GGuest UserThe hotel room comes with complimentary Baishishan mineral water, and the mini-fridge has three cans of beverages. There are also black tea, green tea, and coffee sachets, along with a tatami sofa. The overall design has a strong ethnic charm, and the lobby environment is very cozy, featuring two adorable cats named Xiaoqiu and Xiaoguo. All the facilities are brand new, responsive, and fully functional without any issues.

Ccircle920As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel.
However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

Jennifer provided exceptional service; she was attentive, meticulous, and incredibly friendly. Even on her day off, she patiently followed up on my requests. My entire stay was seamless and pleasant. Both the value for money and the service are outstanding, making this an ideal choice for business travelers needing a long-term stay. Highly recommended!

食食好玩好，人生就好The overall experience at Shenzhen Junting Design Hotel was fantastic! The lobby has a great artistic vibe, simple yet luxurious and very stylish – perfect for a quick photo op. The guest rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious, equipped with smart voice control devices. The King Koil mattress is just right, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast on the 14th floor offers a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options. The lobby also provides complimentary tea and drinks 24/7. The service from the staff (Tibbers) was warm and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located near a commercial district, making travel easy, yet it's quiet despite being central. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure stays. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

Breakfast: They have everything you'd expect. The freshly made egg and rice noodle rolls are recommended. There aren't many drink options, but coffee is available.
Hygiene: Overall, the hygiene was OK, but this time I found a stain on the duvet cover. However, the staff quickly responded and changed it.

GGuest UserThis trip was spontaneous, with no prior planning. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll likely return.
First off, during check-in, our room wasn't quite ready. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful; she got us beach passes and even booked a cooking class for my child for the next day.
When we took the kids swimming, the pool attendant diligently helped adjust my child's back float from three layers to two and secured it properly. They also thoughtfully suggested that arm floats might be more convenient and safer.
While playing at the outdoor pool, we rented some floats. My child had a blast, trying out all the large and small floats, and even the inflatable dinosaur. It really made their day!
Initially, when we got back to our room, we opened the balcony door. Due to the temperature difference and taking a shower, the entire floor inside got wet. Housekeeping was amazing; they promptly brought a drying machine and replaced all our trash cans, fresh towels and bathrobes, and even cleaned the bathtub. I'm very grateful for their help.
The next day, they also extended our check-out by two hours, which allowed us to relax in the room a bit longer.
This trip was an excellent experience, and my son had a wonderful time too!

Reina was professional and meticulous, proactively understanding my business travel needs. She thoughtfully arranged a quiet, high-floor room for me and patiently explained the hotel's office amenities, internet usage, and local business travel information. The room was clean and elegant, with complete office facilities, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing, allowing for a restful night after a busy day. During my stay, I contacted Reina for some last-minute needs, and she responded quickly and handled everything appropriately, communicating with a warm and polite demeanor. Her service throughout truly showcased Marriott's professional standards. The hotel's location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the overall environment is grand and comfortable, suitable for both business meetings and short breaks. Reina's attentive and thoughtful service was incredibly heartwarming. I will definitely choose this hotel first for my next business trip.

TTianbadongbaI stayed at the Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian for a business trip, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located in the heart of Futian's central business district, with the subway and shopping malls just steps away, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The butler service was exceptional throughout my stay, meticulously planning my itinerary and promptly addressing all my needs, truly making me feel accompanied every step of the way.
The guest rooms were spacious and spotless, with well-maintained bathrooms and bedding. The swimming pool and gym equipment were all in pristine condition, a testament to the hotel's meticulous upkeep of its facilities. Every piece of hardware was kept in comfortable and perfect working order. All the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and concierge, were incredibly polite and courteous in their interactions, striking the perfect balance without being overly formal. The breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes, and the food quality was excellent. The soundproofing was superb, ensuring a high quality of rest. This is definitely my top choice for business travel; I will choose this hotel again next time I'm in Futian.
