious, and the cafe also offers the best air-conditioned view of Jianghan Customs House. The fifth-floor restaurant offered a complimentary dessert, lychee jelly. The breakfast is quite generous, featuring not only Western and Chinese options but also local Wuhan specialties like hot dry noodles and fish paste soup noodles. **In summary:** Great value for money, excellent location, and fantastic service.
