Sam YeowPretty unique stay with it's decor. Room looked nicer in the photos because the lighting in the actual room was inconsistent with white and yellow bulbs. A standing lamp and the latch on a window were broken, but they fixed both the following day. They kept reassuring me it's safe (the broken latch meant the window couldnt be closed) but as a solo traveller it's still best to err at the side of caution. Plus it meant I couldn't block outside sound, and was actually woken from my nap by food wrapper noises by someone on the balcony (it's shared).
For extras, the ******* clothing is actually free, 'oxygen' meant aircon, you have to remind them on the welcoming gifts, so the only thing I'd is worth paying the extras for is their handmade tsampa and butter tea. Pretty filling and you can have it as breakfast (though you might not be used to the taste haha)
Overall a good experience because of their friendly service, good attitude, and always having a smile on their face. I suggest for them to be proactive in telling the guests on what their extras are and how to request fro them, instead of the other way around.

Guest UserOur stay at Niccolo Chengdu was absolutely perfect from start to finish, and I must commend the two Welcome Ambassadors, Fairy and Rina. When we were discussing our needs before check-in, they were both incredibly meticulous and patient. They helped me pre-note my room type preference and arrival time, tried their best to arrange a high-floor room, and thoughtfully explained the check-in procedures and breakfast rules. Even before arriving, I felt completely at ease. Upon arrival, the reception was warm and courteous, and check-in was efficient and seamless. They proactively offered travel tips for IFS. When I had last-minute questions about an extra bed or amenities, they resolved everything promptly and properly – their response time was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was impeccable. Fairy and Rina's gentle, thoughtful, and perfectly attentive service truly added a warm touch to our trip. Their service was professional yet personable, definitely a huge plus. Next time I'm in Chengdu, this will still be my top choice, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Guest UserThis was our third stay on this trip, and we finally managed to book the Fun Family Room. It's significantly larger than the Starlight Family Room we stayed in before, with bunk beds that the kids were really looking forward to, and a small tent perfect for younger children. The overall layout is well-designed, clean, and tidy, with complete amenities. The living experience was excellent! I won't go into detail about the hotel's excellent location, as it's already well-known.

Guest UserMy stay at Six Senses Qing Cheng Mountain was a truly 'hands-off' vacation experience, and I have to especially commend their butler service – it's all about the exquisite details.
* **Attentive Private Butler:** My butler, Kevin, proactively contacted me even before check-in, sharing activity schedules and helpful tips. During my stay, he was incredibly responsive and accommodating, handling everything from booking activities to arranging electric car transfers perfectly. He also readily helped coordinate a late check-out.
* **Thoughtful and Detailed Care:** The mini-bar was restocked daily with complimentary fresh fruit, room tidying was prompt, and extra requests were fulfilled quickly.
* **Rich and Diverse Facilities:** The hotel boasts a well-equipped gym and a super relaxing organic farm, perfect for enjoying rustic charm.
* **Amazing Farm-to-Table Breakfast:** The breakfast ingredients were incredibly fresh, and I could savor authentic Sichuan local snacks. The noodle station was particularly excellent.
* **Excellent Location:** The hotel is situated right at the foot of Qingcheng Mountain. A shuttle bus is available on the side of the hotel, providing direct access to the tourist center, making it super convenient to get to the scenic area.
In short, if you're looking for a place in Qingcheng Mountain where you can enjoy top-tier service, get close to nature, and truly relax, Six Senses Hotel is definitely worth experiencing!

JEANLOOMy stay in Chengdu was truly excellent this time; I absolutely have to give Chengdu Ben Hotel a five-star rating! ❤️
📍 **Location is incredibly convenient**
The hotel is right in the Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road area, making it super easy to go out for food, shopping, and buying things. For first-time visitors to Chengdu, this location is a huge plus. You barely spend any time traveling, and it's very convenient to go out for a stroll in the evening and come back. There are also plenty of dining options nearby; it's easy to find Chengdu hotpot, 'chuanchuan' (skewers), and various snacks.
🛎️ **Service is warm and thoughtful**
From the moment I checked in, I felt the staff were very friendly, polite, and patient. They were proactive in helping resolve any issues, not with a cold, 'standardized service,' but truly making you feel taken care of. For a hotel stay during travel, this is actually very important. The cleaning staff's service and attitude were much better than the front desk's. Highly commendable.
🛏️ **Comfortable room with complete facilities**
The room was generally clean and tidy, and the space was more comfortable than I expected. The bedding was just the right firmness, and I slept very well at night. The in-room facilities seemed to anticipate guests' needs and were very convenient to use. The hygiene was also well-maintained, making for a comfortable overall experience during my stay.
✨ **Really liked the hotel's overall ambiance**
This isn't one of those generic, uninspired hotel experiences. The overall design and details are quite thoughtful and have their own distinct style. Many small details show that the hotel genuinely considers the guest experience, rather than just getting the rooms done and calling it a day.
❤️ **Had a very comfortable stay on this Chengdu trip**
For anyone visiting Chengdu, especially those who enjoy exploring Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, I think this place is definitely worth considering. The location is convenient, the service is good, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall value for money is excellent.
If I come to Chengdu again, I'll likely prioritize staying here.

I stayed at Mercure Hotel (Kuanzhai Alley Metro Station) many years ago and was very impressed with it back then. So, when I was choosing a hotel in Chengdu after my trip to Western Sichuan, I didn't hesitate to pick this one again.
First, let's talk about the location: It's right next to Kuanzhai Alley, and you can get there directly from Exit C of Tonghuimen Station on Metro Line 2. The transportation is extremely convenient.
Hotel service: The front desk staff are very warm and attentive, and any requests are promptly addressed.
Dining: The hotel breakfast offers a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, catering to different tastes. There are noodles, rice vermicelli, wontons, vegetable salads, steamed buns, breads and pastries, hot dishes, hot drinks, and more. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM, accommodating guests who wake up at different times. The overall quality is also high and can meet the needs of most guests. There are also many convenient dining options around the hotel, with several local specialty chain restaurants within 1 km.
I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Chengdu 😊

Win.XLocated away from the city's hustle and bustle, it's wonderfully quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep!
However, I do hope some maintenance and repairs can be done on the facilities. I understand the financial and business pressures they're facing, though.
The service was truly excellent, especially their genuine sincerity, which was fantastic!
The location is great, right within Anren Ancient Town and close to the museum.
Overall, it's a good place, and I would choose to stay here again.

Anonymous UserThe location is excellent, very close to the East Station. You just cross the road from the East Plaza. There's an underground passage within the station, but I couldn't find it after searching for a while, as the signs weren't very clear. The room is indeed small, but it's sufficient for an overnight transfer. The decor is a bit dated, but for the price, it's not worth expecting too much. It's perfectly acceptable for just over 100.
