Qiuguo S Hotel (Shenzhen Science and Technology Park Nantou Ancient City)

The room experience was great, and there are adorable cats on the second floor. The surrounding environment is not noisy, and the hotel hallways are clean. The room is spacious, the bed is just right (not too soft, not too hard), the air conditioning temperature control is precise, the curtains block out light well, and the bathroom facilities are new and in good condition. The location is convenient, close to Nantou Ancient City.

The room was comfortable and the collection was tidy. I stayed at Qiu Guo S while visiting Nantou Ancient City over the weekend, and it was a good experience. The room was well-maintained and clean, the bedding was neat, and the wash area was spotless. The hotel environment is simple and comfortable, and it's very close to the ancient city and the subway, which makes getting around very convenient. The cat in the lobby adds a lot of warmth. The staff were friendly, afternoon tea was available anytime, and there were warm late-night snacks. The hardware facilities were very practical: Xiaodu AI controlled the whole room, food delivery robots brought orders directly to the room, and there was self-service laundry with drying. In my free time, I could go to the gym. The breakfast offered a rich selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. All aspects were well taken care of.

The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. They provided vitamin-rich afternoon tea during the day for an energy boost and late-night snacks to ease the fatigue from working overtime. The facilities were excellent; the Xiao Du smart assistant controlled all the appliances, a robot delivered takeout, and there was a self-service laundry with a dryer. The gym was well-equipped, and the breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options.

This is my second business trip here, and after comparing all the hotels in the area, Qiuguo S stands out for its impeccable standards across all four dimensions: cleanliness, environment, service, and facilities. The entire room is clean and odor-free, the bedding is soft, and the bathroom is neat with a separate wet and dry area. The environment is quiet and elegant, conveniently located near Nantou Ancient City and the subway station, making it very accessible.

Right next to Nantou Ancient City Metro Station, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The cat in the lobby is so gentle and therapeutic. The service is thoughtful; they offer a Vitamin C-rich afternoon tea during the day, and for late-night returns, you can pick up a warm宵夜 (late-night snack). The staff are all very kind, and the smart facilities are excellent.

After comparing several smart hotels nearby, I ultimately chose Qiu Guo S, and I wasn't disappointed. The hygiene standards far exceeded other hotels in the same price range, with daily deep cleaning of the rooms ensuring no dust or odors. The environment is elegant and quiet, not facing the street so there's no traffic noise interference, and it's conveniently located near the ancient city and the subway for easy travel.

The service was attentive and thoughtful. Afternoon tea and late-night snacks were always available. Staff were very quick to respond to requests. The entire room is controlled by a smart speaker (Xiao Du), and robots deliver meals. There's also self-service laundry and drying, a gym, and a wide variety of Chinese and Western breakfast options.
