Romantic Hotels in Chengdu

The breakfast is rich, delicious, and tasty. But unfortunately and expected, its not HALAL so I only took salad, bread, egg and potatoes. There is a children's playground and luggage storage is free. The mini bar inside the room is FREE and can ask to top anytime. The facilities are complete. The laundry room and gym on the 29th floor, the front desk is enthusiastic and quick. Liliana helped us and send us some good eating tips. Liliana also upgraded our room and helped us check in early at 10am. She prepared for us a fruit basket too. There is a Halal restaurant just outside our hotel beside the Ibis entrance. We will choose to stay in the hotel next time.

This hotel was fantastic. While pretty simple and new, the staff were extremely helpful and would easily communicate via WeChat to coordinate room cleaning or any other support needed. The bathtub is a major selling point as it's pretty much an indoor pool in your room. Would definitely stay here when I visit Chengdu again.

I can't sleep at 2 a.m., so I'll write a bad review! I came to Chengdu for a week-long trip, and for the first time I suffered from insomnia because the hotel was so bad. The sleeping environment is terrible. The bedding looks clean and feels okay, but the quilt is heavy and not breathable. It's cold if you don't cover yourself, but it's hot and stuffy if you do, and the bedding even feels a little damp (my friend and I agree). There are switch lights all around, including but not limited to bedside switches, bathroom switches, direct drinking water machine switches, and floodlit mirrors... Looking at the pictures on the internet I thought it was a large-scale hotel. After all, the entire hotel was newly opened and the promotional video looked very grand. In fact, you have to walk through a smelly road and take an elevator that is not independent of the hotel to check in on the 6th floor. Then take an internal elevator that can only accommodate 3 people to reach the check-in floor. The elevator to the 3rd floor opens to a courier station, so it's inconvenient for travel. The room environment looks average at first glance, but it's terrible upon closer inspection. There is a stinky ditch outside the window. Not to mention the lack of scenery, there are no screens on the windows. Fortunately, there are not many mosquitoes now, otherwise who would dare to open the window? The bathroom has a bit of a peculiar smell, the bathroom floor doesn't look clean and there are plastic slippers there? Plastic slippers. Hotels in recent years no longer design them like this. As for the disposable items, they are quite complete, but the slippers have a strong plastic smell and the bathrobe does not absorb water, making it uncomfortable to wear. The decoration doesn't show that the hotel was opened 25 years ago. Everything is old and there are many unsanitary corners. There is a huge difference between this hotel and a certain one. Actually, when I booked the room, the price difference between the two was not that big. Because I couldn't book a twin room with consecutive beds there, I came here for the last two nights, but I couldn't stay there, so I changed to a chain hotel overnight.

It's a nice gesture to get a farewell gift from Wezo but it came as a bribe to get me to write a review. It's not the gift that got me to write the review but just that I gave them my word just so they would get off my back because they wanted me to get my phone out and do the review on the spot. I'm a bit of a sophiscated traveller so I've seen a lot and I come to expect a lot. Yet I'm understanding and forgiving when I stay at more budget-friendly options such as Wezo. For my usual price range, this is a budget for me. But comparatively speaking with other hotels offering similar stuff in the area, I wouldn't say Wezo is particular cheap (it's not). I care a lot about the software side of things in China; is it slowly improving? It's the little intangible things that add up and I'll say that they do try but it's not up to the level I'm used to. To be fair, I usually stay at proper 5-star hotels in China. So, from my budget hotel standpoint, it gets high marks. There's some design elements in the hotel that gives it a cool vibe but on closer inspection, it's quite flimsy. The bathroom tile is slippery even without it being wet so this hotel is a no no for elder people so if I”m traveling with my parents, I can't take them to this hotel. This is an awesome hotel for the zoomers, the young folks who don't care to discern or care about quality. It's not particularly a good location or a convenient location, but like I said, it's probably an advantage for the young folks who like this type of chill street with some localness to it. This is for me a ”budget hotel” with some hip-ness. On paper, it's attractive enough to get me to stay here for 2 nights. It's not particular clean for my standards but should suffice for most local or foreigner travellers who find this hotel on their apps. For me, I'll be trying out other local branded hotels in Chengdu on my next visit.

The location is very convenient, and there are all kinds of delicious hot pot and Sichuan skewers nearby~ The hotel is indeed very design-conscious, and the room has a small garden with a bathtub~ Very cozy~!! The service is also very good, just contact the housekeeper if you need anything, and the suggestions are quickly responded to~ This is a hotel I will choose next time~

酒店的位置太好了，從窗户外面就可以大名鼎鼎的武侯祠公園，一片鬱鬱葱葱的景象，步行至錦裏也就是過個馬路的事情，距離地鐵站幾分鐘的路程，雖然臨街，但是房間的隔音效果相當之好，而且窗户很大很大，房間種類很多，感覺老闆裝修的很用心，樓上的空中花園也很出彩，居然還有個很大的尺寸，房間舒服，整體色調與燈光能讓我很快放鬆下來，床睡着也舒服，水壓很大，洗澡舒服，前台服務很好，情緒價值給的很足，還送了小禮物，整體很滿意

The outside of their house looks inconspicuous, but once you enter the door, it's like traveling through time - the historical brick walls of the century-old Jinhua Pavilion, the French spiral staircase, the old-fashioned fireplace... The quiet aesthetics in the downtown area, the photo-obsessed can't stop at all📸  , every picture is beautiful! 💁♀️24h butler service, detail-obsessed ecstasy! ·Before check-in, the housekeeper sent me a super complete ”Chengdu Food Guide”, even the unpopular snack shops were marked 🍡  It was really great ·I spent 1 point to add fruit when booking, and it was delivered quickly after I checked in. The fruit 🍎 was very fresh and cost-effective~ ·The hotel 🏨's toiletries are very exquisite and beautiful in shape. The toothbrush bristles are very soft, and there are many more details than other hotels. It was a good stay for a night or two but I wouldn’t be able to stay for longer than that. It was difficult to figure out how to close and open the door to the room and the breakfast was very cold even though we woke up early to eat. It’s a good stay for a romantic evening or two. The bath was big and nice but you have to go downstairs to ask for them to turn on the hot water and the floors in the room were quite dirty and dusty. Overall it was an interesting and unique hotel.

The design style of Chengdu Zhuzhou Hotel is unique. Entering the hotel makes people feel relaxed and happy. The service staff treats guests like family. For example, before I went to the hotel, the butler Guyu took the initiative to contact me and sent me navigation information. He picked me up at the hotel entrance and helped to deliver my luggage to the room. He took the initiative to introduce the hotel's activities and took me to participate. When we have something to do, we send him a message and he will reply immediately and deal with it in time. Guyu is very dedicated! The young people in Zhuye Bar were also very enthusiastic. When they saw me, they took the initiative to invite me to sit down, drink tea, and have a cocktail! It can be seen that the hotel owner is serious about running the hotel. In addition, the Sichuan cuisine at Youyun.Luhui Tianfu Chinese Restaurant is amazing!
