The service is very good. You can go to the spa and soak in the hot springs. The service attitude is very good. Most of the staff can speak English.

This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

Place is nice and clean, staff was also very helpful. However, do note that the address is not the actual address of the riad. I am travelling alone, and only booked this riad because it was right beside where my friends are staying. I only found out when I arrive that it is a 4-5mins walk from the actual address stated on trip.com. Which was very misleading and they should update the correct address. Kudos to the staff who was very nice to walk me out many times, as I prefer to have someone walk me in the early mornings, and at night. Provided water, and also very helpful and friendly. Another issue I had was that I arranged an airport transport to pick me from the airport, and was told the driver will be carrying the hotel sign with my name. I could not find the driver and panicked, again because I was travelling alone. I had to call the riad to realise that the driver was not carrying the correct sign, but another name similar to Riad Dar Massai, and did not have my name on it. Which was honestly impossible for me to recognise which is my driver. The sign should be made clear to guest first time in Marrakesh to just show ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + name of guest”. Finally, the aircon was great, but blankets were really thin. I know they provided extra blankets but I did not use it. So I am very cold at night. Apart from the few drawbacks, it is overall a beautifully designed Riad, I actually really loved the interior architecture, and the rooms are clean and spacious, showers are hot and nice.

Very good Riad the food and the personal were amazing the Riad is very calm et very beautiful. Furthermore the staff is very helpful I have forgotten something and the personal bring me to the location. I gladly recommend this stay

My first time for me and my wife with the 2 kids to try All inclusive Hotel. This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotel’s staff during our stay from 5 February through 9 February 2025. The room allocations were done with effortless ease as we arrived there. The Superb Facilities start from Warm Swimming Pool, Aqua Park, Footbal Field, Tennis Court,Basketball Court, Mini Golf, Table Tennis, Kids Playground. And also standing applause for All of Entertainment teams. The chambermaids did and outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned. Additionally, the buffets served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack time were highly sumptuous as we had a hearty time indulging in the array of varieties. Thankyou, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Fantastic activities for kids, but let down by freezing pools, poor drinks, and a frustrating checkout We recently stayed at the Pickalbatros Club Sangho Marrakech for 4 days in April as a family of four (a couple and two children aged 3 and 7). We booked a Family Pool View room. While the resort has incredible potential and wonderful staff, several management and maintenance issues stripped away the 4-to-5-star experience. The Highlights (The Good Bits): Excellent Rooms & Service: Our Family Pool View room was incredibly spacious with comfortable bedding and a massive terrace. Room service was very friendly and the room was spotlessly cleaned daily. Superb Kids Entertainment: The entertainment team was fantastic—highly energetic and brilliant at including everyone. The Kids Club was a hit for our 3 and 7-year-olds (face painting and indoor toddler slides), and the free VR/gaming room was a massive bonus. Great Sports & Amenities: There is a top-notch basketball court, a football pitch with good artificial grass, and a padel court (just remember to book this in advance). Late Departure Flexibility: Since our flight was in the evening and checkout was at 12:00 PM, the hotel kindly allowed us to use the resort's common facilities for an extra 3 hours, and they booked our airport taxi for us. The Lowlights (The Bad Bits): Freezing Pools & Safety Issues: We visited in April, and the water in the main pool and the waterpark was absolutely freezing. There is only one small heated pool in the corner of the resort, but it was open for just one day of our stay (closed for maintenance the rest of the time). When it was open, the water was uncomfortably hot (around 35-40°C). Furthermore, the waterpark has great slide options, but some of the steps on the slide stairs were loose, which felt unsafe. Food & Drink Disappointments: The drinks were a major letdown—poor quality, zero variety, and served in cheap, disposable plastic glasses. There were also far too many flies all around, specifically in the main restaurant areas. While there is a vast variety of food across three restaurants (Main, Moroccan, and Asian), some food items were not fresh or warm. Also, be aware that the Moroccan and Asian ”à la carte” restaurants are actually just buffets. The Checkout Experience (Very Poor): Our departure left a bitter taste. After checking out, our pre-booked taxi arrived and was waiting with my family inside. The reception staff suddenly stopped me to ask if I had paid the local tourist taxes at check-in. I said yes, but because they never provided a receipt at check-in, I had to pull up my mobile banking app to prove the card transaction. The receptionist then claimed their system had been down during our check-in, a mistake had been made, and we owed an additional 300 MAD. With my family waiting in the running taxi, I felt pressured to just pay the cash to avoid missing our flight. Shockingly, they refused or failed to provide a receipt for this additional cash payment as well. Verdict: The kids had a fun time with the activities, but management seriously needs to address pool temperatures, dining hygiene, and their highly unprofessional front desk payment procedures.

On the day of check-in, I arrived very late and said that I wanted a quiet room, so I was sent to the innermost corner. When I entered the door, the curtains were not tight, and I felt that it was even worse. I asked for a room change. Fortunately, changing the room was fairly fast, but the room downstairs was changed, because there was a block on the second floor balcony, so the lighting was not good at all. The three meals I ate didn't have a day because the breakfast ended at 10 o'clock. The lunch and dinner were similar, and there was nothing to eat. I didn't see any seafood except grilled fish. The pictures were deceptive. There are quite a few places to play, but the water in another pool with a slide is cold, so it can only be displayed.

I had a wonderful stay at Riad 16 Dar & Pool. The riad was clean, peaceful, and beautifully decorated, and the pool was a great place to relax. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Mr. Ayoub for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this riad! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hotel was very nice.Room service was not good.They didnt clean the room after telling them couple of times.Room phone was not working.Receptionist need to be more helpful and friendly.

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.
