EelsataoThe room was spotless, the bedding soft and pristine white. The XiaoDu smart device was wiped clean without a trace, and the large windows offered clear views. The cat lobby was cleaned multiple times a day to remove loose fur, and the self-service washer and dryer were free of residue. After breakfast, the dining area underwent deep disinfection, and all public corners were thoroughly cleaned. The hygiene management is strict; everything is fresh and tidy everywhere you look.

GGuest UserStayed here for a business trip, and it's super convenient, right by the subway entrance. From check-in, I was impressed by how modern and tech-savvy the room felt. The layout is well-designed, and the bedding was neat and comfy. The staff were all very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent – not overly luxurious, but it had a great selection of Cantonese dim sum, congee with preserved egg and lean pork, freshly made rice noodles, and fried eggs. It was all very satisfying and comforting. I also really enjoyed the drip coffee in the room, and the slippers were wonderfully thick and soft. I'll definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserI was unexpectedly stranded at Shenzhen North (Shenzhenbei) during the busy holiday season and urgently needed a place to stay. After comparing several listings on Trip.com, this hostel stood out based on its reviews, and it fully lived up to my expectations.
The photos are accurate and reflect the property exactly as it is. The host prepared the bed sheets and pillowcases right in front of me, which immediately reassured me about the cleanliness. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities when choosing accommodation because I value my health, and I felt completely comfortable staying here. I saw no pests or anything unhygienic, so if you’re concerned about that, you can rest easy.
The host speaks basic English and was very welcoming. Since I had just traveled from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen North, he even kindly offered to show me around the area. There are plenty of food options nearby, I enjoyed Lanzhou noodles and stinky tofu just steps from the building.
For clarification, the hostel is located inside an apartment building and operates in a dorm-style setup. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and guest slippers are provided. There is a comfortable common area with a sofa and dining table, free drinking water, and complimentary toiletries including a toothbrush and disposable towel, which was especially helpful since I had forgotten to pack one. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a Western-style sit-down toilet.
Each bed has its own privacy curtain and personal light, which I appreciated. There are also power outlets conveniently located at each bed. Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues, and free laundry is available, which is a great bonus for travelers.
There are designated quiet hours, so you can sleep comfortably. During my stay, it was peaceful and no one snored. The host even asked whether I snore, which shows he is considerate of all guests.
The other guests were polite and respectful. I was the only foreigner staying there, and the rest were Chinese travelers who were likely in the same situation, unable to secure train tickets that night. The property is non-smoking, which I also appreciated.
The only minor downside is for taller guests. I am 183 cm (6 ft), and I had to curl up slightly since the bed length appears to be around 180 cm. It was manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall.
The location is very convenient. It’s next to the train station, and you can easily take the subway if you have luggage. It only cost me 2 RMB to ride, so there’s really no need to take a taxi. In the morning, I bought pork steamed buns and soy milk from a nearby vendor, he was friendly, and the food was great.
For $4, this was outstanding value. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay near Shenzhen North, this is an excellent option. Hopefully this review helps anyone considering staying in the area.

实物与图片完全一致。老板当着我的面铺床单和枕套，让我对卫生情况非常放心。整体环境非常干净整洁，维护得也很好。因为我很重视健康，选择住宿时卫生是我最看重的因素之一，这里让我住得很安心。没有看到任何虫子或不干净的地方，如果你担心卫生问题，可以放心选择。
老板会说一些基础英语，人也非常热情。我刚从香港机场来到深圳北，他还主动提出可以带我熟悉一下周边环境。楼下和附近有很多吃的，我就在旁边吃了兰州拉面和臭豆腐，非常方便。
这家青旅位于一栋公寓楼内，是宿舍式布局。进门需要脱鞋，店家会提供室内拖鞋。公共区域有沙发和餐桌，提供免费饮用水，还有一次性牙刷和毛巾。我旅行时忘记带毛巾，这点对我来说非常贴心。卫生间是现代化的马桶，不需要蹲厕。
每个床位都有隐私帘和独立照明灯，床位旁边也有插座。Wi-Fi 信号稳定，没有任何问题。另外还提供免费洗衣服务，这对旅行者来说是很大的加分项。
店内有安静时间规定，所以晚上可以安心休息。我入住期间非常安静，也没有人打呼噜。老板还特意问我会不会打呼噜，可见他很照顾每位客人的感受。
其他住客都很礼貌、很安静。我是唯一的外国人，其他客人都是中国旅客，可能和我一样，当晚没买到火车票才临时入住。这里是无烟环境，我很喜欢这一点。
唯一的小缺点是对高个子来说床可能稍短。我身高183厘米（6英尺），需要稍微蜷着睡。床长大概180厘米左右，高个子可以提前考虑一下。不过整体来说还是可以接受的。
地理位置非常方便，就在火车站旁边。如果带行李，可以直接坐地铁到附近，我只花了2元人民币，完全没必要打车。第二天早上，我在附近买了猪肉包子和豆浆，老板也很友善，味道不错。
总的来说，4美元的价格性价比非常高。如果你在深圳北附近寻找一个干净、实惠又方便的住宿地点，这里是非常不错的选择。希望这条评价能帮到有需要的人。

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

Reina was professional and meticulous, proactively understanding my business travel needs. She thoughtfully arranged a quiet, high-floor room for me and patiently explained the hotel's office amenities, internet usage, and local business travel information. The room was clean and elegant, with complete office facilities, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing, allowing for a restful night after a busy day. During my stay, I contacted Reina for some last-minute needs, and she responded quickly and handled everything appropriately, communicating with a warm and polite demeanor. Her service throughout truly showcased Marriott's professional standards. The hotel's location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the overall environment is grand and comfortable, suitable for both business meetings and short breaks. Reina's attentive and thoughtful service was incredibly heartwarming. I will definitely choose this hotel first for my next business trip.

GGuest UserWe've stayed at hotels all the way from Sanya to Zhuhai, Macau, and Shenzhen, and this was our first time at a Ritz-Carlton property. Initially, I thought the service in Sanya was the best. Then we went to Macau, and it surpassed Sanya. But until we stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for our final stop, I can confidently say it was the best service we've experienced on this trip. From the moment we got out of the car until we checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so there was some noise, but we weren't in the room during the day as we were out exploring, so it didn't bother us. Finally, I have to give a full five-star review to Ms. Sun Jingyu from housekeeping. She noticed we had laundry and thoughtfully brought us hangers and even laundry detergent. My friend also left her makeup bag in the room, and 'Candy' from the hotel specifically called to let us know. Thank you to all these wonderful people who made our rainy trip so much warmer. Shenzhen is truly a beautiful city, and I'll definitely be back next time. Looking forward to my next visit!

食食好玩好，人生就好The overall experience at Shenzhen Junting Design Hotel was fantastic! The lobby has a great artistic vibe, simple yet luxurious and very stylish – perfect for a quick photo op. The guest rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious, equipped with smart voice control devices. The King Koil mattress is just right, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast on the 14th floor offers a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options. The lobby also provides complimentary tea and drinks 24/7. The service from the staff (Tibbers) was warm and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located near a commercial district, making travel easy, yet it's quiet despite being central. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure stays. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

The hotel is just a short walk from Dameisha Metro Station. Both the hot tub and the bed were excellent. I was staying on a corner room near the hallway, and it was generally quiet. I only heard people walking by when I was right by the door.
One thing to note is that this hotel hosts foreign guests. I had an incident where a foreigner, perhaps confused about their room or floor, was aggressively ringing my doorbell. However, as long as you don't open the door, it's pretty safe. The peephole gives a very clear view.
